Nestled in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $433 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Hear the waves from our newly totally renovated in vintage cottage style oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath located directly on the boardwalk in downtown Ocean City between 3rd and 4th streets. 1st floor end unit right on the boardwalk and beach in small intimate condo building with only 15 units that feels more like a cottage. Walk out onto your private patio, private 25'x50' deck and watch the people stroll by on the Boardwalk or open the gate and take 8 steps down to the boardwalk and enjoy the beach, beach volleyball, shops, catch the tram or walk to any of Ocean City's main attractions. If you open the screened doors at both ends, the full "ocean breeze" blows through the condo for the ultimate "beach cottage" feeling. All new furniture, aged look plank porcelain flooring, kitchen and baths from just completed total renovation. Beach chairs and umbrella are included so there is no need to rent them and you can be on the beach in about 1 minute with them right off our deck. Park your car under the condo in the two spots available and enjoy walking to wherever you need to go. Plenty of restaurants, shops and other attractions close by. The town park, tennis courts, playground, ball fields, skate park and no-license fishing/crabbing area on the bay and just one block away. Total new vintage cottage style includes all new furnishings in cottage style, high end Samsung commercial convective oven, dish washer, platinum steam washer/dryer, microwave, new 50" Samsung Internet Smart TV's in master and living room, 32" in second bedroom w Comcast HD receivers, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, fastest new Motorola dual band Gigabit router/modem Surfboard Extreme 802.11 AC wi-Fi, Brazilan granite, aged look natural ash porcelain flooring throughout. We are on the lower boardwalk where you can walk to everything including Mitchell's market where you can get wine, beer, groceries or a deli sandwich 24 hours a day or have them delivered (one block). Dunkin Doughnuts, the original Dough Rollers, Pubs, Mexican, Italian, Shenanigans, Hooters, Tap House, shops, kite store or almost anything you would want within two blocks stroll on the Boardwalk but located just outside all the action on the lower boardwalk so it's still quiet. Our condo has a 50' private deck directly on the boardwalk and does not have commercial store fronts in the lower level so we are close to the action but not in the middle of it. Watch the main OC beach fireworks right off our deck. One block walk to the Ocean City Downtown Recreation Complex (two square blocks) which offers something for everyone. - A lighted multipurpose ball-field along the bay - A small ball-field appropriate for youth softball games - A playground - Ample Basketball Courts - Tennis Courts. The beach in front of us in not overly crowded because entire 4 block sector between the beach and bay only has two low rise condo's and a small hotel at Shenanigan's Pub. Downtown Recreation Complex is a park ideal for the entire family. Lights are available for evening play. The Ocean Bowl Skate Park is located at the Downtown Recreation Complex. It's a popular spot for skateboarders and inline skaters. Directly on the bay, Chicago Avenue’s Victorian themed “Promenade” area is an ideal spot for fishing and crabbing where no fishing license is required. Park your car and enjoy the best of Ocean City within walking distance at our beach cottage home. Please note we only rent to family groups over the age of 25 to maintain the quality of our condo.

This is our first time staying here. I would first like to say that Mr. Bill Pollock is an amazing owner of the property! He is very attentive , quick on responding and great at communicating. The condo is right in the middle of it all ! The whole week, we got in the car once , to play mini golf and everything else was right at our fingertips. The condo is beautiful , supplies you with everything you need , and the view is to die for ! We already know we will be booking for next year .

It was absolutely perfect. The the weather wasn’t the greatest, but we still had fun. Great communication with the owner. The view was amazing and the place looked exactly like the photos but better. My family and I stayed in Bill’s condo this March. I’m late with the review but wanted to share that we enjoyed the condo and found the location to be perfect.
There were four of us and this offered just enough room. This place is literally on the boardwalk steps from the beach and multiple restaurants, etc.
Check-in was simple, the condo was clean and sufficiently stocked with toiletries, and again, the location was everything. I will definitely stay here again when visiting OC.

Great Vacation Rental
Rental condo was clean, comfortable, and we'll equipped with just about everything you would need, including nice beach chairs and a sturdy beach umbrella for your use. 20' × 50' deck is for real and passerby's pointed it out constantly with envy! Beach was literally steps across the Boardwalk (owner pictures are accurate) Also has a nice private balcony/deck area right outside sliders from livingroom area that had a table and tall chairs with a nice overhang that provided shade when a break from the sun and beachwas needed. I'm an early bird, so sunrises here, while sitting and having my morning coffee, were awesome. Condo is located in the heart of everything but still quiet. Parking is good also, plenty of room even for a bigger vehicle. Neighbors quiet and super nice and helpful! My family had such a great time and relaxing vacation, Hope to go back!! Owner Bill was great too, friendly, informative and responsive to all communications..Thanks Bill!

If you are looking to stay on the Boardwalk, this place is perfect for you. We had a great stay. The doors were a little funky to operate at first, but once we figured it out, they worked just fine. The Owner was available to call and help at any time.

Prime Location!
We stayed early in June for the Air Show. Our location was perfect for the show, entertainment, and shopping. Bill, our host, was awesome! He was on top of everything. Our family highly recommends this property!!

Great Vacation
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Bill’s Condo. The condo was very clean and the location can not be beat. The owner was very responsive and courteous at all times. The location was superb, being right off the Ocean City boardwalk. In addition, the deck provided us an opportunity to enjoy the beach and boardwalk without ever leaving the condo itself. My family enjoyed being able to go out to the boardwalk whenever they wanted without having to drive. This is a place I would definitely stay at again.
