About this condo rental
NEW CONDOMINIUM -2008, located in the quiet west end area of Panama City Beach, but close to all its amenities. Nice beautiful beach,never too crowded. Elevated beach front pool and spa, exercise room/gym with state of the art firness equipment. Nice lobby with friendly staff. All the beach activities are available and could be reserved in our beach. PALAZZO IS ONE OF THE NICEST BUILDINGS ON THE BEACH, very low density with only 129 units, you do not feel crowded even on the busiest weekends. The covered parking on the same building is a big plus. We are about 1 mile from the Pier Park with all the shopping, movie theaters and entertainment. Oulet shopping is 35 miles in Destin. The International airport is only 8 miles from the building. Our unit has three bedroom, three bathrooms. Nicely decorated with a Kings size bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen size on the second bedroom with a private bathroom, and 2 twin beds in the kids room. 46-inch TV with DVD and VCR in the living room, Internet access with Wi-Fi and wired connection. Second and third rooms with TV/DVD's. Well supplied kitchen for all your needs. We love our second home and hope that you have a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean and nice. During our stay the pool was closed and the building was being painted. But it was located close to all activities and was an enjoyable trip! Owners were very friendly and helpful.

The online listing was dead on. The condo is beautiful and spacious. We had 7 with us and had plenty of room. As other commenters have said the parking garage is a little tight but we navigated, a rented, Dodge Durango in it just fine. Natalia was easy to work with and quick to respond. Having two chairs and an umbrella was great! My kids and I have always done beach vacations and they said this was the best condo and beach yet. We had an absolute blast and will definitely book again for the next family vacation.

My wife and I, my daughter and fiance stayed while attending Gulf Coast Jam. Loads of space, coffee on the balcony and beautiful beach mornings. Everything was perfect and we can't wait to do it again. Thank you so much!

Our family enjoyed our vacation at this lovely condo! My only suggestion is to stock up with more of the essentials and to update all of the TV’s but the location was great and enjoyed waking up to Ocean Views every morning and walking straight out to the beach from the condo!

The place is nicer in person and very clean. I drove from another state, so I got there quite late and was tired. The check-in could've not have been more easier. The host was very helpful in answering all my questions. There is a parking fee that is additional which is very common; I have no complaints! The elevators were not crowded, nor was the beach. I could easily find close parking at all times. I loved how beach service was included, although we didn't have time to use the pool. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo!

We loved 3 beds and baths. It was comfortable and very convenient. We love the pool and the uncrowded beach area. It was better equipped than other condos in the same building.

We would 100% stay here again! It was so close to everything & it fit our family just perfect! The proximity is so close to the beach & shopping. We couldn't ask for anything more!!

This condo has all the essentials and was well maintained. Location was also great and across the street was a candy store, Sunsations store, ice cream/coffee, and Pizza Hut. All look so in walking distance was a pharmacy and grocery store. Extra parking across the street as well that made it easier for our bulky truck to park. Parking garage is super tight. No ramps and quite a few stairs so that was a Drawback when taking a loaded wagon to the beach. Had to have 2 people carry it down the stairs.

the experience was great just a couple tvs not program and the mattress on the pullout sofa needs replacing..other than that great condo very spacious

We loved this place . We went on family vacation with a 1 year old, 5 year old and a 7 year old. The place wa super clean, it had everything we needed. It is on 3rd floor and elevators are super fast! The pool was also clean and easy access. We will look to stay here again in the future. Great communication with owner as well!

The condo was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the beach service for always having a place to sit with shade of an umbrella. It was quiet at night. We hope to be back soon.

We truly enjoyed our stay with family. This condo was as nice as pictured (not always the case). The location was perfect, right on the beach. Traveling with son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandkids this unit provided the perfect place.for an enjoyable family vacation. We highly recommend this condo. Thank you!

My kids and I (along with my sons girlfriend and daughters best friend) stayed for spring break. The condo was perfect for us. Plenty of sleeping space with the three rooms, a kitchen with everything we needed and a balcony that was our favorite spot! The beach service was great and the elevators and beach were never crowded. The location was perfect, we were close to everything! The communication with Natalia was easy and quick and check in was a breeze. Thank you Natalia!

My daughter and two grandsons and I had a wonderful week in this condo. Everything was as advertised, condo was super clean, and we had everything we needed. Natalia was easy to contact and took care of the one or two minor issues we had.
The parking garage was a bit of a challenge because my SUV
was a little too large for the small parking spots. However, the parking lot right across the street was available and took care of the problem. We only used the garage to load and unload.
The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The beach was right out front, and the two beach chairs and umbrella that were included with the condo were fantastic to have! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Panama City!

Perfect! Everything we wanted and needed. Great location, responsive owners, clean, great beds, storage, large balconies and of course those gorgeous views. Also the elevators were fast and never crowded, close to beach, great pool. Just wonderful!!! Will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for my family vacation. I absolutely wish it was longer but the weekend getaway was everything that I hoped for. I took my three handsome greatgrandsons to bond with them,since I rarely see them. The room appointed for boys was perfect. My son in law,2 daughters and granddaughter were there and the condo space was perfect. The rooms were nice and clean. The kitchen contained everything one needed to cook anything imaginable. Thanks for accommodating me. Maybe next time we can use your place again.

Everything was great. Only negative would be the parking garage is not for large suvs, but the lot across the street was accommodating. Would rent this using again. .

Condo was awesome. Views from balcony were beautiful. Condo was decorated perfectly. Great neighborhood and kitchen fully stocked - we cooked in every meal. Only complaint was parking garage wasn’t built for large trucks so we had to park across the street.

Great unit, nicely decorated with a wonderful view! Master bath with 2 separate sink areas was a plus! Parking garage was a bonus, but the spaces are kind of small. Enjoyed the 2 beach chairs/umbrella that were included in the rental. Would definitely rent this unit again!

We have stayed at the Palazoo MANY times! We have multiple friends who own units here. This was a terrible experience. First of all there were no comforters which the renter claims to of sent an email yet we never received it. The washing machine did not work yet somehow was able to be serviced the day after we left. She was able to be reached while excepting my money however whenever I needed to get in touch with her after getting my money she was unreachable
