Located in Tybee Island, this lovely condo for $465 per night is a great choice for your next break. You will not be disappointed with this south beach 'beauty'. As it's new owners we have renovated this unit with the attention to detail! You can look forward to new hardwood and tile flooring throughout, new paint, stainless appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, furniture, accessories, and linens. With approximately 1000 square feet, this spacious condo can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The main living area features an open floor plan which includes- a large fully-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances; a dining area that includes a high-top table and jute rug; and a generously-sized living room which is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, rattan chairs, and a flat screen TV with DVR and HBO. Triple sliding glass doors open from the living area onto the large front deck which is an added bonus for entertaining. The master bedroom showcases a beautiful queen size cherry bed with linen/lattice headboard. A matching side table and entertainment chest with flat screen TV completes the room. The master en suite has a full tub/shower, along with a roomy closet. The second bedroom is outfitted with a white cottage-style queen bed,chest, and flat screen TV. It is conveniently located adjacent to the hall bath. For your convenience, the hall laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Covered parking for 2 vehicles is available directly under the condo. Please note that we do not provide beach chairs, towels, or coolers. Guests must be 21 years of age to book the property. This condo is in a great location on Tybee Island; we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, downtown shops and restaurants, and bike route. It was clean and had everything we needed when we arrived. We really appreciated having coffee filters available, extra blankets and towels, and games to play. Great place!

This property is so nice and spacious, with the owner anticipating anything you could wabt and beyond. Our group of 4 friends spent a very comfortable long weekend. The condo had anything we could want and was immaculate! Easy drive to Savannah. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The beach was perfect! Would definitely book this property again!

This was our first trip to Tybee Island. The Condo is just as listed. Short walk to the beach. A/C went out one day and owner had someone over same afternoon to fix minor electrical issue with unit. Overall great experience and would recommend.

This property has set the bar very high for all future bookings! The cleanliness, quality of linens and pillows and all the amenities made for a very memorable family vacation. Location so convenient to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Able to enjoy everything in walking distance. Our whole family want to return annually. Five stars all the way!

All in all our stay was outstanding. But the people sharing parking did nnot do well . They blocked me in because they did not pull all the way in their spot. had to wake them up because I had a wedding to get too.

Loved it! Bedrooms are are located in the back of condo, so it is super quiet at night. We were provided with all amenities listed, including boogie boards if we wanted to use them. Close to the beach, restaurants and little shops. Parking is great! Very nice that there are TVs in both bedrooms. LOTS of closet space!! We would recommend in a heartbeat!!

Great looking condo in a great location. Once you park at the condo you don't have to drive anywhere till time to leave. Everything in walking distance. The beach, the pier, restaurants, bar and grills, stores. Will be back again.

We had a great time on our Tybee Island trip and this condo was perfect for our needs. The unit is nicely decorated and plenty big enough for our group of two adults and four teenagers. The condo was clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and all the necessities were covered. The bottle of wine was a nice touch and the binder full of local restaurant menus was so helpful. The location of the condo was perfect. Walkable to the beach, convenience store, restaurants and shops. Other than driving to see the Savannah Bananas (also highly recommend!!), we would not have had to drive our car at all. This was our first trip to Tybee, but it won't be our last and we will definitely stay at this condo again.

We stayed for 5 nights in Tybee. The weather was great. We rented bikes and went all off the island. Just and FYI you need a car…it was almost impossible to get a Lyft or Uber. The condo was in a great location…close to everything’s. It was very clean. Easy check in/check out. Would rent again!

This was a clean, cozy VRBO. There was a bit of confusion on the check in process, but the owner certainly made rectified our frustrations with that. The unit is clean, cozy, updated and well decorated. there were plenty of extra linens, etc. There were no issues with sound, this unit must be insulated well. We were just a short walk from the beach and the downtown Tybee area. We would recommend this property to friends or family.

The majority of properties on the island involve a walk to the beach and even the ocean view locations usually have a road and parking lot between them and the ocean. So staying at this location didn’t feel like missing out. It is still very close to the beach as well as food and shops. The whole area was quaint and quiet. Totally worth it. We would love to come again.

It's a good location, convenient to many things. The TVs in the bedrooms were not working properly and the owner was very responsive and tried to correct the issue as best he could. By the second day, the problem was resolved. We did find one extra roll of toilet paper but after that we had to buy our own. One light bulb in the bedroom was already out and the second one blew during our visit so there was no light in the bedroom the last part of our trip. Perhaps provide extra light bulbs and more than one extra roll of toilet paper. A basket of towels sits on the master bath counter. Some of the towels in that basket felt wet so we had to wash them before we could use them. We would still stay here again.
