About this condo rental
Enjoy Celadon 1502 - our "Seahorse Condo" that offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a bunk room with a double bed, a private balcony, private under the building parking spot, and much more. This is the perfect condo on Panama City Beach's much quieter west end, featuring fantastic views from the balcony. It is right on the beach and features a private owners parking spot (accommodating normal size vehicles only) under the building and close to the elevator. BONUS: we include reserved beach chair service free with your reservation (March 1 - Oct 31) plus we include beach towels and additional beach chairs for your use. Inside this newly renovated condo, you'll find upgraded bedding and living room furniture, flat screen TV's, plus all new stainless steel appliances. Celadon 1502 features three sleeping areas: a master Bedroom with king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a bunk room with a full size bed. We also have a sleeper sofa. With two full bathrooms, this condo comfortably sleeps 8 people. Other amenities include flat screen TVs in the bedrooms, a spacious private balcony, and majestic views of the Gulf and beach from the 15th floor. Celadon features free WIFI and HBO, an outdoor grill, an outdoor hot tub, an indoor/outdoor Pool for those who want a bit of shade during the hot summer days, and a tennis court. Our condo also offers easy access with keyless entry and no check-in process. You'll go right to the condo to start your vacation! Please note that a Celadon Parking Permit is required and is a $45 flat fee per vehicle per stay that you pay to the resort (not included in your rent/fees). This is a ONE TIME FEE per stay, not daily. Celadon Resort is on the quiet, family friendly beaches of West Panama City Beach yet it's just 2 miles west of Pier Park and many restaurants. Nearby Pier Park is a 900,000 sq ft open air shopping complex with a Grand 16 Movie Theater, Walmart, Target, Belk, Marshalls, Dillards, Old Navy and Ron Jon's Surf Shop. It also features restaurants like Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, 5 Guys, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster Bar, and many more. It really is a fantastic development and Panama City Beach's hotspot for activities when not on the beach. Other local attractions include Frank Brown Park and many local amusement parks. It's also near the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (the new Panama City Airport). And of course, our beaches on Florida's Emerald Coast are absolutely incredible. The emerald green water and sugar white sands are amazing!

Very nice room love the view, easy to book, everything was supplied as far as dishes and chairs and towels. We really only had to get our food. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone was nice. We would book there again when we come back.

The property was exactly as listed and more. My kids were excited to find the space just for them with their own television so they could escape in the evenings to play. We always over pack but in case you forget sand toys, a beach bag, or beach towels, don’t worry because the room has those too! We enjoyed our stay and the only issue we had was the door code but the owner was quick to remedy that!

We had an emergency a few hours after being there with one of ours having to be hospitalized for 2 days so we had to stay an extra night and the owner was right on it when i messaged her. Definitely will be rebooking here

The 4 beach service chairs were a great addition! Usually if beach service is provided, there are only 2 chairs. When traveling with a family, the 4 made a huge difference! We loved being a little ways from Pier Park and all the traffic.

My mother, my husband and i stayed at Celadon 1502 and loved every minute of it. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony veiw was lovely and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner was so very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very nice, a home away from home. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet was large and roomy. Very well equipped, extra blankets and pillows. The second bedroom was very nice with two beds and a second full bath was great with 6 of us staying there. The bunk room was cute and accommodating to my 8yr old granddaughter. Had plenty of supplies trash bags, toilet tissue, paper towels etc. There was even laundry detergent and dish detergent. Even though we didn’t cook while there, there were plenty of supplies to use, even had all kinds of spices. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was reserving our beach chairs and that was our fault. You know the old saying “the early bird catches the worm” well if you want front row you need to be down there bright and early, they line up to get first pick and that’s your chairs all week. Brenda was great, she was very helpful when I wanted to make changes always responded quickly. I highly recommend staying at the condo. Thank you so much Brenda.

We have stayed in many rental units and this is one of the best for sure! Everything is clean, modern, beautiful and well stocked! We brought our 4 children 17, 13, 9, and 4. Everyone loved it! There was a ton of stuff in the condo for the kids to play with inside and out. Extremely comfortable beds and bathrooms! Very spacious. Nice appliances. Not a bunch of decorative items to have to move out of the way. Appreciate that so much!! Beautifully decorated. Loved the 4 chairs on the beach! It was really perfect!

We lucked out being there in the hurricane because our weather was fantastic. We made many meals in the condo and had all the tools we needed. Condo was fantastic for us. Loved seeing the dolphins every morning.

This property was perfect for our stay! We loved the condo, it was very clean, appeared to be newly painted and decorated, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware., etc, the chairs on the beach were a great benefit. This condo very convenient to many restaurants, Pier Park, shopping, groceries, etc. we will definitely remember this when coming back to PCB!

This condo is located right on the beach. It was plenty spacious, kitchen was very well stocked, and the furniture and decor was very nice. The location is great. It is in a quieter area but stores and restaurants are still just minutes away. The only issue we had was that the front door was very hard to open and shut but I am sure that is something that can easily be fixed. The balcony was large and you could see out into the gulf forever. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed the condo and the property. The only thing I have a problem with is I couldn't access the web site to pay for my parking. I got an error code when I went to get on the web site (through my phone and my laptop). When I checked with the desk they were no help. I emailed the contact that I had and got no response. When we went to leave on Saturday I had a "ticket" on my windshield.
Not very helpful with that part of my visit. Not a good way to end a great week.

Located in a great section of Panama City Beach FL, out of the heavy traffic area. Close to Pier Park. Brenda was extremely helpful. Would definitely book this place again if I ever go to Panama City Beach again!!

My family and I stayed here during the few days of July fourth and it’s been the cleanest most beautiful location we have stayed at in Panama! The host was so communicative with us throughout the entire time. The views from the master room and living room were incredible!! The reserved parking as well. Super convenient. I look forward to staying here again!

The experience and location was great. The property owner checked in on us through out our trip to make sure we were good and when we had questions they were responsive. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The only thing it did not have was the bunk beds. But it had a Trundle bed instead but it was nice, loved the view and the space it had! Would definitely use it again!

The parking was confusing and not explained before arrival. Wish we knew from beginning that we could park all vehicles there as long as we purchased a parking permit. However the condo was excellent and the owner very nice and helpful.
