Situated in Granby, this lovely condo for $256 per night is a great option for your next break. Recently remodeled!! Ski-in/ski-out, ground level condo. No stairs inside or out. Fast Wi-Fi . Unit sleeps 5 plus a roll-away for 6 total. It’s a 2 bed/2 bath. King Tempur-Pedic mattress in master bedroom with own master bath. Extra-long twin adult-sized bunk bed and a twin bed in second bedroom. There is a twin roll-away bed and a pack-n-play for little ones. Condo has a private balcony, gas fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, new washer/dryer in unit, and cozy living room with 50-inch HD smart tv, blue-ray DVD player, and HD cable. Or you can bring your own tv subscription to stream via Apple AirPlay or Chromecast. Master bedroom has a 40-inch smart tv with HD cable and can also steam via Apple AirPlay and Chromecast. Guest bedroom has a 32-inch smart tv with streaming. There is an Apple HomePod mini speaker for your music or podcast enjoyment. Our guests have access to two hot tubs located at the Kicking Horse Lodges. Guests may also use the heated swimming pool and hot tub located at Ranch Hall near Base Camp for a $10/person fee. Private entrance and close parking makes this condo a great vacation experience. Our kitchen includes: crockpot, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig, cookware, and utensils. If you'd rather eat out, the Blue Bird Bistro is close by at the base camp. Two miles down the mountain is a City Market grocery store (Starbucks inside), liquor store, McDonalds, and Subway. Granby offers many dining options as well. For mountain biking enthusiasts, Granby Ranch offers some of the best trails in the state. It's just a short bike ride to the lift for down-hill or try any number of cross-country trails. Other summer activities include great fly-fishing on the Fraser River, Colorado River, and in Rocky Mountain National Park. Four beautiful golf courses are within a few miles, including Granby Ranch Golf Course, on the Granby Ranch property.

We loved everything about this condo! It was very comfortable for our family of five, including three teenage boys. Very easy communication with the owner/property manager. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The ski-in ski-out access was on a blue run which our kids were comfortable with, but it is a very short drive to the base and we had no trouble finding close parking for the three days we skied. We found Granby Ranch to be a great family and beginner-friendly ski area and will definitely be back.

Absolute gem of a home, located within walking distance of what was effectively our personal ski lift connecting us to the entire Granby Ranch ski property. Terri was super responsive and a joy to interact with. Kitchen was well appointed and the beds super comfortable. About all you can ask! I can't wait to stay again!

Great, cozy, clean condo at Granby Ranch. We enjoyed the 4th of July in Granby and this condo was perfect for our family. Kitchen was well equipped, condo stayed cool during the day/night, comfortable beds. Owner was great to communicate with!

This condo was wonderful for our family! Plenty of room for us and our 3 year old son and was so cozy and comfy. It was a perfect base for our adventures at Rocky Mountain national park, mount evans, and the Arapaho national forest. Just what we were looking for!

We loved this ski in/ski out condo. The location was perfect and it fit our family of mostly grown boys perfectly. It had all of the essentials and more. We played games in the evenings with our boys and made dinner every night. It was as great as I had hoped. We will definitely be returning.

We had a terrific stay at this condo this weekend. So many little details that make for a comfortable stay-broom to sweep up after kiddos, ice packs in the freezer to use, comfortable beds and pillows, thermometer on the balcony, ski closet, and the list could go on. It was the perfect spot for our family to rest and recharge, and get some runs in.

Our family of five loved this property! Beautiful views with fantastic access to skiing. It was far enough away from the busyness of the main lodge to be nice and quiet but close enough that we could drive there in ~2 minutes. The condo was clean, well stocked, and exactly what we expected based on the details provided at booking.

Great condo! Perfect set up for our family getaway (myself & two young daughters and sister in law)- I loved that I was able to sleep in the same room as my daughters. They were thrilled to have bunk beds! And my sister in law loved having a king bed to herself! ! Having two separate bathrooms for our small group was wonderful. Very clean condo! Easy check in and check out procedures. Perfect location for horseback riding in Fraser and later going to the sulfur hot springs.

Very nice property! This is the first time staying in the one level units, but this was plenty of room for my family. the owners communicated very well and were very helpful.

First, this is true ski in/ski out, location couldn’t be better if you come in ski season. It allowed us to have lunch here and not the base. This condo has been recently updated, just enough to be updated without losing the mountain coziness. Every detail was thought through. We travel quite often and have a list of things to remember to travel with, and everything on that list was already here. We are already trying to get our plans established for summer and next ski season to secure time here. Terri was a great host and was easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. We adjusted our dates, added a day without issue.

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family of 5. It was right off the Kicking Horse lift, which is an easier blue run. The beds we comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was such a great experience, we’d like to stay here annually!

So, we had to scramble on Christmas Eve to try and find a place to stay for our ski vacation...with a car full of groceries. We had to drive an hour out of way to stay at a Residence Inn (needed a freezer and appliances - COVID). I was lucky to find a place for 2 nights after that in Winter Park and 1 night in Granby. I ended up paying almost 3 times as much (even though I was reimbursed). Terri offered to try and help us find a place, but again it was Christmas and there are 4 of us and it's a pandemic. This was one of the worst experiences I have had.
