About this condo rental
Located in Keystone, this lovely condo for $203 per night is a great option for your next trip. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen bed, a full-sized bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features two private balconies, one overlooking Dercum Square and offering views of the Gore Mountain Range. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. New flooring and carpeting in the fall of 2020, as well as 2 new beds and 3 new high-end mattresses. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a stone gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. There is a small two-person game table with an inlaid chessboard. The private balcony is just off of the living area and offers views of the Gore Mountain Range and overlooks Dercum Square that features an ice skating rink in winter and a putt-putt golf course in summer. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six people but with two additional leaves it can seat up to eight. Just off of the living area is the first of two full bathrooms and it has a shower/tub combination and a pedestal sink. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master suite features a king-sized bed with a new, high-end mattress. It has a flat screen TV and its own private balcony. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a flat screen TV, and two new beds, one queen-sized and one full-sized. (For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.) Very nice - it was the accommodations that I was looking for in a trip with my 10 year old daughter. I wish I had more clarity into the unit I was going to rent in the front end / I thought we’d have Mountain View’s (we didn’t). Elevator was incredibly slow and jammed up - but the parking was easy, the ski lockers are convenient, the skiing and village access is good, and the village amenities are nice.

This is our 7th year staying in River Run village, but our 1st time staying at Dakota lodge, and it did not disappoint. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and bonus to gave a large bed for each kid. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were amazing and a quick walk to gondola and shopping. Great communication from SCMR, and they quickly addressed anything we needed. My only wish was space to put our luggage once we unpacked, both closets were pretty full. Overall we had an excellent trip!

This was a good experience. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed including a box fan and humidifiers for the whole unit. The only thing that wasn’t clear was that we were only given one was gray and towel per person in the unit and expected to wash them each day. Also the ski locker was a little small. Overall the staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it again.

We had an enjoyable stay at River Run. The location was better than expected, as the short walk to gondola and shops/restaurants was amazing! We had 4 adults and the size was perfect for that, I think 6 or more would be cramped. The place was a bit dated and used, I would recommend a slight facelift and a reduction in furniture to give more space. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

The condo was nice and had everything you needed. The big disappointment is no place to store luggage and skis if you arrive early or when you check out at 10am and want to enjoy your day in Keystone with out a vehicle.
When we arrived the heat was disconnected and we did not know until 10pm on Saturday night. We did as the directions stated and only turned it up a little and was patient for it to kick in, but it never did. We are from
Wisconsin and know what cold weather is.
Maintenance came with in 15 minutes and brought 3 space heaters and made sure the thermostat was all connected and left us with heat via the space heaters. He was very nice and pleasant and helpful. He thought the radiator should kick in soon. The following morning nothing was still
Coming from the radiator so we called maintenance again and that when they found radiators were disconnected in unit behind the dresser, therefore no heat in condo unit. That maintenance man reconnected pipes and we had extreme heat for the rest of the trip even though the thermostat was set at 55.
The location is wonderful and unit was perfect for 4 adults.
Having some information about the Local keystone bus service would be helpful for guest with out a car since there are not many Ubers/Lyfts available in this area.

We stayed here for our snowboarding trip at Keystone and it was by far the best trip I’ve taken to the mountain. The hassle free access to the slopes and the warm cozy accommodations made for a wonderful weekend with friends. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress free vacation.

This is a great place to stay for quick access to the lifts and everything Keystone has to offer. Unfortunately, my review is not 5 stars due to the conditions of the condo my party arrived to. Apon arrival we noticed the condo was really cold and attempted to turn on the heat which ended up not working. We also noticed that there was no hot water available in order to shower after a day of traveling. I contact the property manager the following morning to make them aware of the issues. The hot water was fixed that afternoon but I'm not sure if the heat was. We were told the heat was fixed as well but our condo stayed the same cold temp until our departure. Not a great first impression but I will consider staying here again.

Our family of 6 had a great time at the Dakota lodge! Kid favorites: riding bikes in the village, swimming in the pool and then hopping in the hot tub only to jump back in the pool and repeat over and over again :). Adult favorites: soaking in the hot tub, hiking the trails, coffee in the village every morning, and enjoying our master suite balcony :).

Good place and location but plan on $25 a night plus $40 extra a day for parking another vehicle. We had two cars and only one could be at the property. Other than problem with elevator the only other thing was that the village seemed to shut down from Monday thru Thursday after the wine festival. Very few restaurants open. GREAT location & place to stay when everything is up & running!

We had a great time at the apartment. It is just in front if the elevator which we took as a nice surprise. Walking with the boots and all loaded with equipment!
The apartment is larger than the standard one so great since with our 3 years old we stayed home after a day of skiing. He had plenty of room to play and move around.
Everything in the apartment worked well. Hot water. Kitchen equipment. All.
The only comment we have is that the mattresses are soft ones, and we are used to hard mattress. So that caused us all some trouble sleeping. Not that they are bad, just not the ones we are used to.
Overall we had a great time. Location is also perfect. Just around 400 ft to the River Run gondola.

We loved the layout, 2 king beds, outdoor pool and hot tubs, sauna and proximity to the lift at Keystone. Due to late spring break Keystone Resort closed on our second day, however the skiing was still good at A-Basin only 10 min drive.
