Upon checking in we had numerous questions about the parking, first if you rent an 8 bedroom condo most families will have to occupy 2 vehicles, 2nd after being showed the parking across the road "along the roadway" we asked if the ONE permit given could be used for a golf cart, the gentleman told us yes. So before arriving to the condo we stopped and rented a golf cart only to find out it it was not at all allowed in the property.
Bottom line your condo is not set up for families, we visit south padre 6 to 8 times a year, and we will be going back to another location. I understand policies are put in place for a reason I just don't like being told one thing and then finding out the opposite.

The location was amazing and very close to good food and the beach. The hot tub and pool was very nice. The view and sound of the ocean when on the balcony is we amazing. The provided pots and pans were also very nice for cooking. Overall a great spot to take a vacation and relax.

The condo is large, clean, well equipped. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat. The beach is literally your backyard!!! We will definitely be back

The condo was just how y’all advertised. Check in staff were great. Easy access to beach and to our condo and the amenities. We will be coming back. Hopefullyto our exact same condo. I had the beach view from my room and it was amazing. My kids had their own spaces and it was great. Thank y’all so much.

Ceiling fan in front bedroom did not work upon arrival. Also three lamps in bedrooms & living room missing bulbs. Called maintenance who came the next morning and repaired/replaced.
Only four chairs on balcony to accommodate 10 people!
Only ONE parking permit for 3 bedroom condo (we came in two vehicles)(not allowed to purchase additional parking permit).
Overall stay was very pleasant and beach was perfect!
Sunrises from balcony were awesome!

Excellent Stay
Excellent location with a beautiful balcony and view of the beach. Very clean and comfortable location, all amenities and cookware necessary for a great stay. Beach access is fast and easy, the swimming pool is well cared for and nice for a non-ocean swim. Our family had a great time here and will return.

No hassle to rent, 95% done online. Accurate as described & photos. 3B 2Bath. Very clean, good view of beach. Front bedroom w/2 beds is warm, I suggest you bring a fan.

Great location and we had a very relaxing time while there. Conda had plenty of room and just needs a little extra maintenance to make it top notch but nothing that negatively impacted our stay or enjoyment.

Birthday Vacation
The rental agency was very friendly! The owners responded to all my emails. The unit was very clean and the view was amazing. There were a few things that need to be fixed, broken glass on door, 2 burners on the stove didn’t work and the doors tend to stick but that in no way affected us from having a great time! I called and let the rental agency know about the items so that we would not be held responsible. They said they were already aware of it and were working on getting them fixed. I highly recommend this place! Hope to be back soon!

A new experience
Great location. Great view. Wonderful deck furniture. Clean.
Just heads up.....left front burner on the stove doesn’t work. Blow dryer in master bath didn’t work. Shower in the master bath was off its runner. I would suggest to move the small couch away from the ocean view and maybe put together a book of suggestions for sights and restaurants to visit, along with TV channels.
Plush towels were bathroom towels, so bring your own beach towels. We bought lawn chairs and left them in the unit.
All and all a good place to stay, but spring break caused some commotion and high level of noise.

No response from property managers except a sign posted in the elevator on Wednesday that water will be resumed on Friday by 11 AM. Our check out time was Friday at11 AM. We have asked for a review of the price,( over $500. a night) for the 4 properties we rented for our family event.

Great Beach Getaway
What a great beach getaway! This condo was clear and bright and clean and spacious! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the waves crash and see the sunrise every morning!
The condo had all the amenities we needed, large kitchen with every utensil and pot you might need, very comfortable beds and t.v.'s in every room to relax after a fun day on the beach!!
My Mom and Dad both had an easy time getting to the condo (4th floor) in the elevator and access to the beach did require stairs up and down, but with help they were also able to sit on the beach! The pool is small but very clean!
Again we are very pleased with the location and we would highly recommend this condo! We will be back again for sure!

Perfect Covid-19 vacation- location, location, location
We had to get away from AZ for our own sanity. The kids had been off of school for four months. We came over Fourth of July. Sadly the fireworks were cancelled. Some things were shut down. Most restaurants and stores were open and mask compliance was good. We felt safe and the beach was less crowded. This unit has beautiful views and direct beach access to a gorgeous beach. While it could definitely use updating (beaten up furniture with ripped upholstery, rusted dishwasher ) overall it was a great stay: the location cannot be beat. If you’re coming to South Padre Island you need to have a balcony overlooking the ocean. This particular condo unit has free towel exchange which was very convenient, and elevator access with rolling luggage dollies for added convenience. If you’re debating over taking a vacation these days, this is a great option. The beach is so calm and the kids could go out so far and it was still relatively shallow. Very relaxing.

Great Location
The proximity to the beach is perfect. I loved being able to view the water and beach from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family. Amenities were great. We had everything we needed to make meals.
