Nestled in Folly Beach, this charming condo for $604 per night is a great option for your next break. Park the car, put on your flip flops and get your vacation on! This beautifully decorated, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo located in the heart of Folly Beach has all of the elements you need for a wonderful vacation. Located across the street from the beach, the sunny porch overlooks the sparkling pool and has ocean views. Within minutes you will feel like a local. You are steps away from the Edwin Taylor fishing pier, a wagon pull from the beach, and a stroll on over to all of the fun shops and restaurants of Folly Beach on Center Street. The location is unbeatable. You won’t believe how easy and fun a vacation can be when you don’t have to drive anywhere! Our condo offers the comforts, quality and amenities you want in a vacation property. This property works well for a couple's getaway, a family friendly vacation , or a girl's weekend or trip. Inside you will find a completely updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The living room has hardwood floors, 9ft ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that open to the porch. There are three bedrooms with linens and bedding. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The first two bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has a king bed, a bathroom with shower, a double vanity and access to the porch with ocean views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a full laundry closet with washer and dryer located in the hallway. We offer wi-fi (wireless internet), cable, and On Demand TV. We offer 2 covered parking spaces, and a pool. Folly Beach has two wonderful playgrounds for children, public tennis courts, a basketball court, a crabbing and fishing dock in addition to the county pier, a boat ramp and the lighthouse park at the far northeast end of the island. Kayak, bike and golf cart rentals are close by. Restaurants and shops are steps away. This condo was formerly known as Southern Peach and was managed by Dunes Properties of Charleston. We have vacationed on Folly for years and are thrilled to now be part of the community. When we recently purchased the property we decided to manage it ourselves because of our experience with Folly and vacation rentals. We have set it up in hopes that your trip to Folly will be fun filled and care free. With such an ideal location on Folly Beach and so much to do in Charleston and the low country, it is great any time of year—Spoleto, summer vacation, fall break, the PGA Open on Kiawah, Southeastern Wildlife Expo and the Family Circle Cup on Daniel Island. Very clean with updated baths and kitchen. Very walkable to the beach and Folly Beach bars and restaurants. So nice to park the car at the condo and not have to try to find parking spots. Highly recommend.

If you a looking to for a place that is close to all activity, then this is your spot. We could put our name in at a restaurant and wait at condo with a cocktail. Super easy access to beach. The condo is on the first floor so no waiting on elevator.

The property is as described and pictured. The location is one of the best parts about it. Once you park, you can walk just about anywhere around town. Beach access is right across the street.

It was great location for enjoying Charleston and the nature of Folly beach as well as the beach town life. If concerned about scratches on non- stick pans and the potential of being exposed to carcinogens bring your own. The Kerig is older model and was awkward to work but there is a Mr. Coffee. We would stay here again!

Three gals who have been friends for 40+ years gathered at Swell Time on Folly Beach to eat, laugh, catch-up and do a little celebrating (one of us turned 70!). We also had plans to do some sun bathing and shopping. The condo and it’s location were perfect! The beach access was right across the street as were restaurants, bars and beach shops (but in a different direction). Instructions left for us were clear and easy to follow. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. When a question arose, Valinda was real quick to answer. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a small bar of soap in each shower, toilet paper (1 roll) in each bathroom and linens and towels were provided. It just couldn’t have been any better!!

Place was wonderful. Extremely clean. Furnishings were in great condition. Location is fantastic being close to the beach and restaurants. 2 parking spots can’t be beat. The only thing that I have negative to say is the pictures for the posting do not give it justice. The place is bigger than the pics have you believe. No hesitation on staying there again!!

We were very pleased with our stay at "Sweet Times"! The location was incredibly convenient and the condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Be sure and visit the new pier, it is a great place to just hang out. We would definitely recommend this property.

We loved staying here. It was exceptionally clean. Perfect location, close to the beach and walking distance to most everything in Folly Beach. We would recommend booking this location for your vacation. It met all of our needs and more!

Nice well furnished condo. Easy checkin and easy walk to the beach. Was nice to be one row back during high winds (no sand blasting). Easy walk (700’ to 1000’) from restaurants. If you like a dark bedrooms, bring eye coverings. I’m a pillow snob so If you like fat pillows, bring your own. Can be a bit noisy with Fire Department one block over but you would hear them from blocks away. Being walking distance from shops is the trade off. Nice place with a bathroom with every bedroom. Great feature.

The place was just off of Center Street and across the street from the beach. It was an ideal location, which made things very convenient for us to get food without having to walk far with our family. We were the only ones using the swimming pool so it was nice for our little kids. All 3 bedrooms had its own tv and bathroom, which was a nice bonus. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it for families looking for a prime location on Folly Beach.

We enjoyed our stay at "Swell Time." It was as pictured. We loved being able to walk to our favorite restaurants. Just a couple of notes for the owner...there was a hand mixer but we never found the beaters. One of us is very sensitive to fragrance so we unplugged the air fresheners until we left. Also had to wash bath towels to try to remove some of the scent. Not a deal breaker. though. In the future we can bring a set of towels! Overall, a lovely condo and we would rent again.

The condo was wonderful and in a perfect location. Bed was extremely comfortable. Furniture in the living room was comfortable. The condo had everything you needed with TVs in the living room and bedrooms. We only made breakfast there but I believe you would have everything you need to cook a meal. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony on warmer days/nights. Quick walk across the street to the beach and the pier. Several restaurants close by. I would highly recommend this condo (and Folly Beach).

This place is an awesome place to stay. Better than pictures everything needed for a joyful weekend Everyone loved staying here. So much room so clean with all needed supplies to get you started. Located in the mist of everything beach club’s restaurant. I pray to be back soon. Host was great.

The condo was IMMACULATE!! Amazing view from the patio allows for Unobstructed view of the ocean! Crystal clear instructions on how to operate things and what our responsibilities are at checkout. The only things that was off (not the lister’s Fault) was on Saturday morning at 7:30, someone in the unit above us started hammering something. We will definitely return to this fabulous spot again!!

Perfect location, close to everything with no need to drive to anything! Huge condo with all the amenities. Great hosts who will help you with any issues you have. Condo is right above the pool so it's perfect for people with kids. It has an ocean view and is less than a 1 min walk to the beach. We will be staying here again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at Swell Time. The condo was cute, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location is the best in Folly, with easy access to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants. Access and parking were super easy and convenient. Our only recommendation would be to add a full- length mirror for those of us who are shorter. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with our family.
