Nestled in Houston, this attractive house for $402 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Cannot say "location" enough w/ this luxury 3 bed, 3-1/2 bath 3,700 square foot townhouse sitting smack in the heart of Montrose/Midtown. Less than a mile from downtown it offers a 641 sq/ft rooftop deck w/ fire pit table and skyline view. Not to mention it's literally sitting on top of one of Houston's most raved about bars and soon to be a bakery and coffee shop... all in the shadow of downtown. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants, nightclubs and bars. 641 square foot rooftop patio with fire-pit table and amazing view of downtown. Looks down into one of Houston's best patio bars/restaurants. Don't worry, it's not a loud bar. Very international and classy yet dog friendly and relaxed. Walking distance to dozens of the finest bars, restaurants and clubs in one the most charming areas of the city. A brand new, Mexico City style bistro and bakery just opened right downstairs... perfect for coffee and breakfast and they even have a full bar as well. open from 7AM - 3PM.

We had a short stay to visit family while we were in Houston. This house was perfect!! Each kid has his/her own room and their own bathroom. The upstairs was perfect for teens and the outside balcony was perfect! We would definitely stay here again on our next Houston trip! Great location as well.

Our family with a 1 & 3 yo stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The townhome location was perfect with a delicious & darling bakery below for coffees & breakfast, very good & unique restaurants steps away, and a lively bar next door if you’re there for that. We brought our white noise machines for the babies’ rooms as we knew the noise on this busy street corner would be louder than other locations and the babies need daytime naps too. The home is actually quieter inside than we expected with different levels with quieter rooms and the outside noise wasn’t a problem. The driveway parking & garage availability is at premium for this location!! You will love that and your car will be safe at night! The home decor, art, furniture, and amenities are eclectic, pretty, funky and comfortable. The rooftop deck & game room with a shuffleboard table placed in front of a huge picture window framing the Houston skyline were all stellar! There are small details like a few missing light bulbs, some broken window blind cords, broken kitchen sink hose, older wood floors and deep cleaning that could be done but it didn’t effect our stay. We’ve stayed in immaculate vrbos, but the price was double too. Hunter is a wonderful vrbo owner, communication is prompt and he gave us the link to Rock-a-bye baby rentals for all the baby things we needed (crib, erc). We had a lot of fun in this vrbo for our Christmas vacation—even with babies-in-tow, we would certainly stay here again!!

Our stay at Hunter's property was awesome. His communication with us before and during the stay was a breath of fresh air and he answered all questions and also assisted us in making our stay there as care free as possible. The house is nice and it is smack dab in the middle of weekend Night Life! We had our family of all adults ranging in ages of 30 to 57 (there were 6 of us) and we had an absolute blast! I can't thank Hunter enough for accepting our request last minute and then going above and beyond to make sure our stay at his property was 5 stars. Thank you and look forward to booking his property again.

Great spot to head out to bars around montrose or to stay in with a few friends. Rare find for walkability in Houston. Large kitchen and multiple areas to lounge around and hang out. Patio is wonderful.

What a fun, eclectic property! The bakery beneath the property is delicious! On the first floor of the property, the kitchen is updated with everything you need, and the living area is comfortable and spacious. The bedrooms and closets are big, and the bathrooms are beautiful. Upstairs there is a game room with a shuffle board table. The view of the full moon over downtown Houston on the roof top deck is magnificent. Lastly, communication with Hunter is second to none! He was so kind and accommodated our needs. I highly recommend this property!

Property was well kept and there was more space than us 5 even needed, it was great! Bedrooms were comfortable with a bathroom in every one. There were spaces for everyone to enjoy in the large house including a game room and terrace. Neigborhood was cute with great spots within walking distance. Hunter was more than accommodating and very helpful before, during, and even after our stay. I would recommend this house to any group!

The steps were challenging, (for a 72 year old) but the patio on the top was worth every step.

Property is great. We were able to walk to a some great food for dinner. Neighborhood felt pretty safe and quiet.
Do note that there are some steep stairs into property and to get to the 3rd bedroom and patio is another flight of stairs. Had my dad who was able to do it but I could see t took a bit out of him.
Again, the property is in a neighborhood with a few restaurants and for the most part they're quiet. Though being restaurants, they could have a live band or whatnot on a Fri / Sat night. THis happened to us and they did quiet down but did want to note that for folks. Didn't really bother us since they quieted down around 11ish or so.
Would definitely stay here again. Love the neighborhood and the location.

The host was so welcoming and helpful. We loved the character, size, style, and location of the home. It was the perfect distance to NASA and NRG. The night life was fun and having coffee on the roof was the best part!! We would absolutely come again.

Beautiful large house sleeps 8+ comfortably, plenty of bathrooms. Weekend noise from neighboring bars is a minus but on the other hand a plus having many restaurants and bars nearby for convenience, you won’t go hungry . The top deck is the best feature with fire pit and bbq. Really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here! It's very roomy, 5 bathrooms and bedrooms, lots of other space including a game room and balcony with a view. The host was very accommodating and responded well. The beds were all sleep number beds, too, very comfy. The only issue we had was that the street is kind of noisy with music until about midnight, even on the weekdays. It didn't get in our way too much but if you need quiet and go to bed early, you may want to rethink.

Hunter was great with communication. The house was perfect for our girls trip. Lots of great places within walking distance and easy for Uber pick ups and drop offs. The rooftop balcony was the perfect setting for quality girl talk time. The view was spectacular.

We rented this unit for a friend reunion, and it was an excellent choice. Hunter was a great host, responded quickly to questions, and very flexible with check out. The location is absolutely prime, located right over a great bakery and in the heart of the best neighborhood in Houston. It has funky art work and was well equipped. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks for being a great landing spot for a fun weekend!

Really enjoyed the unit and the size of it……spacious. A few constructive comments: for a place that says it can accommodate 10 people there is not enough dinner plates and flatware, having bar soap in the showers would be nice, wash cloths in each bathroom, ice maker should work.

Celebrated my husbands 60th birthday. Great little bar next door. Close to resturants like Bludorn, Eunice, Truth Barbque, la Lucha.. all very Good. Galleria Mall close by. The townhome had everything we needed.. Will stay here again! Thanks Hunter
