About this condo rental
Nestled in South Lake Tahoe, this attractive condo for $605 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our recently renovated luxury condo is 1400 square feet, 2 bedrooms + separate living room + full kitchen + dining area + 3 baths+ 2 decks (one of the largest decks in the whole Marriott complex and one small deck) our condo sleeps up to 8 people. FREE WIFI & 2 FREE VALET PARKING SPACES. Set within the bustling Heavenly Village the Marriott Grand Residence Club is one of South Lake Tahoe's most desirable 4-star resort destinations. This resort does not charge a resort fee, they do however charge a MANDATORY DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE of $251 which the guest must pay directly to the Marriott front desk upon check out. The owner does not collect this fee in the booking. Boutique shopping, heart-pounding outdoor adventure, distinct dining, and world-class entertainment are all yours to discover. You are within walking distance of the Casino's, Heavenly Gondola, the lake with a beach, shops, restaurants, cinema, mini golf, ice-skating (winter), and public transport can be caught in front of the hotel. The Marriot Grand Residence is located just steps from the high-speed Heavenly gondola, whisking you to some of the finest skiing in the world. Some of the Marriot Grand Residence 4-star resort amenities include a refreshing pool and hot tubs that can be used all year round, drink service around the pool during the summer months, a state-of-the-art fitness club with a sauna, a steam room, and a beauty salon with relaxing spa treatments. A cozy outdoor fireplace can be found near the pool. You will have access to outdoor gas grills by the pool. Concierge and bell services are available. Laundry facilities for your convenience are located on the 2nd floor. FREE WIFI and free ski valet service are provided during your stay. You will have free undercover valet parking for 2 cars. The Marriott provides fun daily activities for all ages. The master bedroom has a king bed, a full bathroom with a triangle-shaped Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, a fireplace, a big screen TV, and a small deck with a table and 2 chairs. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a full bathroom, a big-screen TV, and access to a huge deck, our deck is one of the biggest decks in the resort. Fully equipped kitchen (plates, glasses, silverware, and cookware) with a separate dining area. the kitchen has granite countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator, a range/oven & microwave & dishwasher. The laundry is located down the hall on the second floor. The living room has a 3rd full bathroom with a shower/tub. There is extra sleeping provided in this room with a pull out queen size sofa bed (this pull-out bed is the American leather comfort sleeper, it has no bar to stick into your back and is super comfortable) plus 2 twin size day beds on either side of the fireplace, big screen TV. THE HUGE DECK is off the second bedroom. We have one of the biggest decks in the complex, there is enough room out there for about 10 people. You can dine or read a book in the sun, look at the mountains, people watching is fun from the deck. You can check out the 4th of July fireworks over the lake. It faces the Lakeside, not the pool area. In the summer the restaurant below the deck has live music. There is patio furniture out there. WE WILL BEAT THE MARRIOTT RATES AND ANY OTHER RENTAL CONDO WEBSITE RATES HANDS DOWN!

This condo was the perfect place to stay for a ski vacation. It’s right next to the gondola and in the heart of all the shopping, bars and restaurants. We walked almost everywhere and it was so easy. The condo was well stocked, quiet, clean and all the beds were so comfy. The pool and hot tub looked amazing but we never had the time to try them out. Vivian was a great host that made sure we had everything we needed. If I could give 10 stars I would.

We loved everything about this place. The place was spotless and the deck was amazing. We could sit out n the deck during the day and listen to the live music in the restaurant below. There is also music at night, it is done by 9pm so it isn't loud after hours. The location can't be better. Walking distance to shops/restaurants/casino etc. We did have an issue with the TV and Air conditioning and the maintenance man was up in 5 minutes and fixed it immediately. The pool is wonderful but you need to get out there early to get a seat, it fills up fast. My daughter loved the living room daybed to lay and read her book during our down time. So much to do in Tahoe. The owners were very quick to respond. Everything was perfect.

We were thrilled with this listing. It’s hard to get all to agree (especially with a 9, 7 and 1.5 year old) but everyone was happy with this space. We all had our own areas, as well as the common area. It was close to everything that we wanted to do, and the valet parking included made it easy to come and go without worrying about finding parking again. Definitely going to visit again in the future.

Our stay at Marriott Residence was fantastic! The condo was very spacious and immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the NYE fireworks from the balcony and stayed much warmer compared to being outside in 1 degree temp. The owner was very quick to respond to emails. A “home” base in Heavenly!
Great location — right at the base of the gondola with shops and restaurants all around.
Great amenities— heated pool and hot tubs, videos to rent (come with a bag of popcorn!), steam/sauna, free valet parking, access to pack ‘n plays and highchairs, and access to the kids’ club in neighboring Marriott property.
Great space — condo is HUGE and well equipped. Two big bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two fireplaces and kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a very large balcony attached to this unit. We had a big snow storm while we were there and actually pulled our kids in a sled (which we rented from the kids club at other Marriott) around the balcony.
All around great space. We are definitely coming back!!

Wonderful South Lake Tahoe condo
We stayed at this condo for 3 nights. Four adults and two young children. Very comfortable unit. Small but well equipped kitchen. Love the cushioned nooks on either side of the fireplace in the main living area next to the windows. Nice to curl up there and read a book. Patio is huge and looks down on fire pit and live music each night in front of California Burger Company (the unit is right above the restaurant but the unit is quiet!). Loved sitting on patio at night, listening to the music. Super easy walk to casinos and lots of restaurants.
Nice opportunities throughout the property for kids to do arts and crafts or food / cooking related activities. Pool was kept at perfect temperature (weather was a bit cool when we there but didn't keep us out of the pool!).
Would definitely stay here again.

The place to stay if you're skiing Heavenly!
If you're in Tahoe to ski Heavenly, this is the place to stay. The location is ideal and the property and unit are much nicer than other similarly priced options. The hot tubs and other amenities put this place over the top.

our group stayed in this two-bedroom resort for one night, all of us liked this unit very much, my friends asked me how did you find such a nice enjoyable place, we all would like to stay there longer if we did not reserve our trip so tight, some of the friend already plan to go back in winter for the sky season. This place could be two separate unit with kitchen and spacious place and two gas fireplace, comfortable deck can enjoy the street view but not noisy at night, convenient to sky place, lake and casino. Wonderful! We love it!

My family visits this resort often and always stay in a 1 bedroom but after staying in your place we will never be able to go back to a one bedroom. We had so much space and everything is beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back! Perfect!! Thanks you!!

Great Marriott stay
We had a great time. We loved the large balcony overlooking the intersection. Great for people watching and thunderstorm watching during our stay. Even though the room is right on the street it is amazing how quiet it is. No road noise at all, and if connecting door is closed could not hear the early rising grand kids. I slept till 11 am one time, the beds are so good, never do that at home, late night at casino may have helped. The pool was a big hit with the grand kids and I loved the great poolside food and drink. Also did a takeout order from Base Camp Pizza for the grand kids to the pool, which was good. Base Camp was good for dinner also, very popular, quoted 40 min wait plus twice so plan ahead, worth the wait. I would highly recommend this owner and this resort.

Beautiful Stay
We chose Tahoe for a girl's trip for my Aunt's 50th birthday. Tahoe was absolutely beautiful and our hotel did not fall too far behind. Immediately pulling up to the hotel we noticed how quickly the valet staff was able to help us. We walked up to our room after checking out the fitness area and owner's lounge that were included in the package. The middle/living room had a cute, quaint kitchen and a dining area. Our favorite part was the fireplace that was perfect for reading next to. Although it was a bit too chilly to sit out on the balcony the view was magnificent. The pool was warmed to perfection and the big chess set was a nice touch. Definitely a great place to stay. Would love to visit Tahoe and be able to book this room again.

A Lovely Stay in Tahoe
This timeshare is located just at the base of the mountain right next to the gondola. It makes for such convenient skiing/snowboarding. Working with the owner was just wonderful. She answers emails/phone calls right away and is VERY friendly. Also, she was very quick to fixing a billing issue that the Marriott created for us and made sure that every single item was covered before we checked in. I can't imagine having spent our NYE anywhere else and I can't wait to come back.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Holidays
Nolon's has this great property with tons to offer. We (2 Adults, 2 kids) had wonderful week and our friend's family also joined on Thanksgiving. Next to Gondola, Heated Pool, Valet Parking (free), Ski-valet (free), next to every attraction you can think. Kids enjoyed a lot. This place is recommend for any group type (friends, family, kids etc).
The place was super clean, better than pics posted and easy process from booking to check-out.

Great location, lots of space, very comfortable and clean!
My girlfriends and I went up for a girls weekend and really loved this place. It had everything we needed in terms of dishes and appliances. The grocery store was just around the corner and we were right by all the shopping, restaurants and casinos. The large deck outside was very nice and the spacey inside allowed for all 6 girls to have their own space when they needed it. I very much enjoyed my stay! I look forward to coming back!

Fabulous Condo in the center of it all
My husband and I with our two boys stayed with another family in this fabulous condo. It exceeded expectations - the actual condo was clean, had everything that you needed for entertaining at home and a fabulous spacious deck. The location though is the most outstanding aspect of this property - it's right at the bottom of the gondola for Heavenly Resort, the beach just minutes away and the condo is right in the center of everything - we could just walk to great restaurants, casinos.... And the hotel pool was fantastic - the boys in particular had a fabulous time in the pool and hot tub.

All the comforts of home and vacation in one
We spent the weekend at the Marriot in a wonderful condo! The location could not be beat- close enough to walk to the casinos and restaurants without being noisy, right near the action with beautiful views of the mountains! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck watching Tahoe wake up. The property is spectacularly maintained, clean and comfortable with all you need for a perfect vacation within a few blocks. We highly recommend this location anytime of year!

No better place to stay in Tahoe
We stay in Tahoe once or twice a year.We love the convenience of this property. The bus system,the grocery store,shopping,and restaurants,and ski lifts are all right within one block if not on the property.
The hotel staff is what you would expect of a Marriott. They are vary attentive ,polite,and most all very friendly.
The owner of this property is great to deal with. They always communicate and follow up on emails with questions.
We look forward to our stay next year in the same unit.
If you are comparing other places to stay and this one is on your list of choices, there is no question. Book your stay here you will be glad you did.
The unit is a clean split plan with a very large patio thats great too watch the sunset over the mountains ,with the comfort of feeling at home.
