There is nothing like staying in a place that has nice amenities. Downstairs we added another loveseat with a DVD/VCR player and a 19' flat screen TV (all new!). If you are watching something in the living room the kids can stay on the same floor and play games (GameCube) in the other room, off the kitchen. Very few villas have this extra TV/Study room - especially on the first floor. We also added GameCube with Games in this room! Prepare your meals and have the kids close by. On the main floor, along with the above additional room, enjoy our beautifully decorated and furnished living room overlooking the Golf Course. Our Sleeper Sofa has a Queen size bed. Relax and fall asleep in our oversized comfy recliner! Relax to the sound of the Stereo with the 6 CD changer player or watch TV on a big set which has a DVD player. You may never want to leave this great comfy chair. There is also a desk area with a printer. Along with everything in our living room enjoy a lighted ceiling fan with remote control, for those of us that enjoy a little extra breeze on hotter days. The kitchen is fully stocked and has many new amenities. There is a half bathroom which has been renovated and updated. There is cable TV throughout and Broadband Wifi Internet Access! Moving upstairs, enjoy the added room of a king sized bed in the master bedroom with another lighted ceiling fan with remote control (Ladies, this comes in very handy for me! The remote stays right by my nightstand. LOL). The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a TV with a VCR player. The master bathroom has all new vanity, sink, faucet and mirror and updated to be a walk-in shower (no tub). The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, with a 19' Flat Screen TV and DVD/VCR player. Also, added a lighted ceiling fan. The 2nd bathroom upstairs has all new vanity, sink, faucet, new tub and mirror Also, there is a full sized washer and dryer upstairs. There are a total of FOUR TV's in our villa - plenty of TV's to go around. If you don't want to watch TV, relax on the deck and watch the golfers play golf on the 7th hole. Have a BBQ with our new WEBER GAS GRILL and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area. That's the life! Or, take the path to the beach, in the shade. Ride on our FOUR available bikes, walk or drive to the beach. Our villa is one of the closest villas to the beach. Everything is within a 5-7 minute walk! Our porch closet has 4 bikes and pool floats and our beach locker (located at the Shipyard Beach Club) is fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and many other beach toys / items. Our rear deck is furnished with a BBQ grill, table and chairs and has a view of the Golf Club's 7th hole tee box. We provide 4 bikes for your usage, if you chose. Although there are bikes available for use at this rental property, we CANNOT guarantee the condition of these bikes (since they have been used by prior renters) and by signing this rental property agreement, you agree to assume ALL responsibility and risks associated with the use of these bikes and agree to adhere to the "Tips for Safe Bicycling" (found on the https://hiltonheadislandsc.gov website), when using them. As per the rental agreement, there is a $250 cancellation fee, if canceled prior to 60 days or over from arrival date. Please consider trip insurance if you think you may need to cancel. The Shipyard Plantation is a security patrolled, gated community with lighted walking / biking paths and golf courses throughout the property. Shipyard is nestled between Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes. It is only a few miles from the Harbour Town Lighthouse Marina and Golf Links. The Greens development (within Shipyard) is known for its close proximity to the renowned Van Der Meer Tennis Courts, tall shady trees and quiet and relaxing setting. Our Villa sports a beautiful view of the Shipyard Golf Course off the rear deck and is centrally located in The Greens development. The villa is located on a quiet dead end street (cul-de-sac) so there is minimal traffic from residents and guests throughout the day. We have blink cameras outside the villa for security purposes - positioned at the front door/stairs and in the back. During occupancy, the back one will be shutoff for privacy. We do not live on the island. While it is very peaceful where we are, it gives us peace of mind while the villa is vacant. Plus, we are able to see storm events or any damages due to storms. You are a 5-minute drive to Coligny Plaza (w/ over 70 shops / 14 restaurants / eateries) & Forest Beach and a 10-minute drive to the Shelter Cove Marina and the Sea Pines Harbour Town and South Beach Marinas. Great location near the beach! Very quiet complex! Townhouse was nice, but could use some updating! More than enough space for us! Pool was very nice! Great to have bikes also! Would stay in this complex again!

We had an amazing time in this Condo! Very close the beach and beautiful views of the golf course. The beach locker and shed were fully stocked with everything we needed to make this trip special. They had bikes, a cart, items to make sand castles for the kids, and plenty of beach chairs. It was very spacious and stocked with everything to make it feel like a home away from home. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Claudia's home is so comfortable and perfect for a get-away with our fur-babies! The home is well stocked and she has so many extras - bikes, dog bed, beach locker, baby gate. And it's hard to beat the location of about 1/2 mile easy walk to the beach. She was incredibly responsive when we had questions. We'd highly recommend and hope to return again soon!

Great location, clean, owner communication was greatly appreciated. Best of all, we were able to bring our dogs and the owner even had treats and toys for them! Awesome experience!

The condo was clean, and it is one of the best stocked VRBOs we have visited (pots/pans, silverware, mugs, wine glasses, pet toys! etc.). The locker located at the beach club is also very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day on the beach. Claudia was a perfect host with excellent communication.
The only negative was the kitchen sink faucet could use some attention because you need to fiddle with the handle to get it in a position where it doesn’t leak, a minor inconvenience.
We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house, perfect location
We stayed (me, my husband, my daughter and my dog) in this beautiful house and beautiful plantation for 4 weeks.
Claudia, the owner, is a perfect host, on top of everything. The house has everything you need, everything! Instructions everywhere. The carpet upstairs is clean and well maintened. The Lowe floor is a little old and the cleaning could be more accurate but nothing major. The appliances are old but work well. Staying in Shipiarard is like living in a fairytale!! I would totally come back again to Claudia’s house, no doubt at all.

I knew from the moment we booked the home we made the right decision. The owner was extremely responsive to any email or message sent on VRBO. Would Stay Again
In vacation rentals (especially those with pets) there will always be an issue. Property representative was easily accessible and prompt in addressing any issues (like needing more propane for the grill).
Beds were hard, kitchen was dated, but stocked with everything you could need. Bikes and beach locker were nice additions.
We would definitely stay again!

Excellent location and great property
The villa had everything that is needed. The bikes were good and very nice to have. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The location was great, close to the beach and to restaurants and shops. We used bikes primarily to get around.

Great experience
Everything was exactly as advertised. The property was clean, the bikes were well maintained and there was even a bicycle pump with the bikes. We'll be back!

Great location, upstairs updated and somewhat clean, downstairs dirty
Loved the communication with the property owner. However we did not have a pet and should have not stayed in a pet friendly place as remnants of hair were all over the downstairs. Kitchen needs major cleaning and updating. Location wonderful. Bikes awesome. Beach locker amazing!

Beware of quoted pricing, island/greens wonderful
The price I was charged on my credit card was more than the quote breakdown submitted my the owner. The owner stated that this was probably a hidden VRBO charge. I checked with another owner who said that the quoted price "was the price".
The second floor of the unit was in good shape, but the kitchen needs updating.
I've been going to HHI for over two decades now and all but one of those years stayed at The Greens. The island was wonderful as usual and the Greens was as calming as always.

A perfect vacation
Our vacation was all we had hoped for. The condo was clean and comfortable, and well stocked. This was a concern for me because we had our two small dogs with us, and when traveling with pets in the past, we’ve been disappointed with our accommodations. It almost seemed as though we had to lower our standards if our pets were along. That wasn’t the case here. Not only was the condo clean and comfortable, but it also had provisions for dogs! There was a comfy dog bed, a barrier gate, and some dog toys and treats. There was ample space for walking our dogs outside, and the walking/bike paths were great for longer excursions. The king-size bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable, better than we have at home. The bathrooms were also very nice, especially the shower/tub in both upstairs bathrooms. I did have a couple of questions for Claudia while we were there, and she responded immediately. I highly recommend this property and the owner if you’re looking for a great, relaxing vacation.

Clean, Comfortable and Well-equipped
My husband, two adult daughters and I spent a week at this townhouse in September of 2018. Everything in the villa is as advertised, and it has a very comfortable, "homey" feel. There was lots of space for 4 adults, and the pool and beach are easily accessed. Having the locker at the beach is a great asset, as chairs do not have to be carried to and from the villa. Communication with Claudia could not have been better. We highly recommend staying at this property, and plan to return in the future.

Great Location
Location of this condo is great! Very convenient to everything, pool, bike paths, beach, shopping, & restaurants. Condo is roomy and clean, no hint of pet orders, and the little extras for our two dogs was much appreciated. Unfortunately, hurricane Florence interrupted our plans and we had to leave way too early due to a premature evacuation notice from the governor of SC.
We really appreciate the owner Claudia working with us the way she did regarding our shortened stay. We hope to return some time, but not in hurricane season.

An Excellent Vacation
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Claudia's villa, it was simply as advertised. The villa was perfectly cleaned, well furnished, and is in an excellent location. Claudia was one of the best, if not the best, owner we have ever worked with, we quickly and easily booked the villa on a Saturday evening with the entire process taking minutes. Claudia's communications were timely and thorough.
When we next visit Hilton Head, we will certainly rent from Claudia again without hesitation.

We love Hilton Head!
The villa was very clean and comfortable. Our fur girl was pampered too, with a bed, toys and extra dishes. Being pet friendly is important to us, and these extras were a nice surprise. There’s many upgrades in the villa including new carpet and remodeled bathrooms. The owner, Claudia, is extremely helpful, attentive and easy to reach. Having the bikes is another great perk. We rode everyday. The beach is a short and shaded walk. We will be back!

Spacious well equipped villa with bikes
Spacious villa that feels like home. Very well equipped and maintained, and loved the bikes with locks for the 5 minute ride to the beach (or 10 minute walk) and on the bike paths, and beach locker that included chairs, sand mats, and more. Large shade trees near pool are wonderful for the hot summer days and the pool is close by. Picked this villa due to location, pet friendly and 4 adult bikes. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone visiting HHI.
Enjoyed parasailing at South Harbor. Note that one has to pay $6 per car to enter Sea Pines to drive to South Harbor.

Our 3rd Stay at Claudia"s Villa
This was our 3rd stay, and we plan on our 4th visit in January-February, 2019. Claudia maintains a very clean and updated villa. The new tile showers are beautiful, along with the freshly painted interior. My favorite part has to be the 4 bikes located in her outside shed. My brother and I were beach biking every day. I just can't say enough about the villa.

Perfect location, house contained everything needed for a home away from home.
The home was such a perfect place for my family and fur babies. We had everything we neede. We had a little problem with a leak and homeowner was right on top of it. Wonderful place to stay, close to shops and beach. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously!

GREAT STATE- GREAT BEACH-GREAT VILLA
VERY ORGANIZED, DETAIL ORIENTED OWNER. ALL CONTRACT INFORMATION SPELLED OUT IN ADVANCE AND WE FOUND VILLA AS DESCIBED. WALKED TO BEACH AND FOUND LOCKER FILLED WITH CHAIRS, SAND TOYS COOLERS FOR A FUN DAY AT THE BEACH.WHEN WE WEREN'T SUNBATHING WE WERE ENJOYING THE ISLAND ON THE FOUR NEW BIKES AT THE VILLA. THE VILLA ITSELF WAS SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE AND OFFERED 4 TV'S, OUTDOOR PATIO WITH GAS GRILL AND MANY GAMES AND GAME SYSTEMS. IF WE COULD GIVE TEN STARS WE WOULD.

Claudia had it all
As described. Property is conveniently located near beach, shopping, tours, many other attractions. We've never had to travel more than 8 minutes from the condo in order to eat, shop or do any other activities. Host has really went above and beyond to make sure our every need was taken care of (even the baby/pet gate, beach bag etc.). Now, the only thing that I personally thought was not up to the same standard as the rest of the condo and amenities (this is just personal issue (read: OCD)), is that it really needed a fresh coat of paint (especially in the hallway around the skylight, this area was very very "discolored". However, the rest of my family did not find this to be a big deal and I would definitely rent this condo again.

Awesome
Super updated, clean condo, within easy 10 min stroll to the beach. Greatly appreciate the focus on pet-friendly - our dog really enjoyed the large dog bed in addition to his long walks on the beach. Owner helps to make the visit a simple, no-brainer (that's why we're at the beach) with clear and comprehensive information provided before hand and within the condo. Bikes, beach umbrella, chairs, toys -all provided.
