About this house rental
Nestled in Flagstaff, this lovely house for $230 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Important Please Read: To keep the home as affordable as possible for smaller groups, basic rent covers the entire living area plus master bedroom with private bath and one additional bedroom of your choice including the main bathroom for 4 people. The remaining bedrooms are rented with an additional per person/room charge. THE REMAINING BEDROOMS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY BY KEYED ENTRY WITH PRIOR RESERVATIONS. (If you have 4 people and need additional bedrooms there is an additional charge.) Your group will be the only occupants in the house, the other unused bedrooms will just be locked. If you need clarification or have questions please contact us and we are happy to explain. For your peace of mind during your visit please know that after my routine cleaning is finished, all surfaces, knobs, handles, etc are treated with Clorox disinfectant wipes. There are no longer same day checkin and out for guests. There is at least a 24 hour window between guests to allow for more thorough cleaning. Beautifully remodeled home in the Coconino Estates neighborhood. Close to downtown and Snowbowl. Oversized kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances plus many more amenities. French doors off dining room lead to a fenced backyard with grill, and seating, plus a sandbox area for small children with sand toys. Outdoor games are corn hole, ring toss and basketball toss. Open and bright living area with a wood burning fireplace, including several indoor games and puzzles. Upgraded 65” Samsung TV in living room and the master bedroom have a Roku with HBO Max and many more functional apps, there is no cable tv, we have unlimited WiFi. Two additional bedrooms have Queen sized beds, 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on the bottom. Master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a gorgeous tiled shower. All bedrooms are located on the same side of the house, close to each other and the main bathroom. Laundry room with washer/dryer and supplies. There is no a/c in the house, we have ceiling fans in living room, dining room, master, pink and beige bedrooms. There is no ceiling fan in the blue bedroom due to safety concerns with the bunk bed. We have also provided box fans in all bedrooms. The house actually stays pretty cool in the summer due to north/south facing windows. There is a pack n play available. There is also central heating for the entire house. We provide some wood for the wood burning fireplace from November 1st through April 1st. This is also the only time that the fireplace is available. Feel free to bring more or buy extra locally. There is no street parking starting Nov 1st through April 1st from midnight to 7am. There is a security camera with flood lights located above the garage door facing the driveway. Please do not use or bring any glitter into the house as it is very difficult to get rid of and you may be charged an additional cleanup fee. This includes hair dye of any kind as well.

We rented this property for 3 days during a skiing trip. Exceptionally clean and fully stacked with all the amenities. Lynne was such a great host, and promptly responded to all inquires (and proactively checked for us the road conditions between Phoenix and Flagstaff and ensured the snow on the driveway was cleaned of snow before we arrived). The unit is very well-maintained and nicely decorated. It was great to have the indoor garage. We had a fantastic stay.

This is a great location for everything. The house provides plenty of room for family activities. The neighborhood is safe. The host is so extremely helpful and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing to be aware of is to watch for deer. They do come out sometimes. Please try not to hurt them.

The property was exactly as promised and Lynne was fantastic. Communication was 5 star and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Flagstaff. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of groomed hiking trails and close to all Flagstaff attractions. Less than 90 minutes to the south rim of the Grand Canyon.
You will not find a better stay in Flagstaff.

This house close to Snowbowl in Flagstaff was perfect for our stay. My wife and I, her parents and her sister spent a week in the beginning of summer exploring Northern Arizona and really appreciated returning to a comfortable and very nice home at night. Location was perfect for Flagstaff offerings, grocery, restaraunts and attractions. Close proximity to all highways made our day trips efficient as well. Host was extremely helpful and made our trip that much more smooth. Having some supplies in the home was an added perk. We plan to look for this property when we return.

This house was perfect for our spring family ski trip. It was close to Snowbowl and downtown. The house was spacious, clean, and had fun games our 9 year old daughter loved. We will definitely stay here again when skiing next season.

We were extremely happy with this property. It was an extremely easy check in and check out process. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had, regularly getting back to us within 5 minutes of sending a message. The house was clean and well maintained. It is easily the best stocked property we have ever stayed at. It is obvious the manager has spent time thinking about everything one could need while staying here. The house was also very spacious and provided plenty of room for our family of 4.

Stayed at this property for a long weekend. 4 adults, 4yo and 18mo. We really enjoyed this property. House was clean, accurate pictures and description, great location 5 minutes from downtown town Flagstaff and 23 minutes from base lodge at Snowbowl. Living room great for family to be together, really good TV, some toys and books for kids. Bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. Kitchen and eating area superb. Everything you could want to make a gourmet meal or just do takeout. Had high chair and pac n play for kids. Reason 4 stars rather than 5 was a funky heating system. Thermostat in a back hallway. Therefore bed rooms nice and toasty and comfortable, but living area and kitchen cold. We made it work, but do need some extra clothes in these areas. Space heaters would be a nice addition. But even with that, loved the house and would rent again. Also Lynne, the owner, was terrific—always available and helpful.

This was our first time using VRBO and we had a great time. The property was well equipped and comfortable. Cooking was a piece of cake as the kitchen was well equipped. Even with over 2 feet of snow on the ground, we were quite comfortable and warm.

Great place for a base to get to the mountains west of Flagstaff, which was our priority. Also very convenient to restaurants and other attractions of downtown. Lynne, the owner, was always responsive and accommodating. Very comfortable and pleased to have found this place. Definitely would stay here again!

The house was nice and clean. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals at home. Actually, the whole house was well equipped with everything you might need! The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows for everyone. A bonus is there were games to play in the backyard that kept us busy. We had a very enjoyable stay! Thanks Lynne!

Great host in a great city
The house was great. It was clean and comfortable. Lynne had the heat turn up so upon our arrival the house was warm and inviting. Lynne was very responsive with questions texted when we arrived. We even had use of the garage.
The house is located on just off the main road to the Grand Canyon, There is a great pizza place just down the street. And down town is not too far away.

Lynne's house is in a great location and was perfect for our family of five. It is furnished nicely and can accommodate more then just our five. Her kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would have at your own home and very large with both counter seating and a large dining table. For winter stays the fireplace in the living room supplied with some logs is great. There was plenty of linens and towels, the beds were also comfortable. It was a nice touch that she supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash even though we had brought our own. The back patio has a nice sitting area and grill for outdoor cooking and dining, along with a nice fenced in yard for play and privacy. Access to the garage was a plus considering the time we were there the nights got down to single degrees F. Keyless entry to both garage and home was convenient and easy. Communication was immediate during booking to answer questions and after. We appreciated that she had the driveway and walkway cleared of any snow for our arrival. I would highly recommend Lynne's home and hope to stay again in the future.

Our stay was perfect once again! House is very clean and stocked with games and toys for kids, close to snowbowl. Lynne takes great care of the property and even helped me get the right app going for the NFL playoffs, We will be back and couldn't recommend this rental enough!

We went to Flagstaff as a getaway for my sons 11th birthday and my moms 82nd. This house was beautiful! And so comfortable. There is Everything there you might need, dishes, towels, bedding, even fans incase the bedrooms get hot. My kids.lived that there was lots of room to play, and my daughter spent quite a bit of time in the back yard. All in all, we really enjoyed the house and we definitely go back if we get the chance!
