Fabulous Newer Home sits on the hill right above downtown Saugatuck. This beautiful, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, is located 'On-the-hill', just steps away from all the amazing amenities and activities that downtown Saugatuck has to offer. This home includes a large great room with gas fireplace; top of the line stainless steel appliances; 4 spacious bedrooms and a large yard with outdoor hot tub, propane fire pit, patio seating and a two sided front porch with Adirondack chairs and two person rocker in the front. Propane based grill off back patio and hammock in back yard. High speed wifi, premium cable tv and a stackable washer/dryer round out the home's other great offerings. This property is within walking distance (three blocks) of all the great amenities downtown Saugatuck has to offer, including: Art Galleries, Antique Stores, Restaurants, Clothing and Retail Stores, Wine Tasting Rooms, Yoga Studios, Biking/Running/Hiking trails, Sand Dunes, U-pick fruit farms, and Boating/Kayaking/Canoeing/Fishing on the Kalamazoo Lake. In addition, four tennis courts, basketball court, and a large running track are just one block away. It's also a short bike ride, stroll or drive to the amazingly beautiful Oval Beach on Lake Michigan, as well as Saugatuck State Park. Clean and comfortable home in a great location. Downtown Saugatuck was only a short walk away. Plenty of room for our family to stay. We also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub.

Wonderful experience
This property was wonderful for our family trip. There was lots of room to spread out with the four bedrooms and the main area was spacious.

Perfect Weekend Stay
Could not have asked for a better time at this property. We had 7 friends get together for a NYE getaway and it was perfectly accommodated for our needs. The hot tub, walking distance from town, were a couple of the biggest highlights and really, the whole house was exactly what we needed. Nick was very responsive and offered a later check out due to some heavy snows we were expecting. We would absolutely plan to stay here again.

Cute place, great location
My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space and cute curb appeal as well. Was stocked with everything you need (minus your own food/toiletries). Great location, close to downtown, seemed like a nice neighborhood as well!

We are so glad it worked out the way it did! The house is extremely clean and tidy. It is perfect for friends or couples with the two BR's up and two BR's down. Long Weekend in Saugatuck
Great house. Very clean. Big kitchen with everything you need! Loved the hot tub and used it everyday. Really close to downtown which was awesome. All in All very nice. Nick is a great host! Any issues are quickly resolved. Definitely would go back to Saugatuck, Lot's to do!! L. Hussey

Excellent Saugatuck house and location
Enjoyed our stay! Great central location to easily walk into downtown Saugatuck (even with young kids in tow) and Mt. Baldhead, short drive to Oval Beach. Plenty of room for 2 families to sleep and spread out.

Just like home
I didn’t want to leave. Clean, comfortable with tons of amenities (like a hot tub, full size washer/dryer) and just a short walk to all the action in downtown Saugatuck. The owner, Nick, was great with getting in touch to ensure I got in ok. Only bad thing I have to say is that I wasn’t able to stay longer. Will be back for sure!

Location of home was perfect. Close enough to walk everywhere along the 2 main streets. Home was in quite neighborhood so no noise of downtown. Great restaurants, shops and nice playground for the small children. The area was clean and people were friendly. Highly recommend.

Great House & Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay "On the Hill" . The location simply cannot be beat. It's a quiet, quaint neighborhood with friendly residents, and plenty of different scenic routes to walk into and around town. Nick's communication and responsiveness made everything a breeze. The house itself was squeaky-clean, which is extremely important to us. There are lots of thoughtful extras in the large kitchen for eating-in; plus a closet full of toys/games for both outdoors and indoors, in case of rain or quiet time. The King bed (the only one we used) was *ultra* comfortable. I would add that there is nice landscaping around the property that is not portrayed in the listing pictures, and several Adirondack chairs for enjoying the front porch. We highly recommend On the Hill, and look forward to staying there again.
