Property is older. Be aware there is not an elevator. Underneath parking does not allow for SUVs. Property owner was responsive to questions.

The location is 41st right on the beach. Carl, the owner, is great. He would send a text just to make sure everything was to our liking and make sure we didn't need anything. Would stay here again.

This property is perfect for a getaway. It's very clean. I have allergies and never once had an issue with them while staying here. The owner was very helpful when I had a problem with my passcode. I'm glad I found this place and will save it for future trips.

Place is perfectly located on 41st street. Short walk to the beach. Parking is convenient. Furnishing kept you in a vaca state of mind. Living room TV was a bit complicated to get regular television channels only Roku worked but the bedroom tv had xfinity and Roku. Bed was very comfortable. We would like to stay again in the future.

Plenty of space and a short walk to the beach! The owners were very accommodating allowing us to park before our check in time. The property was exactly as advertised. Check in was easy and communication was great. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week away. The decor was beautiful, and overall feel was cozy and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place and will be using this place for future getaways.

We had a lovely week at this property. We were working in the mornings - which was easy with the good wifi and table in the living room. We walked the 1/2 block to the beach in the afternoons and then walked to some great restaurants in the evening. This was a perfect place for us.

We just stayed for a night but condo was right by the beach. Easy to find. Easy parking. Very quiet. The owner provided detailed notes and texted us well before our stay. The condo was clean and fit our family of four with kids sleeping on the pull out couch. There’s a tiny futon too if you have a small kid. We would definitely stay again.

Carl was an amzing host. He communicated fromnthe beginning to the end. Check in was very easy. Beach, restaurants, entertainment etc... was within walking distance. The condo was beautiful just as th photos looked. It was clean and spacious for our family of four. If we ever vacation in Ocean City in the future. I would stay here again

My son is a cheerleader and his gym scheduled a competition on February 2023. The apartment was across the street from the Ocean City convention center, location of the competition he was able to walk to and from the competition which was very convenient. Great clean and beautiful place to stay!

The property is in a great location to everything. The building was quiet and the condo was spacious for our family of 3. The mattress for the pull out couch was great compared to others we have had to use for other rentals. Hopefully, we can book again in the future. Carl was great with communication.

Even though our trip turned out very different than we originally planned, due to very bad weather and our event cancellation, we had a really nice time! We were so thankful to have a clean, welcoming and well thought out place to stay for our long weekend! Lovely home! Thank you Carl!

Nice and Quiet off-season rental with easy access to the beach. Location is very close to the convention center so it may be an entirely different situation with an expo going on. Rental had everything we needed including a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

The property is JUST as it looks online. Very clean and comfortable. The location was great...a nice quiet part of the beach is within steps. The owner was AMAZING! He answered right away AND kept in contact to make sure we were OK. Very nice man.. This was our first VRBO rental and we loved it! 😁 Will definitely rent again.

This property is well maintained. It had all the comforts of home. The other guests were quiet. Parking is under and adjacent to the property. The location had a number of food establishments to choose from and amusement within walking distance. Driving around Ocean City from this area is also very easy. If you are a beach person, the beach is less than 500 ft. away from the room.

We loved the place. It was exactly how it was advertised. Great location plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The beach was a very short walk. Carl was great to deal with. He made sure we got there ok and just touched base with us and made sure everything was good. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. Very clean and great location near the beach. Had no issues at all during the stay. Bed and pull out couch were both very comfortable. The owner made everything very easy. Sent info about 2-3 weeks ahead listing what is included and what you would need to bring. He checked in via text the day after we arrived to make sure everything was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Super close walk to the beach. Parking was incredibly convenient. Building owner was super helpful and flexible. Prime location for hitting the local bars. Easy walking distance close drive to the boardwalk. Housing was clean and comfortable, adorable inside. My friend and I had such a wonderful stay! Would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend!

I was in OC with my brother and sister-in-law for our 50+1 high school reunion. The property was clean and comfortable. Although we didn't go to the beach the condo was just steps away. We could see the ocean from the deck. Check in/out was so simple and communication with the property owner was quick and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My partner and I stayed at Carls place last year and this year as well. There’s a reason we came back! We LOVE IT here. Perfect location, always clean, and very relaxing. Did I mention Carl is the best host and ensures everything is running smoothly for you. I would 10/10 recommend. Even told my parents they should stay there for a getaway.
