About this condo rental
Located in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $340 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Light and spacious ground-level 2-bedroom apartment sleeps 4 comfortably. Complete kitchen, dining room, and living room with washer and dryer. Central air conditioning and heat. Covered porch with table and chairs offering views of both Boardwalk and Bay. Onsite parking and hot water outside shower. Bus stop located across street allows for car-free travel from Inlet to Fenwick 24 hours/day. We're located on the corner with a traffic light 6 houses to the Boardwalk. If you are looking to pack a house and party this is not the place for you. If, however, you want to be close to the action yet want a quiet, clean (we clean it ourselves), and roomy apartment with off street parking, then this is the place! Ideal for family of four, one or two couples, or Girls Getaway. No matter where people stay in OC, the Boardwalk is where they all end up! And remember, Ocean City's beaches are free! No need for badges to walk onto our 10 miles of beach. Park here for free and walk or bike to OC's many restaurants and local pubs. On the Boardwalk at the end of the street you'll discover Thrashers Fries, an Ocean City Landmark. 5 streets to the South is the oldest Municipal Skateboard Park in the country. The Ocean City Lifesaving Museum at the South end of the boards is another must-see. If it rains one day of your stay why not head to the White Marlin Outlet Mall. And, if you get the time, a trip to Assateague National Park is recommended. Throughout the year there are numerous incredible events happening in OC. The first weekend of May brings Springfest, a 4-day celebration which combines top-notch entertainment, fabulous food vendors, and an amazing craft show. Later that month Cruisin' Ocean City rolls into town. You'll be blown away by the unbelievable street rods and muscle cars. August 5th brings the White Marlin Open! OC has been known as the White Marlin Capital of the World for decades. The weigh-in takes place on 14th Street just 6 blocks North of us. Don't forget OC Jeep Fest beginning the 21st. The OC Air Show flies into town on the 24th and the 25th! This September Bikefest roars into town as thousands strut their stuff on two wheels. Later, in October, Sunfest takes place at the inlet where much of the entertainment is free! You must be 21 to stay. We no longer rent to graduating seniors. Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Could not have asked for anything better. Location was perfect. Great parking area. Apartment was clean and cozy. The owner is a very nice guy and very helpful. He recommended several places to go and eat. We visited all of them and they were all great. Definitely will be back.

Great vacation rental, was very clean, had everything we needed. Only 1 block to the boardwalk and beach. Parking at the property was amazing! Oh and so was the host. The property is in old town so we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

The location was amazing. Just one crosswalk away from the gorgeous board walk and about 3 crosswalks away from the bay side. Almost everything is in walking distance. If we weren’t walking the boardwalk or on the gorgeous beach, we were relaxing on the comfortable front porch and making friends that would walk by the house. For the apartment only being 2 beds and 1 bathroom, it was very spacious and comfortable and very clean! The large parking area behind the house was definitely a rare and welcoming sight! Even being so close to the boardwalk, it was one of the most calming vacations we were ever on. There was no noise from the boardwalk at all, even during Jeep Week. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely sanctuary, prime location!
We loved our stay here! The apartment was spacious, bright, comfortable, well appointed, and surprisingly quiet. We brought a twin size air mattress for our toddler and it fit next to our bed. Don was a very responsive and helpful host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Location and Overall Experience
Less than 5 minute walk to Boardwalk and beach entrance. Spacious property and private parking. We loved having an outdoor shower and clothesline. The owner, Don, was helpful and personable.

Perfect family vacation

This cottage apartment was perfect for us as a couple of couples staying five nights in OC. Our floor was completely separate from the rest of the cottage with easy access from two doors. It provided not only good lodging for the nights but also a comfy location to relax in while not out on the beach or visiting shops. It was so nice to load/unload everything on the ground floor and not have to mess with stairs or anything. Not featured in the listing is that there's a really nice garden just outside that gives the place a calming aroma. We very much appreciated being so close to the boardwalk and beach! Being able to take just a short stroll out to the ocean (which seemed less crowded than the beaches over by all the hotels) gave the whole visit a very casual and relaxed feel.

Great location
We have been renting an adjacent property for a number of years, and watched as Don refurbished the building. This year, the opportunity came up to rent off of Don, and we are glad we did.
The apartment is clean, and has modern conveniences like a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The side porch is very convenient and is a great place to have lunch or an evening libation while watching traffic go by. Off road parking means you'll always have a place to park.
Add to the apartment, Don is an excellent host. We will be back again.

Great Location! Across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Cute apartment to spend the week in with my husband and 2 kids. Nice outdoor area to put our beach gear and lock our bikes up. Outdoor shower was a plus! It was great to have our own off street large parking area. Don was really nice and met us at the apartment at check-in. He gave us recommendations to eat and things to do with the kids. We are already planning for next year! Would highly recommend!

For 15 years we've stayed in various places in OC, hotels and small rentals. This property had the best of everything. The beach, the boardwalk, clean, no loud hotel neighbors and downtown parking. Top Notch!
My wife and I enjoy our trips to Ocean City but do not like the hassles that can be associated with motels. We decided to check into rental homes instead. We liked the location of this one and soon learned that the owner Don is a very nice person who takes pride in his property, making sure the conditions and appearance far exceed the normal expectations. Don made sure he was on site upon our arrival and took the time to make sure we had what we needed and that we were satisfied. I hope this was to be the first of many more stays at this location.

Ocean City respite
We had a wonderful vacation in Ocean City! The house was well suited to our needs with a fully stocked kitchen ( pans and utensils) and I loved the convenience of being 6 houses away from the beach!! Happy to report that masks aren't required for the beach but must be worn on the boardwalk. Shops and restaurants were open and practiced social distancing too. Don and Nancy were very hospitable and we had 8 days of perfect weather to lounge at the beach!! Thanks again!
