The home itself has three smart TVs along with complimentary high-speed internet so you can stay connected and entertained during your stay. This vacation rental is a super-fun Folly Beach retreat with an interior dressed in a bright, island vibe, and is fully appointed to make your stay fun and relaxing. The home has amazing ocean views right from the balcony. The well-equipped, full kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The suite also has a private washer/dryer, so you can afford to pack light for your trip! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool area is closed in the off-season until the end of March. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Fantastic stay for a girl's weekend. The clean, quiet, well appointed condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and it's within walking distance to bars, restaurants, the pier, and a small market for groceries. The washer and dryer is convenient, especially with laundry detergent provided. This unit also has a storage closet that's chock full of beach chairs, a beach cart, toys, etc. Perfect stay. Thank you!

Loved the location! Can’t wait to come back again next year! The hardwood floors need to be cleaner and updating the beach equipment availability would be helpful. Hopefully that will change before our next stay.

Awesome location! Perfect size for a family with little ones to get to beach and walking distance of restaurants etc! Our only complaint was not queen size beds in bedrooms. Maybe one bedroom. Others are full beds. Even master bedroom had a full bed. But overall nice place and we would stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. Very nice place. The hardwood floors were a bit dirty! And the jet tub didn’t work! Over all will be using you all again!

This condo is right across the street from the beach and less than a block from the main drag in Folly. It took us 3 minutes to walk to Rita’s and the beach! The beach access is easy; just a path and no stairs! The condo had everything we needed for our stay, including a coffeemaker and toaster! The beds were comfortable! There is not a kitchen table but there are two seating areas out on the balcony (which overlooks the beach where we saw dolphins every morning and evening!!). There are stools at the bar which worked well for breakfast for our teens. The door to the unit sticks really badly. We had to use our shoulder to open it. I imagine this is just from humidity but maybe there’s a way to grease it?? We heard lots of noise from people passing by the unit at night time. I don’t believe it was people staying at the complex, rather people walking back from the little downtown area. We were adults and teens so it didn’t bother us but if you had younger kids, it might be annoying. I would stay here again because the location cannot be beat!!

If you want a vacation where you park the car and walk everywhere this is it! The condo is very centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shops. The condo is comfy. Love the deck and porch. You are overlooking a parking lot prior to the beach/ocean view.

I liked the property being so close to the beach and the layout of the living area. Was very pleased with the whole trip. I think that it would be nice if we were told that we needed to bring our own toilet paper and paper towels. One roll doesn't last very long when there are 5 people in the rental. overall it was a great trip.

Property was exactly as advertised. While not beachfront you do get an unobstructed view of the ocean from the deck. The walk to the beach is an easy 3 minute walk. Restaurants and shops are just a few steps away. 24 hour market is also a short walk away. Access to Charleston is an easy 20-30 minute drive. The unit itself is spacious and well stocked. Beach equipment and a wagon are in the storage locker. No cable or satellite tv but we didn’t miss that at all. We’ll definitely consider this unit again.

Perfect location with beautiful ocean views and a short walk to the beach. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a great week here. The only small downside is there is no dining table, making larger group meals a bit challenging - we ended up mostly eating on the balcony, which was nice but on hot days it would have been nice to have a place to eat inside tgat could accommodate our full group

Spent a few quiet days relaxing on Folly Island. Everything we needed, comfortable furnishings. Only downside was loud bar noise on Friday night from across the street, but white noise app canceled it out. Definitely recommended!
