Friends and family will really enjoying getting together in the beautifully remodeled, open living area upstairs. Exposed beams, custom hardwood flooring, cabinetry and finishes throughout create a fresh and sleek feel to this mountain-style home. The decorating has been done with comfort and class in mind. A large granite bar/countertop and backsplash in the open kitchen set the mood for easy entertaining. Light a lovely wood fire on a chilly morning or evening for some great ambiance. There are plenty of creature comforts such as the large tub in the master bath for a nice soak after beach or slopes, wireless internet throughout, and big screen TV in the great room for family movie night. Your private deck is a serene spot for a cup of coffee while enjoying the high mountain air or grilling that trout you caught on the lake. The location is wonderful any season. The bike path is right nearby allowing for an easy walk to the beach or a great ride from one end of Lakeshore Drive to the other. There you can find off-road trails if adventure is what you seek. Forest Pines is on The Diamond Peak Ski Shuttle route. Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks. The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay. We stayed over the holiday and the home is amazing and comfortable. All of the amenities you could ask for. The pictures don't do it justice. The teens even commented "this is the best house we've stayed in". They loved the location - close to groceries & Starbucks, lake, bowling, skiing, etc..We will book this rental again for sure. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our townhouse was sparkly clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. The little patio was a bonus to sit outside and enjoy the quiet nature surrounding the unit. The location was ideal - close to the lake on one side and Rayley's up the hill. Great having king sized beds, laundry, and a gas stove. We also enjoyed the clubhouse/pool and lovely grounds. We loved our stay and would book it again in a heartbeat.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as expected based on the pictures. We did have a couple issues (washer leaking, small leak in kitchen faucet) but the property mgmt company was very responsive and took care of both issues within hours of us notifying them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit was awesome!!! There was plenty of room for my whole family and the extra powder room downstairs was a lifesaver!! The only thing that was a little on the annoying side was that the fire alarm would go off anytime we turned the stove top or oven on-so if you went to cook breakfast before everyone got up in the morning-you would basically wake everyone up because the fire alarm was on the sensitive side. We have been staying at Forrest Pines for about 12 years-so we will definitely be coming back!!

The rental agency was extremely helpful. Guests should be aware that Incline beaches charge $12 per person per day but are worth it. Forest Pines HOA also limits guests to two parking spaces.

We stayed here with our 5 kids for a wedding at the Hyatt. Walking distance to food, beach, playground and the Hyatt (about 3/4 mile) where the wedding was. This property is very nice and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is very nicely redone. Beds were comfortable and it was nice and roomy. The property was great. Our kids had a lot of fun in the rec room. We would for sure stay here again. It was great.

This place was adequate for my family of 8. Nothing special. The location is great...... the place is ok. Needs better lighting in the living room, the bed covers need to be cleaned as I doubt that they have been for years. The smoke alarm needs to be replaced as it goes off if anything is being cooked on the stove. No noticeable smoke or anything but the thing went off on us constantly. The VACATION STATION folks are great to work with though - polite, courteous and responsive. Overall our stay there was fine. We loved the Incline area and the proximity to everything in that area.

This home was absolutely beautiful and super clean. My family of four, along with my parents, sister and nephew all stayed with room to spare. The kitchen is larger than it appears in the pictures and the counter space is huge! The location offered nice paved trails for little ones to go for easy walks (we had a 1, 2, and 3 year old with us) and they were free to explore safely. We were already planning our next visit to this home before we left!

This is a very nice property well-situated in Incline Village. Walking distance to groceries and other shops in Incline Village or the Hyatt if you are looking to gamble. The unit comfortably slept 9 adults for a weekend. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we are skiing at Northstar!

Great home for a group and good location

Very nice house to stay in. Easy to pick up keys and very close to the lake and to shops and businesses of Incline Village. Beds were comfortable and house was clean and had all basic amenities. There isn't much hot water, though, so we had to stagger showers.

We stayed here with a group of 9 people. Every single person had good things to say. The beds were extremely comfortable! The place was clean. We were looking for some fans and within minutes a man from the rental company brought them out to us. We would definitely stay here again. I think our only complaint is that the house wasn't stocked with enough toilet paper. Overall great experience and we will be back!

The condo is lovely and has ample room. Has a modern kitchen and open floor plan. Has everything you need for cooking. We enjoyed having two flat screen tv's with one of them in the master bedroom. We had a glitch with the wireless but called vacation station and it was a simple fix (something to do with once you turn on the cable you have to reset the wireless. The one weird thing about this condo is that there are no glasses. I mean no glasses. We used mugs and coffee cups so we were fine but super strange. One thing that is important to me when I stay somewhere is how comfortable the beds are and the linens - and they were great!

This property was conveniently located near major amenities. It was easy to find and the management company was very friendly, professional and informative. We had four families that included 7 adults and 5 kids that comfortably utilized the living areas and bedrooms. Overall, it was very clean, cozy and roomy. The only issue we had was limited "hot water", I think primarily due to a small water heater for the size of this place and number of people in our party.
