Situated in Pensacola Beach, this attractive house for $832 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Owners added a 4th bedroom and 4th bathroom! Spacious and beautifully-decorated with an elegant Florida coastal decor', this popular vacation destination features designer touches throughout. Enjoy coffee in the morning on your deck overlooking the Gulf, or your private balcony off the master bedroom. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd level and has a king bed and small futon for child; the guest bedroom has a queen and and two twins, the guest bedroom on the main level features a queen, and the new 4th bedroom will have a king. All 4 bedrooms will have en suite bathrooms. At the end of a sun-soaked day at the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs in every room. Enjoy the convenience of an elevator from ground to main level (elevator not a guaranteed amenity), as well as an enclosed two-car garage. Nice gas grill! Portside Villas is located on the highly desirable west end of the beach, just before the entrance to the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Pristine beach as far as the eye can see! Staying in this townhouse was awesome .The unit was very tastefully decorated. There were not a lot of personal effects taking up closet space or cluttering the rooms. Very short walk to the beach and other activities close. It would have been nice to use the elevatorbut a small inconvenience.

Our family had the BEST week here. The location is perfect, we didn’t even have to put our shoes on to go to the beach. We had our three daughters with us, ages 11, 10, and 3. The house was clean upon arrival and just amazing. We would totally stay here again! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I have stayed at different locations at Pensacola Beach and this one was the best. The pictures of the property are accurate, the condo is spacious--clean and close to the beach-just a two minute walk. Property management very friendly and responsive; and did I mention this unit has an elevator which came in handy for loading heavy items. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items...we cooked every meal. I would definitely try to stay here again if the unit is available.

Beautiful property at a perfect location. Comfortably slept 5 adults and 2 children. Only issue we had was someone before us had seemingly placed a fresh catch from the ocean in the fridge and the fridge smelled terribly the whole week we were there. Not much a cleaning crew can do to fix that with a short turnaround each Saturday though. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was spacious, comfortable, close to everything, and the beach views and access were fantastic! The elevator was very nice to use with unloading our luggage and groceries upon arrival and loading luggage to head home. The house was equipped with our needs. Thank you for the use of the beach towels and beach chairs. They made the beach very enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.
The house is close to everything we like to do and the places we like to eat. So the location is wonderful and perfect, which worked out well for our family.
A favorite spot was the table behind the couch. It's a wonderful place to eat breakfast and drink coffee or tea in the morning. We could sit and take in the views. We did this on a rainy morning and thought the table was a wonderful furniture placement.
The checking in process was different than what we have used with other rentals. We were used to the code box on the doors. But picking the keys up at the 24 hour office and dropping off in the key box worked out well. We were glad the 24 hour pick up office and the drop off key box was an option. With our 13 hour drive, we would not be able to do the regular hours.
I think the only problem we had, there were only 3 cereal bowls and there were 4 of us. Those were the only bowls in the cabinet. So maybe add a few more. But that's the biggest complaint, which isn't much at all.
Thank you for the use of the home. We look forward to staying again.

Very nice unit! Amazing views and the walk to the beach is literally 2 minutes over the boardwalk. They had a few items in the garage to use at the beach, chairs, umbrella, floaties etc.
Far enough out of town to feel calm but still so close it was only a few minutes drive.
Fort Pickens farther down is completely worth going to and walking around.
Would stay here again!

There was an issue with cleanliness due to a hurricane evacuee that was allowed to stay there with a canine family member, and thus we encountered a lot of dog hairs all over and pet urine on the couch, pillows, living area rug, and tons of hair in and around the washer & dryer.
My mom and sister are allergic to pet hairs. We reported that to the rental agency and I’m sure that the owners will be taking care of it. We will definitely stay here again. The beach is literally 30 seconds out the door. The best restaurants are a five minute drive.Airport is 30 minutes away.

The accommodations were amazing. The access to the beach was perfect for our family, but it would also be perfect for friends to stay. It was nice to have the private beach to go to during the day, especially since Covid numbers are so high we spend all our time at the beach. Any concerns we addressed easily and promptly, I highly recommend staying here.

Missouri family reunion

We had a great time at this condo. We have stayed in other condos in Pensacola over the years, and this was definitely a great set up for our trip. My biggest complaint was the lack of basic cleaning supplies that weren't provided, like a broom, hand soap, Windex for cleaning the glass topped tables, etc. Basic supplies that a renter shouldn't need to purchase for staying a week at the beach. We try to keep the condos we rent clean throughout the week, but were unable to do so without investing in our own supplies.

To add to that - Our favorite things, other than a beautiful place that’s well equipped and has the most comfortable of beds (always important!) are having the Gulf right out the front door, watching amazing sunrises and sunsets from inside the family room and sitting outside on the decks upstairs and down and the convenience of having so many restaurants with great seafood so close at hand, right here on the beach. This is THE BEST vacation rental we have ever had. By the way, the photos are good but this place is actually larger than the photos make it look. We love it here!

I am about as picky as they come and this place is just PERFECT - even better than the beautiful pictures show! We’ve been here a month, renting off season while our house is being completed, and we feel as if we are on a lovely vacation every day. The views of the Gulf from their several outside decks, and from inside, are fabulous, there is everything one needs for day to day living, the furnishings are upscale and the beds are amazing - great mattresses and every comfort thought of. It really lives so well and can accommodate lots of people comfortably because of the way it is set up. The three bedrooms and three baths work really well. Everything is spotless and they even have something you seldom find in a rental and that is professional type knives for meal prep. What a joy! The owners are absolutely wonderful and have obviously put a lot of thought into making this such a fabulous rental. They and Paradise Beach Homes are so pleasant to work with. We used to own a beach rental here so I have dealt with PBH for over a decade and wouldn’t rent through any other beach group. Everyone is so responsive and goes out of their way to make things easy! This rental is PERFECT!!!
