Everything my group of 8 needed. Amazing living room/kitchen area, super close to Diamond Peak ski resort and Kings Beach and all the amenities we needed. Host was kind and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home away from home. Although they are in the process of remodeling, it has all of the basics covered. Since it was my first time using the website, I brought dishes I would need with me. They had about 90% of them covered. The only negative statement I can make is the beds need new mattresses. They we hard/lumpy and smelled old. We had to buy toppers to be comfortable. On the whole, the place and surrounding areas were better than expected. Would rent it again!👍

Big open community space and lots of good options for sleeping arrangements. Not lake adjacent, but a good and convenient neighborhood very close to services of all kinds.

This was the ideal getaway for our friends and family. There were 4-6 of us at any one time but there's plenty of room for 10. Spacious bedrooms. Big, well-equipped kitchen and a peaceful deck out back. The hosts were super accommodating and communicative.

This house was perfect for our group of friends visiting Tahoe for the first time. Spacious, clean, and great proximity to nearby restaurants and beaches.

Perfect setting for our family of 6. A few blocks to the grocery store and a bit further to the shore. Loved having the kayaks available. The kitchen was great to cook in and we had plenty of seating both inside and out. The deck is lovely and we enjoyed using the bbq and eating outside.
Bedroom space was great and comfortable. Plenty of bathroom space as well.
It was very pleasant to turn on the fireplace in the morning to take the chill off. All in all we will stay again and recommend to others especially if you want a little separation and still be comfortable. The older group could go to bed, the younger group could stay up and all were happy.

We were in town for our son’s wedding. House worked great to put up our immediate family. Super location and well equipped. Host is as good as they get - communicative and dedicated to making sure our stay was comfortable.

We stayed four days with family and enjoyed the kitchen and seating area ( although more seating would be a plus). The kitchen was great, large and well equipped.
The bedrooms were fine ( I would add luggage racks) and the patio was great with a grill, comfortable furniture .
I am puzzled at the the VRBO site noting three bathrooms and showing a photo of a tiled shower with two shower heads. The bathroom on the upper level ( single bath) had a combination tub/shower with sliding doors. We stayed in the Master Bedroom and did not observe a 3rd bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! It was perfect for 2 families, since there were enough bedrooms for all of us. We would prepare our meals in the kitchen, which was well stocked. We loved hanging out at the back deck, while grilling. The beaches are close by, and there is a Raleys close to the house as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental!!

Great location for all that Incline Village has to offer. Quiet neighborhood for evening walks and a wonderful deck & BBQ to enjoy for dinner.
Would recommend adding a note in description that the 3 private beaches are available for a daily use fee per person.
Thanks for sharing your home!

We had an excellent stay. Highlights were the very comfortable beds and the excellent TV/cable/DVD equipment. This home is also very convenient, just a few minutes from the Raleys shopping center and a few minutes from the highway to Mt Rose and Reno.

Our family of 5, plus my mom and brother in law just returned from a great stay at this cabin. All the amenities we needed were provided and the cabin was roomy for our group. We even brought a pack and play for our infant daughter and there was plenty of room in our bedroom for her. It's also close to Mount Rose, which we skied 3 days during our stay, as well as grocery, restaurants, ski rentals and other activities. The house was clean and all of the kitchen, laundry, and cleaning supplies were available. They also provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The owners were very responsive and checked in on us when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would love to stay here again in the future!

Owners are very responsive and generous with their amenities. This cabin allowed our family of 9 to spread out and enjoy all it had to offer. The kids had a blast sledding in both the front and back yard. The location is excellent-- on a major street to get you to the village, beach, or Diamond Peak Ski resort in 5 minutes or less, but also in a neighborhood and near the golf course to do some snowshoeing on the snow-covered fairways. I imagine a summertime stay would be equally enjoyable.

The property is clean, in a nice neighborhood, and has enough space for the seven of us, I appreciated Tracey responding to me through text messages.
However, the light in the house is too dim, esp. in the family room and kitchen. Mattress in each room needs to be replaced. They are too soft, and when we turn, the beds are making so much noise. The beddings are kind of old as well.
The dish washer was broken, and Tracy informed me a month before the trip, but with so much going on, I forgot about her message . She should have left a message on her washer to remind us.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Loftus home in Incline Village. We came to Tahoe 5 years ago - staying at the southeast part of the lake. Both locations are similar and yet different and both have pros and cons - I'm not sure which we will choose if/when we return. But we were certainly NOT disappointed with our accommodations and would not hesitate to stay here again.
Communication with John and Tracey was excellent. We never had to wait long for a response from them - they were happy to answer any of our questions and gave some great tips for shopping, favorite restaurants, etc.
Check-in was simple. We were given all of the information we needed to check in ourselves - along with instructions for TV, WiFi, checkout, etc. at the same time. Could not have been easier. Very few cleaning requirements - just strip the bed, start laundry, & run the dishwasher (more on that later).
The home itself was pretty comfortable for our family. We've got a couple of married children, so both rooms with king/queen beds and bunk beds was great.
We found all of the pots, pans, utensils, appliances, dishes, etc., we could ever need in the kitchen - which was also well outfitted with a cupboard full of various herbs and spices. We didn't use the grill - but it looked great. We enjoyed most of our meals on the back deck - easy seating for 8 around the deck table.
The only catch with the kitchen (beyond the Loftus' control) is that the dishwasher was broken when we arrived. We ended up using paper plates and plastic cups for most of our meals to keep the vacation a "vacation", only washing utensils and pots and pans by hand.
One of the items listed in the property description - that quite frankly played a role us choosing this home - was the description of private beaches, which we believed we may have access to (depending on COVID restrictions). Unfortunately, it appears you must be a property owner or have the property owner assign you rights to that access - so we ended up fighting for parking and access with everyone else at the public beaches.
It seems this is a relatively new development - so we weren't sure if it was due to COVID or was simply something new to keep use low and access easy for owners in the area. That said - others looking to come to this property should probably know that they won't have access to the private beaches in the property description.
Thank you John and Tracey for allowing us to stay in your home!

Very nice cabin near Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed having lots of space in the living room and kitchen. The 3 bathrooms was very helpful for our large group. Very nice big deck in the backyard along with some trees perfect for hanging our hammocks on. We loved having the two kayaks at the house to use. Just make sure you bring straps to transport them on the top of your vehicle. Overall, it was a great place.

The cabin was great, had everything we needed and felt very comfortable and homey. Came here to stay for Memorial Day weekend with my family after moving to North Carolina and not seeing them for 5 months. We all had a great time and so close to the beach! We played board games and took the kayak out. Hosts were great and checked in to make sure everything was going good.

5 out of 5 definitely. Really spacious, very cozy and clean. My family and I loved this place. I loved the double shower in the master bedroom. We loved that it has toys for us to use in the snow. I took my pans and other kitchen supplies for me to cook but when we got there I realized that i didn’t have to take anything because the cabin had everything we needed! Host very attentive and really friendly, fast to communicate with and are happy to accommodate any desire you have. I would love to come back in the summer.

The cabin was in a good neighborhood, close to everything, clean and well stocked. The backyard gave the kids a great area to sled and play in the snow. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is really pretty and spacious - some areas could use updating but everything is fully functional and easy to use. The sleds and snowball maker were really nice to have for the kids. There was a good sledding track in the backyard that kept our kids entertained, it’s also 4 minutes or so to diamond peak so easy to get there or home. We definitely would stay here again!

The cabin was great! The outdoor area and deck were perfect. It was nice having four bedrooms and three baths. Most of the beds were comfortable (my only suggestion is to not have plastic covers on the mattresses because they are noisy when sleeping). Lots of kitchen supplies, bbq, and the location is very close to center of incline and about 12 minutes to kings beach! Owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I hope to be back to your cabin. Thank you!

We HIGHLY recommend this beautiful cabin and amazing hosts. Tracey was so kind enough to answer any and all questions we had. Their home was beautiful and big. We fell in love with their fireplace, it made the whole feel so homey. We also really enjoyed their beautiful backyard full of snow. We didn't even have to go anywhere to go sledding as the backyard was so big. They had plenty of toilettries and kitchen items available for use. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again ❤ thank you again --Ricky and Tanveer--
