Located in Fraser, this lovely condo for $225 per night is a great choice for your next break. A memorable and fun Winter Park vacation is assured when you stay at this beautiful and newly transformed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom mountain home at Beaver Village Condominiums. Under new ownership, this mountain home has been extensively remodeled just in time for your vacation! Nestled in a wooded setting of beautiful pines, Beaver Village Condominiums is conveniently located in downtown Winter Park, where you’ll find a multitude of shopping and dining choices just a few minutes’ walk away. This mountain home features two bedrooms with en suite baths. The master bedroom features a king bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and hypoallergenic down comforter duvet. There is plenty of storage in a closet and two dressers. The master bedroom includes a 48” plasma HDTV television with Roku, Plex DVR and many streaming channels including Netflix and Amazon Prime. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, also with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and hypoallergenic down-alternative comforter duvets. The guest bedroom features a 32” Roku HDTV television with Plex DVR, Netflix and Amazon Prime and many more streaming channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a feast for your family, including a food processor, pancake griddle, ice maker, mixer, assorted pots and pans and china, glass and flatware service for six people. Barbecue cooking tools are also included for the deck gas grill. This mountain home is a 5-minute walk along a lighted woods trail to the Beaver Village Condominiums Clubhouse. Here you’ll find an indoor pool, sauna, and three Jacuzzi tubs, plus a locker room for changing and showering. Pool towels are provided at the Clubhouse. The complex borders the Arapahoe National Forest, ideal for quiet walks through forested trails. In the winter time, these trails make for ideal cross-country skiing! My kids and I enjoyed this rental very much. The owners get an A++ for great communication. The unit was as described and the town had a great bus that picked us up right outside our unit and dropped us off by the slopes. Very convenient and a great stay!

Karl and Maggie went above and beyond as hosts! My family loved our stay! Everything was so clean. The kitchen had anything and everything you could think of. They even provided snacks, spaghetti ingredients, and oatmeal, which saved us a trip to the grocery store. Beds were comfortable and the in unit washer/dryer was helpful, especially when you have little kids! This was our second time staying here, and we hope to come back in the future!

The Schroll's hospitality and condo are FIRST class! Everything functions, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked! My brother and I had plenty of room, and I look forward to bringing my family foursome to Winter Park soon!

This property was simply perfect! The condo was super cozy and the the perfect size for my family. The kids loved having their own room and beds and the shared spaces were warm, comfortable and felt like home. The owners supply the condo with tons of extras, from coffee beans, ready for fresh coffee, to comfortable linens, to games to enjoy with the family after a long day of hitting the slopes. We even found a couple of sleds tucked away in the back patio to enjoy! We more than enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back again and again! Thank you Karl and Maggie!

Great location and value. All was as advertised and went well. Not a ton of natural light in the space if that’s a need for you. Turning from the access road onto the highway can be very tricky with a semi-blind curve to your left, so be forewarned.

Updated condo. Comfortable. Lots of extras in TV choices, snacks and comfort items. Owners very pleasant and responsive.
Only thing I would suggest is to have housekeeper clean burned on stovetop food and oven. Bleach smell in master bedroom a bit much but got better with opening window a while.

The dryer did NOT dry. The condo was crowded for a family of 4 adults. Had to contact owner on our travel to ask for assess because not received as advertised prior to travels. Charged for towels used during hiking. Would have cleaned them however with the dryer not working it made it difficult to do this before we left when bleach would have resolved the issue. We stay in Winter Park almost yearly for the past 25 years and like to try out different properties. We really have never had an issue until now. Would not stay at this property again.

This condo is well kept and well-stocked. We enjoyed the fireplace and playing with the various lighting options. It is very well maintained and very clean. The beds are quite comfortable and there is even a ski closet to store our ski gear each night.
