The living area offers a Queen sleeper sofa along with a 40in flat-screen TV. There is a small private balcony furnished with two rockers that offer a glimpse of the ocean when looking down the lane. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King, 32in flat screen TV/DVD, and offers an attached bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Bedroom 2 includes a 32in flat-screen TV/DVD, and Bedroom 3 is furnished with a Twin size and a Double size bed. There is a full bath in the hall along with a full-sized washer and dryer.
