117 Admirals Row -Recently remodeled from top to bottom! IT IS VERY RARE TO FIND A 2 BEDROOM/2 BATH RENTAL THIS CLOSE TO THE OCEAN! At HHB&T Resort, Admirals Row, South side, building A is where you want to be! Our southern exposure offers warmth during the winter months and cool shaded ocean breezes during the summer months. The ramp access from the parking lot directly to our front door makes our villa easily accessible and convenient. No stairs or elevators!!! Our beautifully decorated villa is newly furnished from top to bottom. It includes a queen-size bed in the master suite and twin beds in the second bedroom. Our recent remodel includes all new furniture, new beds/mattresses, and all new kitchen/cooking items. We offer free broadband wireless internet, and the living-room and bedrooms are equipped with smart tv's and ceiling fans for your enjoyment. Beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.) is supplied with a rolling cart for easy transport. Our villa is truly home away from home! The villa is 940 sq. feet and accommodates parties up to 4 people. The practical floor plan creates privacy between the bedrooms and the main living area. Our corner location features extra windows for plenty of natural sunlight, extended views and comfortable ocean breezes. But best of all, our double balcony provides you with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean - just steps from your door! (see pictures). We diligently maintain our villa to ensure pleasant and comfortable accommodations for our guests. Deep cleaning and condo maintenance are done on a regular basis throughout the year to ensure that our condo is in excellent condition for your stay. There is convenient parking directly in front of the villa. Please note that the Resort charges a $35 fee per car for each Gate Pass issued. This fee will be paid at time of booking. You must notify the owners if you plan on having more than 1 car at the resort. 117 Admirals Row is located in the MOST desirable oceanfront Building 'A' in HHB&T Resort with a lovely southern exposure. Our villa location is perfect for a great beach vacation. Please note several rules: 1) Occupancy is limited to 4 people 2) Children are limited to age 10 and older. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. Thank you! Resort Policy: NO CHARGING OF ELECTRICAL VEHICLES OR BIKES IS PERMITTED ON PREMISES. E-BIKES AND BATTERIES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON RESORT PROPERTY. Condo is exactly as shown in pictures. Walk to the beach is super convenient. We especially loved the 1st floor convenience. Resort amenities were good. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. ( beach cart and chairs). Thank you so a wonderful place to stay in Hilton Head.

We’ve stayed at the HHI B and T resort many times. This is by far the best unit we’ve rented. The unit was very spacious, well stocked, clean, wonderfully decorated, and the location to the beach was perfect. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed the tables on the balconies. There were many hooks in the unit to hang bathing suits/towels to keep the floors clear. We loved having ceiling fans in each room. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to easily cook a few meals at home. We can’t wait to return next year!

Our stay the condo was amazing :) The amount of items stocked in the kitchen was great for being able to make our own meals while we were there. The Beach toys and wagon were so helpful for our family. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Lynda was so friendly & easy to deal with.

This first floor unit on Admirals row - ocean view is absolutely beautiful. Steps to the beach. The unit is immaculate. Beautiful decor with exquisite high end details. The Queen side bed in the master is very comfortable. Room darkening curtains are great if you want to sleep in. The on suite bathroom is very spacious. The kitchen is set up with everything you need. The double balcony is equipped with very nice patio furniture to watch the sunset or eat your breakfast. I can’t say enough positive things. 5 stars and the owners were delightful to communicate with. Thank you again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We just returned from this property and we loved staying there! The location for proximity to the beach is perfect, it’s a 3 minute walk. The resort itself was great for Pickleball, Tennis, two pools, one pool bar, and more than one access point to get to the beach. Our stay was relaxing and so fun to be this close to the beach. We enjoyed meals on the balcony with the ocean in view. We will definitely book again!

Literally steps from the beach, couldn’t be closer. The condo was beautiful inside, almost completely renovated, felt new and fresh and was super clean. In addition it had absolutely everything we could possibly need for the kitchen and cooking, and beach gear such as chairs, boogie boards, etc..
We loved relaxing on the balcony!!!
The community is also great with a huge pool, (and a smaller pool) and bar/restaurant and tons of other activities (tennis, shuffle board). Easy access with keypad and lots of communication.
Would 10000% stay here again.

Amazing condo
This was the nicest condo we have ever had at Beach and Tennis and we’ve stayed in many. Immaculate and so updated. There was nothing that they didn’t have available for us to use. Loved the view. We will be back!!!

(He plays for his high school). We also ate a few lunches at the restaurants and I will say the peel and eat shrimp were some of the best we had next to Poseidon‘s. We hope to come back and visit again soon.

Excellent condo. Beautifully updated. Layout of condo designed for maximum space. Furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with necessities for cooking. You can see the ocean from the balcony, although view is not quite as good as on upper floors HOWEVER it is the most convenient location --no waiting for elevator and mere steps from the beach. Lynda was incredibly responsive and provided everything we needed for check-in well in advance of our arrival. Highly recommend!!

Perfect for two of us...size was great, beautiful updates, felt at home. Ground floor and perfect location. About 150 yd walk to beach. Could see the ocean and sun in mornings. Place was very clean and neat. Amenities were perfect.

This our family’s 7th consecutive summer on Hilton Head and this was the best one yet! I almost don’t want to say how great the condo is, as I’m afraid it might fill up before we can get it next year! Perfect location, perfect interior, and perfect communication. We could not have asked for more!!!

We SO enjoyed our stay at this condo! Everything is exactly as advertised--beautiful new decor, fully equipped kitchen, very nice beach chairs+. Location is great--short walk on boardwalk over dunes to beach, no steps to navigate into condo. The owners are very organized, incredibly responsive and proactive with communication. They even reached out to let us know when the condo cleaning was complete and we could enter early on check-in day. It was our first trip to HHI and we couldn't have been happier with the property and its owners. HIGHLY recommend--5-star everything! We'll be back for sure!
