Nestled in Sydney, this attractive condo for $390 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax or a well equipped bayside “work from home” location this spot is for you. Located in a quiet area tucked away from the crowds you have the choice of chilling with a cold one on the balcony enjoying awesome views or joining the party by the beach which is just short walk away. This is our family weekender and we love it here. It is a newly renovated three bedroom, two bathroom waterfront reserve apartment in a 1960s block (with lift). This apartment has spectacular views over Gunnamatta bay from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. It is a short walk to the beach, Gunnamatta baths, restaurants and shops, cinema, ferry and train. Although off street parking is available, there is hardly a need to drive as you can get everything you need from local shops or catch the train to the airport, CBD or shopping precincts including Miranda. It has comfortable sleeping arrangements with a king size bed in the main bedroom (room sleeps 2), queen size bed and king single loft bed in bedroom 2 (room sleeps 3) and in the third bedroom is a king single loft bed, a single bed and a trundle single (room sleeps 3). For the student or those working from home this apartment offers free wifi with NBN speeds, printer and desks in the main bedroom, bedroom 3 and the living room. Each room has a fan (ceiling, wall or free standing depending on furniture configuration) Min 5 night stay. Recurring long term midweek rental for executives or commuters negotiable eg. 3 days per week for six months.

The property is in an ideal spot, being close to ferry, train and beach. It is three doors from the primary school I went to from 1956/59. Everything is there and my family and I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you.

Roomy, well equipped, dedicated parking; marvellous view from balcony. Good location near shops, station, ferry and beach. (Do try the ferry to Bundeena for a quiet family beach). Richard the host very efficient and friendly.

My husband, adult daughter and I had a wonderful time in Cronulla and this apartment was a welcoming home away from home. It offered and supplied everything you could need or want. The location is amazing…close to everything (shops, transportation, beach, eateries). Richard was an amazing host. There was a welcoming text message the day we arrived and when we had a plumbing issue, Richard had it taken care of the same day! We all completely loved our stay and hope others take the opportunity to enjoy this apartment too. Thanks, Richard!

My family stayed at Richards property recently and I can only say that we were so lucky that we found it. We are a local family and needed alternate accommodation whilst some work was being done out our home. The location is first class with outstanding views over Gunnamatta Bay and is just a short walk to the Cronulla shopping area. With my son and I working from home, there was more than adequate space to allow us to do so, with 2 work desks being available for use. In terms of utilities , everything was provided for which meant we were able to live as we would at home. The renovations that have been completed recently are of a very high quality and well thought out. We would have no hesitation in staying at Richards property again in the future and would highly recommend it for your next visit to the area.
