Featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 18 people. 111-C Capricorn is located on South Padre Island, TX and is 1/2 a block from the beach. This South Padre Island rental property was designed to accommodate a large number of guests with total comfort! The living room, dining area, kitchen and a guest bedroom are located on the 1st floor. The guest bedroom features two sets of full-size bunk beds with bedding to accommodate eight (8) children. The kitchen is very spacious with lots of cabinetry for easy storage. It is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare an unforgettable family meal. The large dining room table, bar seating and outside patio seating provide plenty of areas for guests to enjoy a meal at the house. Ready to take a dip? Guests can easily access the backyard through the 1st-floor living room. Enjoy getting a tan in the tropical backyard featuring a private heated pool and hot tub! The backyard offers ample seating for guests with an array of lounge chairs, an outdoor couch and a patio table. The second floor entails 4 spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature king-size beds. The 4th bedroom entails two queen-size beds. All bedrooms have access to balconies. Home was exactly what they said it was online, a lot of towels, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper…Great amount of pool space for everyone. Nice property. We would stay here again!

With out a doubt our favorite place staying on the island ! We have been staying at the same house the last 15-18 yrs on the island but the owner went to VRBO and now it's managed by Seabatical ……this particular house met all our needs and we look forward to coming back and staying in the same house ! SPI Rentals are true professionals and kept in touch thru out our booking of the house and our stay !

111 E. Capricorn, Unit C was an awesome place to stay. Every bedroom had an ensuite for privacy, plus the four bedrooms upstairs had a balcony to sit an relax in the evenings.
The living/dining area was huge and the kitchen had everything you would need. The pool and deck was fabulous! Lots of seating areas and a large stairway into the pool with a hit tub and a long bench in the water next to it. We enjoyed having the wagon and boogie boards and beach toys for the grandkids. There are 4 beach chairs as well.
It was a short walk to the beach…and Wanna Wanna…one of our favorite places.

Beds are horrendous. We were shocked at the terrible discomfort and lack of additional covets but overall. It was a wonderful place and we will definitely book again

Overall a nice choice.
Pros; Location, Floorplan; this is a great space with 5 bedrooms, open downstairs and kitchen, usable small garage and a nice backyard.
Cons; Hot tub was same temp as pool; not hot. Entire home flooring is hard tile, even upstairs bedrooms. Toilets mostly all were clogged and needed plunging every time flushed. There was a small tornado the first night that filled the pool with debris, no one came by the next three days of rental to address palm fronds everywhere and the massive debris in pool so we didn't use it at all.

The house was perfect. Great walkable location for the beach and lots of spots on the beach for drink, breakfast, etc. the house is spacious so everyone was able to have their own room. The description ahead of time says to bring salt, pepper, oil etc. they are not kidding. There is NOTHING in the kitchen so expect to bring or buy literally everything you need. I even went to the dollar store and bought a few more kitchen towels. Check in/out was so quick and easy. The air conditioning wasn't working and they got it going immediately when we called and the next put in an entire new unit. The decor is super cute as well as the whole color scheme. Would absolutely rent it again.

First time renting with SPI rentals. We usually stay in a hotel. I do not regret making this change and look forward to using this company and home for our yearly SPI vacation. Great customer service and beautiful home.

The home was amazing! My family had an amazing time by the pool. Be careful; the outside floors by the pool are VERY slippery; and if you come inside with wet feet be sure to take caution because the floor inside is even worse! All of the chairs at the beautiful dining table were wobbly. So most of us didn't sit at the table when eating. The bunk beds in the 1st room were terribly put together. My daughter wanted to climb to the top and the entire bunk bed would wobble so we had to keep her on the bottom bunk. The grill outside was also not well put together. We had to be very careful when using it because it was very unsteady. We had to wash all the dishes before we used them because you could feel the dirt/dust on them. The floors were very dirty as well; within an hr or two of being there our feet were black from the floors. There are no curtains on any of the windows so if you sleep in like we do; there is no blocking the daylight. We also had to clean the pool ourselves upon arrival due to so much debris in the water. I'm very nitpicky so it was hard to be completely satisfied. The home is beautifully decorated with beach/Island décor through out the home. We made due for our stay. The space/size accommodated us all well. We were hit with a terrible storm the 2nd day of our stay and when most of the Island was without power; we never lost it. Thank you to the owner for their hospitality. We had fun regardless!

The rental house was pretty much everything that was promised in the description. The house had so much space that we never felt crowded with our family of 15. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was also large and comfortable and fully equipped for any type of cooking that was done. The pool and hot tub area was perfect. And the location was so close to the beach. We loved our time and stay at this property.

Loved that this house was large enough to accommodate our large family. It was me, my husband, our four daughters, their husbands and kids and we all fit comfortably. The house is beautifully decorated/maintained and well stocked for cooking. The location is good, not on the beach but a short walk to beach access. We had an issue with the batteries in the lock dying and getting locked out but we called and someone came to fix it within a few minutes. We were very pleased with the property management responsiveness. The only negative thing is that the hot tub will not get hot if the weather is cool because it's part of the pool and not a stand alone tub.

AWESOME LOCATION lovely house with great pool and backyard
with a 4 pm checkin I expected the house to be very clean. The bathrooms need a bit more attention to toilets, showers and wiping walls.
Would definitely stay here again as location is exceptionall

This house was bright and massively big. It was very clean. Each bathroom had a lot of towels and some travel size shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The kitchen had a small stock of cookware staples and a crock pot. The kitchen table could seat about 10, plus 6 at the bar on the stools- the dining and den seating was impressive with a colossal wood table being the most notable feature in the living area. The pool was heated and felt great. There were tons of lounge chairs for tanning and side tables for drinks! Also, an outdoor table for dining and a grill.
SPI's service was amazing! I heard from SPI before the trip to confirm some details on my reservation. Also, the texts I received were not always auto generated. If you texted back, you received a reply from a person so that was nice. They even called to report an item that was left behind.

The house was great, nicely maintained, a few tile missing from the pool, but otherwise nice. When i booked through VRBO, the same day i noticed an unauthorized credit card transaction for a gaming site for $108. Still working with my credit card company to get it reversed. I rarely use my card for other than amazon, so it is quite the coincidence.

Loved it!!!
We loved the place and the excellent customer service and were quick and attentive to all our concerns!!!! Something went wrong and they were quick to correct it and we loved that!!! The place was exceptional for 5 families of to stay in. The private pool was so relaxing our beach time was reduced of how relaxing the pool was.

The beach house was just as we expected - clean, very spacious for our group of 15, with great location/access to the beach. We made a couple of calls to maintenance (propane tank refill and dryer issues) and they were prompt with addressing these issues.
