Ohh, hello there gorgeous home! If you are looking for an updated beautiful beach home, then 2 Wren Drive is the private home rental for you! This four bedroom, three and a half bathroom is located in Sea Pines and can sleep up to 13 guests. It is just a few minutes walk away from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island. This home features all of the updates you would want plus a private pool to splash around in! Directly off the living room, you have access to the elevated porch. On the porch, you will find a gas grill and an outdoor table for up to six, plus additional seating options throughout the porch. Looking to cool off? Take the steps down to the large private pool (no heating available). There are seating options sprinkled around the pool. Neither the pool or spa are able to be heated. 1st Floor: The living room is just off the entryway and a perfect spot for the family to gather with plenty of seating and a large, flat screen television. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Thermador gas range. There is a breakfast area that can seat up to four and direct access to the porch that leads to the private pool. The laundry room is just past the entrance to the kitchen. The formal dining room that can seat up to ten. Pull the custom barn door back and there is a small bar area with a wine fridge. The beautiful master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and two closets (one of which is a walk-in). The private master bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. Bedroom two has a queen bed and flat screen TV. There is a half bath adjacent to this bedroom. For full bathroom access, those sleeping in this room would have to use one of the three full bathrooms located in the home as it only has a half bath adjacent to the bedroom. 2nd Floor: Bedroom three has a queen bed, double bed plus a twin murphy bed that pulls out of the wall. This bedroom has a flat screen TV, walk-in closet with shelving and a private bath with a double vanity, large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Bedroom four has two double beds, flat screen TV and a private bath with a double vanity. The private bathroom has a new walk-in shower as of March 2024. This home will not disappoint you! What's not to love? Completely updated, close to the beach, and has a private pool! **BEDDING CONFIGURATION** • Bedroom 1: King (Master, 1st Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath) • Bedroom 2: Queen (1st Floor, Flat Screen TV) • Bedroom 3: Two Double Beds (2nd Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath) • Bedroom 4: Queen + Double + Twin Murphy Bed (2nd Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath) **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** • Distance to Beach: 4th row ocean home. Beach path access just across from the entrance of Wren Drive. 300 yards to the beach. • Pool Info: 35 feet by 17 feet. The pool is not able to be heated. Please note the spa is also not able to be heated and the jets do not operate. The private pool is quite large and the perfect spot to relax on vacation! • Fully Equipped Kitchen w/ Keurig & Regular Drip Coffee Maker, Wireless Internet, Gas Grill, Washer/Dryer • 3228 Square Feet • 8 Beach Towels • Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only. • Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to 4 cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week. The garage is not available for use.

House was great and very clean upon arrival. We did have a recurring issue with ants in the kitchen all though the rental company was responsive in dropping off a traps, they didn’t fully work. Outside of that our stay was great. The pool was awesome and the distance to the beach was definitely a plus.

this is the fourth or fifth time staying in this house and we just love it. The location is great and the pool is awesome. We did have some delay in the pool being cleaned this year but when i called it was done quickly. We are booked again for next year!

My family and I had a lovely time staying at 02 Wren Drive. Easy 5 minute bike ride to South beach, fun 15ish minute bike ride to Harbor Town. 2 minute walk to the beach. The decor and finishes on the house were lovely. It has been recently redone and looks very modern and comfortable. The pool is great - we stay in Hilton Head regularly and this is the largest we have had. We had one minor issue while we were staying there and the management company responded quickly and were very helpful.

Great property to house 2 families, total of 8 people. 4 adults and 4 teens. Good location, short walk across the street to the beach and short walk/bike to Salty Dog and SouthBeach Racquet Club. Lovely kitchen and outdoor grill for cooking, nice big dinning room table for dinner and games and great living room where everyone can sit together and watch movies at night. Beach towels and chairs were made available which was really nice. The pool was very cold (owners don’t allow it to be heated for renters) so kids didn’t use it much so don’t rent the house for the pool this time of year (we picked the house because of the hot tub since they did allow us to pay for heat). Unfortunately the hot tub only worked part of the time but management company was SUPER great at attending to the hot tub to get it to heat. Overall great management company - easy to get a hold of someone and very responsive. The main reason for our trip was golf and tennis. Lots of golf courses close by where you can schedule tee times way in advance. Be careful to read the fine print on tennis. There is no free tennis time at either Racquet club (South Beach 2 min bike or Sea Pines 20 min bike by Harbor Town). Both places you can book 2hrs but just know you have to pay for that time and you can only reserve 24hrs in advance so you have to really be on top of it to reserve courts - especially for us given it was one of the busiest times of the year. Tennis/Pickleball overall was great at both Racquet clubs. Depending on the rental company you book through you can get an amenities card - free for fitness center, up to 2 hrs/day court time, etc. Coastal Home & Villas does NOT offer the amenities card. Overall great house and always appreciate families letting us use their precious investment to create memories for our family! Thank you!

Everything was great with our stay. Our only suggestion is the gates on the top deck leading to the pool are not very secure as our 4 yo was able to open them by pulling up on the bar.

We love our annual vaca with our twin granddaughters and dil. This year we chose this house and were very happy to have the extra room. The house has a lot of nice features with the large pool, to-die-for thermidor stove, beach proximity and close to salty dog area. There does need to be some TLC ; the carpet needed cleaning or replaced with vinyl, deck needed pressure washing, but all things considered, it was a fantastic place for us to stay.

I would say as a caution that there are lots of mosquitos and the property was sprayed but If there Is anything else additional that would help maybe they could provide or make sure guests are aware so they can bring what they need. My family and I stayed there fie a week. Its a great location right across from the beach. Pool was fantastic and house was well appointed.

The house is an easy walk to the beach as well as The Salty Dog just up the street. We thought we would be renting bikes but never needed the, due to the close proximity of everything we needed. The towel and linen service is a Bo us as you do not have to wash anything prior to departure or strip the beds. The only thing I wish was that house include$ beach towels. The rental company dropped off 5 beach towels but for the rental price these should be included. The only other minor complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. Although it is expected to have pines needles drop in the pool on a daily basis, the pool could reallly use a good cleaning. The bottom was filled with debris and the pool did not have one of the robotic vacuum systems nor did it appear to have been cleans prior to our arrival.

Coastal Home and Villa could not have been more accommodating, responsive, or easy to work with. Our arrival and stay was flawless. They email back within hours. Will definitely be renting from them again. Property location is great- right across the street from the beach but a quiet street! Great pool/outdoor area/patio where we spent lots of time. The house itself is large and the remodel is beautiful. The kitchen was the best stocked of any rental I have ever stayed in and the kitchen is awesome! Bathrooms are beautiful. The ONLY negative I can say about the house is that the carpet needs to be replaced, especially the area rug in the living room. Otherwise house is perfect! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Property location was excellent, would have given 5 stars but the backyard / pool area was a mess. Pool was extremely dirty never was cleaned. Furniture was full of debris from trees and appeared to have never been wiped down very sticky from prior guests.

Lovely Home Near The Beach
Well located, easy to find, outstanding property management! When we did not receive our car passes, the contact addressed promptly and efficiently so our check-in was smooth. The home is located on a corner lot with a nice buffer from the street, however, the car lights at night were a significant factor shining in the back bedroom windows. Perhaps room darkening shades would eliminate that issue. The home is bright, well lit and updated. The areas inside were clean and well maintained with the exception of 3 burned out light bulbs...which we replaced; a common issue we have encountered with other rentals. The kitchen was open and easy to use. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The outdoor pool area was fine for our group and our little granddaughter certainly enjoyed it daily! The hot tub was very small...almost too small for 4 adults. We did pay the extra amount for heating it but it was quite frustrating figuring out the turn on turn off instructions. They appeared clear but attempting to follow them was difficult. We did have to call mid-week when we could not get it turned back on and the gentleman who came out told us he "reset" the touch pad and explained it an entirely different way. We did get our use of it. A short walk across the street led to the beach which was wide and white sand! Our stay was very nice and we would go back to Sea Pines again, especially since there is much less traffic on that end versus the other end!
We rent through VRBO and Home Away very frequently. We travel world wide. This home was the sparsest we'd ever been to with regards to what was available to use. The bed linens were the cheapest available, the dust ruffle in the master kept falling off the bed...it wasn't even a full piece. NO BEACH TOWELS, NO POOL OR BEACH TOYS OR CHAIRS, NO KITCHEN ITEMS NOT EVEN SALT AND PEPPER. We drove so thankfully had the opportunity to bring those items with us. However, if one would be flying, you would have to purchase or rent all these items which could be expensive and just plain inconvenient. For that reason and the issues with the hot tub, we would not return to this property.
On the plus side, the location is great in Sea Pines and the Property Management was one of the best we've ever encountered! We would highly recommend them!
