Large coffee and tea containers make serving drinks for a large group much easier. In cool months, guests can turn on the gas fireplace and let the warmth fill the room as they eat. A half bath is conveniently located on the first floor. The second floor of this spacious Gatlinburg cabin rental houses a bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom, a bedroom with six bunks and a bathroom, and access to a hot tub. The bunk beds have comfortable bedding, and the king size bedroom has plush bedding, a gas fireplace, a sitting area with a cozy sofa, a TV, and a convenient place to get ready or do makeup. Lamps on each side of the bed provide the perfect lighting for a romantic night or late-night reading. Leading to the third floor, a foyer features club chairs and a small table. Lovely decorations make this a nice, cozy space for relaxing. The king size bedroom on the third floor has bedside lamps, a seating area with a plush sofa and chair, a gas fireplace, a balcony, a vanity area, and its own bathroom. The bunk bed room has six bunks and a bathroom with three sinks. On the top (fourth) floor, additional sleeping space is provided by a bunk bed room with eight bunks and five twin beds. The bathroom makes getting ready easy with three toilets, four showers, and a vanity with three sinks. With bedrooms on each floor of Seth’s Red Oak Lodge, guests can enjoy privacy and peace. Each floor has its own heating and air unit, and this large Gatlinburg cabin rental also has high speed Internet and a phone (located in the kitchen). In all, there are 20 bunk beds, 5 twin beds, 2 king size beds, and 2 futons. The outside spaces in this cozy Smoky Mountain cabin offer fun and relaxation. To start cleaning crew was cleaning the lodge when we arrived at 4pm check-in time. Asked us to come back at 6pm. The third floor has three sinks but two are tape off with caution tape. Both master bedrooms in the lodge have fireplaces that do not work and the couches you see have been replaced with cheap uncomfortable futons. There is a water leak from the second floor showers that leaks into the main room where you eat. The lodge has a separate sleeping quarters that is also the game room that is unusable. Pool sticks for pool table have no cues and foosball table is warped. The lodge sleeps plenty and the kitchen is plenty big. If that is all you care about, then this is place for you. Lodge is definitely in need of repairs.

This is a great place for groups with more than 20. It has all the beds you need and more. The entertainment suite is super nice. If you want to cook yourself, please bring what you usually need in kitchen. It is close to deli, pancake, and pizza if you don't want to cook. Love this place and hope to visit again in the future.

The stay was good, except the lodge needs some extreme renovation! Many things where broken!! Top floor had no hot water. Second floor air condition didn’t work. Internet and cable never worked. Pool sticks and ping pong table was broken. Hot tub wires was messed up which could cause someone to get electrocuted. Overall everyone enjoyed the stay, just the place needs help!

We enjoyed our stay at Red Oaks Lodge. The kids loved the games at the separate house. We were pleasantly surprised to find two extra bedrooms in the other house. Great location! Easy walk into the town.

The property was larger than expected, with two additional queen bedrooms in the cottage which was a huge bonus. There were many broken items, including one of the refrigerators, a toilet, the fireplaces and one of the ovens. The ping pong table did not have paddles or a balk and the net was broken, and the football table did not have a ball, as well as that tv was broken. I contacted the property manager who sent someone out immediately and he fixed everything he could but many items just needed to be replaced or required more work than he was able to provide right away. I think the place is great, it just needs more attention. There were still Christmas decorations up and food had been left in the refrigerator. Our bathroom in the cottage had the to holder broken off the wall and no mirror. It needs some tlc. I’m sure it was great in its prime!

The stay was excellent. We had plenty of space for our party of 28. We did have to purchase a couple of heaters for some of the spaces in the cabin that we couldn't keep warm and the fireplace in the main area did not work. Overall some of the appliances need to be updated but it was definitely worth the money and we loved the location.

We stayed here in June of 2018 with a group of teenagers from our church. This cabin was perfect for a youth group! It had all the amenities listed and a perfect location as well. Rafi the owner and Jade and his wife Sage, the property manager were professional and friendly. They checked in with us to make sure that we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!

My church youth choir and chaperones (35 people) just stayed here last week and it was wonderful for our group. The separate floors and large bunk rooms made it very easy to separate my girls and boys and the kids enjoyed being able to stay with lots of their friends in the same room. The boys especially LOVED the ping pong table on the top floor. The large spacious kitchen with double appliances made preparing meals very easy (bring any large bowls and pans that you need though). The large dining tables were great for eating as well as playing games. And the large living room area was a perfect meeting place for our evening group time. The location also works well since it is on the main road. It's also near a good grocery store and close to the highway that goes to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Our charter bus was able to drop us off and pick us up easily. The two private bedrooms gave our leaders a quiet place to retreat to at night and plan for the next day. The cost of the house is so much more reasonable than staying in a hotel and everyone being able to stay together added to our comradery and fun. Would definitely recommend for a large group of teens.

Living area is perfect for get togethers with the whole group. Great space kitchen, double dishwashers, double stoves, and double microwaves. A bit tight for parking but able to work it out. Highly recommend, plenty of space and great service. Will rent again when going that way. 😃

Cabin was great for what we needed. Plenty of bunks for the nearly 30 teenagers that we had and a large kitchen with double appliances which made food prep a breeze. We had a few issues when we first arrived however the staff which works ten steps away from the front door walked over and immediately worked on those for us!! Would recommend if you have a large group and want something not up a sketchy windy mountain road that is 3 minutes away from the main strip in Gatlinburg!!

If you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in Gatlinburg for a large group, this is the place! It has 3 floors of bunk rooms and each floor has a private room with an additional shower. A large kitchen and group meeting place is located on the bottom floor. This cabin is located near the heart of downtown Gatlinburg and within walking distance to a lot of attractions. I would recommend this place to anyone bringing a large group to Gatlinburg.

The cabin was great. It had plenty of beds to sleep in, and a large meeting space that can accommodate lots of activities. Great location for retreats. Located in an convenient walking distance from downtown Gatlinburg. 10/10 would recommend.

Our group enjoyed the stay at the lodge. The common area is large enough to occupy about 30 people at one time. Nice TV in the common area so we could watch the bowl games. Common area was a great place for our night time devotion time. The water was warm and had good water pressure. The three level of rooms helped seperate are groups by gender. The kitchen has two refrigerators, microwaves, and stoves for cooking. Overall we had a great time in Gatlinburg.
