The Galvestonian is directly on East Beach with no roads to cross! Perfect location close to island activities. Whether you are visiting for special events like Mardi Gras, award winning performances at The Grand 1894 Opera House, or a quiet retreat from the city, you won't be disappointed. Our unit has TWO ocean facing window walls, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. In addition to that incredible ocean view. our unit has good pool view but is not right over the pool. It is on 3rd level of building (1st level of condo units and near the elevator) . bedroom windows have black out curtains. We have shared our condo with guests for over 10 years. We're not fancy, we provide a home away from home and are a special place for anniversaries and repeat Galveston visitors who want a private retreat with a separate bedroom and a FULL KITCHEN. Any questions or suggestions , please let me know! It is important that my guests continue to be happy! Note: we understand that last minute changes happen, but if you think you might need to cancel your trip, please check into the various options for trip insurance to protect your purchase. When you are our guest, you step into our sandals. The bedroom has a king size bed and black out curtains for late sleepers. At night, listen to the waves and watch the far off ship lights on the horizon from either balcony. kitchen is stocked with basic cooking amenities. Flat screen TVs in living area and bedroom. Free onsite wi-fi. Walk in shower. All tile, no carpet. All amenities provided including towels and linens, shampoo, soap, etc. Two coffee makers. A regular and pod. Start your day with a morning walk and end the evening with a relaxing stroll on the beach. The condo was perfect! We loved the location because it was peaceful and quiet. The beach was not crowded and very clean. The condo complex was pristine, always someone picking up trash, cleaning windows, sweeping, etc. The inside of the condo was clean, well stocked and the most beautiful view! The owner responded very quickly with any questions. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I came to stay for his 60th birthday and loved this condo. We've stayed several places on the island over the years, and this was our favorite by far. The location is removed from all the chaos of the seawall but still right on the beach, and the area feels very safe. We loved being close to all the restaurants, Moody Gardens, the ferry, The Strand, etc., but not in the noisy crosshairs of the seawall traffic. The condo itself was just as described. It was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The property is well kept, has plenty of amenities (a pool, beach access, laundry facilities, even a coffee-bar area), and it feels very safe. There was someone friendly at the desk every time we came and went, morning and evening. We hope to make Galveston a yearly (or maybe more!) trip now that we've found such a great place to stay.

This location was perfect for us. Pool is nicely maintained. Convenient to the quiet area of the beach. Property is well maintained overall. They provide wagons to transport beach necessities. Will definitely be back. Highly highly recommend.

This was my husband and my first time to Texas and staying in this condo was an awesome experience! The views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom were breath taking. The walk to the beach was hardly a walk and it was a quiet beach. So glad we didn't stay closer in to town were there were tons of people. The condo was fully stocked and clean. The condo building had a lot of neat extras: pool, hammocks, wagons to carry items to the beach, bbqs and covered area by the pool. My husband and I swam in the pool at 9 pm and it was quiet. The people at the front desk were very helpful and kind. It was nice to have some shopping carts to take items up to the condo. There were also luggage carts, but sometimes they can be hard to handle. When we come back to Texas, we hope to stay here again. Communication was very easy with the owner. Whenever I had a question, it was quickly answered.

Love being ocean front w/o crossing a busy road to get there! The condo was clean, comfortable, FULLY stocked & more. Grounds are immaculately maintained, nice pool, outdoor showers, plenty of grills & seating areas, hammocks & convenient boardwalk dumps you right on the beach. This is our new fave part of Galveston!

Unit 107 is beautiful. We actually stayed in it a few years ago. The updates that have been made are great. We would definitely stay here again. There was only one negative to our trip and it was no fault of this property owner. We only got to use the pool for a few hours due to the pool being closed for water treatment. That was a disappointment. Even so, we will be back.

We so enjoyed our stay in condo 107. I’m not sure we’ve ever stayed anywhere that had everything you may or may not need. From cleaning supplies to bug spray to basic first aid supplies to coffee and creamer—they had it all. The location was ideal. The condo was clean and well appointed, and the AC was phenomenal. We definitely recommend staying here and will be return guests.

My husband and I were very impressed with our getaway at this Galvestonian rental. It is off the beaten path in a beautifully maintained area with excellent views of the beach. It was quiet and uncrowded - just what we needed to relax. Our condo was clean and well located. We had a short walk down to the beach. We'll definitely visit again.

The condo is lovely, my friend and I enjoyed our trip very much. I like staying at The Galvestonian because of its location, beautiful pool and helpful front desk and manager. We would suggest only one improvement, a chair height toilet. My friend has bad knees and it was more difficult for her.. We will be back..

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days at the Galvestonian. The condo we stayed in was great with excellent communication with the condo owner. Condo employees were personable and friendly. The grounds, amenities, location, and pool are amazing. We are a little spoiled by the beaches on the Emerald coast but the pool and grounds make up for that easily. We will definitely return.

Location cannot be beaten, we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. The amenities at the Galvestonian are very well kept and the place is spotless. Our unit was very well kept and everything worked fine, and it had all the kitchen gadgets we could need, seasonings and other cooking basics, beach toys and chairs, wi fi etc... The bed has a prime matress and we slept really well. The view of the open sea is amazing and you have it from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Pool is great, it has a Spa. You are away from the crowds, but a few minutes distance from the activity spots (Galveston tourism is pretty much side to side driveable in less than 20 minutes). Chelita, the owner, was very responsive and nice, and we had no need to ask for any assitance, everything was very clearly explained and labeled, and we had no issues checking in or figuring out all the stuff. I can't recommend this amazing property. Rent it, you will have a great time!

The condo was very clean with a well supplied kitchen. The owner had several extra items to use in case something was overlooked. I would highly recommend the condo and the property is located in a quiet part of the beach.
