Nestled in Folly Beach, this lovely condo for $453 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6) Sunset 96, Mariners Cay is ideally situated in the far corner of the Mariner's Cay compound giving guests a panoramic view of the Folly River all the way to Kiawah Island. Nothing can compare to the colorful sunsets from the screened porch. Mariner's Cay is a gated community of residents and renters, which offers guests not only a swimming pool and tennis/pickleball courts but also is only minutes away from the beaches and walking distance to the funky town of Folly Beach. The privacy and lack of traffic is perfect for small children and teenagers. The first "Wow" moment happens when you first open the door and see the amazing openness and views. The next "Wow" moment comes at sunset when one must hurry to the screened porch and allow him/herself to be awed. As can be seen by the photos, the unit has a large, main bedroom with a king size bed opening onto the porch; and two additional bedrooms with queen beds. The open living area has a large flat screen smart HDTV, Bose system, and DVD player. The property truly has a million dollar view yet is affordable to all. It's all about location. Owners have totally redecorated and updated. Entire building has had reconstructed porches and new siding. All updated in 2023! We guarantee our cleaning service continues to follow all sanitation guidelines. We feel our new standards go above and beyond the recommended procedures in an effort to make our guests feel welcomed and safe. This home has a 5 star rating partially due to the outstanding cleanliness with all the many amenities. New linens and towels are changed regularly along with the interior freshly painted. Enjoy the extended porch as you watch dolphin and sailboats or wading birds feeding in the marsh grasses. Enjoy the full water views to Kiawah and James Island from the living area, kitchen, and main bedroom. Located close to the beach but without the tourist and noise. This island condominium will slow you down and make you relax. It is all you need to unwind. Nothing has been overlooked. Owners take pride in providing guests a home away from home with comfortable beds, plush towels, and many extras. Romantic for a couples retreat, family vacation, or girls/guys get away. This is a perfect place for Citadel and College of Charleston parents to stay for visits and graduations. Visit Folly Beach and nearby Charleston for the many festivals and celebrations or visit the many historical sites and forts. The music is always wonderful in Folly Beach or check out The Pour House and Charleston Music Hall. You may also enjoy the nearby shopping in Charleston and outlets. This location has something for everyone. Laid back is the best way to describe Folly Beach. Life on Folly Beach follows a fun, relaxing pace. During the winter, it is a small town at the end of I26. In the summer, it is a vacation destination. Perfect in every way. If I had a complaint it would be that there was too much furniture and too many knick knacks around. Our group of four adults were tripping over one another so we just moved some of the furniture to the side.

My sisters and I loved the setup of this condo, the amazing lanai overlooking the marsh, the very well equipped kitchen and very large pool. We were visiting family and the little kids loved the pool. Great location as we could walk to Folly Beach.

This property was extremely clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. It was fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking, cleaning etc. making it very convenient. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything. Added bonus was the beach chairs and cooler. Many dolphin sightings from the back porch. Linda was very communicative and responded quickly. She is VERY thorough in directions and ensuring everything is set up for your stay. My one and only issue was the shower curtain in the master bath which needs to be changed out because it was scummy and mildew spots along the bottom. Some people may not have even noticed this though. Otherwise, exceptional and would come back.

The condo was very clean, comfortable and in a great location for a quick trip to the beach or a 30- minute trip into downtown Charleston. The unit was tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a great asset, especially since we have 2 small children. The views from the screened-in porch were particularly beautiful at night.

This condo is beautiful. It has a beautiful view of the river. The condo was incredibly clean and well stocked. Communication with Linda, the owner, was fantastic. Whenever I had a question, she was quick with a response and answer. We travelled with our three kids, ages 8 to 10, and they loved the pool. The condo's location provides easy access to Folly Beach and to Charleston both. We enjoyed and loved our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is as described. The view from the porch is relaxing. Just a few miles down the road from Folly Beach, shops, and restaurants. Roughly 20 minutes away from Charleston. If you want to be close but not in the hustle and bustle of the beach crowd or downtown constantly then this condo is for you!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect for our girls’ trip! The beds are comfortable, everything was very clean, and it was so roomy. There were beach chairs to use and even coolers. We loved the condo and would definitely stay there again! The pool is nice too with an easy 2-3 min drive to the beach.

This condo is basically all new and beautifully decorated. Set way in the very back, the marsh view is absolutely serene and relaxing. Coffee on the screened porch is a must! Tons of seating in the living area and porch. Kitchen appliances are modern. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent! Bar area is fantastic. This condo has all you need!

If you're a birder, the marsh outside the porch is a treasure...I saw plovers, godwits, clapper rails, a ruby-crowned kinglet, a wood stork, and got to add an Eastern Kingbird to my life list, in addition to the expected herons, gulls, terns, egret, and pelicans. I can't wait to go back! Highly, highly recommend!

The unit itself was very nice, however there was construction everywhere and the overall vibe of the development was dumpy/trashy. There were a litany of 60+ y/o homeowners overly concerned with parking spots and general in & out of guests. It was not welcoming and put a real dampening effect on our stay. Next time we’ll pay slightly more to stay in a single family home & have a better overall experience with some privacy.

This property is very clean and well taken care of. You can tell that the owners treat this property like a home! There were a lot of extra little details and items provided with the property that you don't typically see. The view on the screened in porch is amazing and very relaxing. We walked to the main strip of restaurants and shops. It was a very easy walk. We also went into downtown Charleston for a tour of COC. This was an easy drive as well. We would stay and this property again.

Sneaked away before the week of Christmas for a sister/daughters trip.
Condo was in a great location while I do not recall the initial listing mentioning the complex was under construction (redoing exterior work) host was very diligent in letting us know and keeping us updated on construction prior to arrival. Other than impacting parking spot, it was no trouble at all.
Owner had decorated the condo for the holidays which was an unexpected but beautiful treat. Unfortunately the Christmas Tree did decide to fall early one morning which caused some stress. But all was discussed and managed with host.
It was wonderful to explore Folly and nearby Charleston. We have been to the area many times, but never during the holidays. Thoroughly loved being able to enjoy the season SC Style.

It was the perfect place to stay with beautiful views. It is easy to drive into Charleston. It is close to the beach too. Property manager was very quick to respond and was very helpful. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in Folly Beach with my sister, mom and grandmother. The location was wonderful, very close to Folly Beach. The condo was as described. Nicely decorated and clean. The back porch was wonderful in the mornings. The owner was easy to reach and answered promptly. Be sure to read all check in instructions. I booked and drove and was only looking for codes to get in, not reading every sentence which ended up getting us stuck at the gate, but it the owner was quick to help. It was an overall comfortable, enjoyable stay.
