Welcome to your home away from home; 22 Hickory Cove. The Villa is updated and well-maintained. You will enjoy the light and cheerful colors and the fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances. This 2 bedroom and 3 full bath villa overlooks the 18th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. The living room overlooks the spacious deck where you can grill and chill while watching the golfers go by. The Palmetto Dunes beach is a 5 minute walk using the Beach Access Path. The pool is directly across the Hickory Cove roadway from the villa. Included for your use are beach chairs and a beach cart. The floor plan of this villa is perfect for couples traveling together, families, and families traveling with grandparents or nannies. The first floor primary bedroom has a king bed and private full bath with a walk in shower with glass doors. It also opens out to the first floor deck. The 2nd floor bedroom has 2 double beds, a private full bath with tub, a flat screen TV and a balcony/deck. There is also a loft area equipped with a daybed with two twin beds and a desk. The 3rd full bath is off the living room area. The villa has free WiFi and an HD flat screen TV in the living room. The villa has a casual, beachy feel. Perfect for your stay in Hilton Head. Hickory Cove is located in the private, gated community of Palmetto Dunes. While staying at Hickory Cove, you are within walking distance to the beach, the villa community pool, the 11-mile lagoon system, the General Store, golf, tennis, pickleball, restaurants, and bike and kayak rentals. We’ve been coming to HHI for the past four Octobers and your home was by far the best place we’ve stayed in! We will definitely be back again. The location and views were amazing, the home was spacious and accommodating, and we felt like we were at home. We had a wonderful vacation and appreciate your hospitality!

We've visited HHI 20+ times over the past 30 years and always love staying in Palmetto Dunes. We stayed here in the Hickory Cove complex this time around as a precursor (3 nights) to our week-long vacation home rental with a big group the following week and were very happy.
The complex is quiet and safe, close enough to walk to the beach/general store/Dunes House, and has a nice pool. The property owner, Tom, was friendly and quick to respond when we had a question regarding an additional gate pass. The home was well appointed and my dad loved sitting on the deck and watching the golfers.
We would love to stay here again when we come back in 2025!

We chose this home for our yearly family trip. This was the perfect size and location. Plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach and super close to the pool. The grill was out of gas when we arrived. Quick call to the owner who brought us one the next day. We ended up purchasing fans for our bedrooms because we are used to having the airflow of ceiling fans. If that is something you need for sleeping, I would suggest bringing one with you. Hoping to be able to stay on the same spot next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Very clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the air conditioning when we checked in and Tom responded immediately and was at the condo within 15 minutes and had it working in no time! Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

We go to HHI a few times a year and this is definitely one of our favorite villas. It is very clean and perfect for our family of 4. We love that it is just a short walk to the beach and General Store.

We had a great 2 weeks at 22 Hickory Cove. The golf villa's location near the 18th tee of the Trent Jones course affords a picturesque and perfect view of the golfers as they tee off and finish their round. We saw deer in the evening and the lovely birds of the low country as well. The beach, tennis center, and bike rental are just a short walk away. The BBQ was faulty and the owner came over the very next day with a brand new grill. Communication with the owner was excellent during our stay. The inside of the villa is comfortable and we pretty much had everything we needed. We would recommend this property and plan to return.

Loved the villa. We were on the 18th hole if the golf course so it was fun to watch the golfers. Villa had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was a problem one night but we were able to remedy it.

This villa was in a nice location with a short walk to the beach. It is an older villa but it is small. There was only two of us so it was plenty big enough for us. It has been updated somewhat.
There are beach chairs, umbrella and a cart to take everything to the beach plus several other items for children.
The owners answered all our questions and check in and check out was easy.

We have been to HHI many times over the past 20 years and 22 Hickory Cove did not disappoint. The location is ideal in Palmetto Dunes with a 5 minute walk to the beach, half mile bike ride to the General Store and right on the golf course. The unit is beautifully decorated, has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and outdoor grill. We took full advantage of all! Thank you for allowing us to use the beach chairs and cart. We will definitely look into staying here again when we return to one of our favorite places!
****We could not find a blender in the unit, which was a bummer, but we borrowed our friend’s who stayed a few units down. Good chance we just overlooked it and did not impact our stay at all! :)

We had a great summer vacation at this property. It fit our family of 6 with room to spear. Short walk to the beach. Loved the extra touches the owners added to make our arrival smooth such as a few snacks and a few water bottles ready when we walked in. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect and the home fit our family of 5 perfectly. Close to the beach in a nice community. One thing we instantly noticed was how well the home was outfitted for our stay. All the little things like plenty of hangers, trash bags, toilet paper, etc that are sometimes lacking in a rental. Also there was a great beach wagon in the storage closet which saved us! The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into making guests comfortable.

What a gem!
We absolutely loved this gem of a villa. It had everything that we needed and more! This villa felt so homey and was decorated perfectly for a beach stay. We enjoyed the short walk/bike ride to the beach, sitting on the deck and watching the golfers, as well as all of the extra amenities that the unit had. There is a closet filled with beach chairs, toys, wagons, etc, a cabinet filled with games, and plenty of books to read in the quiet of the villa or on the beach. We could not have asked for more. The owners made us feel so welcomed...right down to the basket treats and water in the refridgerator.

We loved this villa!
This villa was truly a gem! We’ve stayed in several condos and homes in Palmetto Dunes and this has been our favorite so far! Really close to the beach access, a nice big pool (plenty of space even when “busy”), and excellent accommodations at the villa make this one top the charts. We loved the personal, welcoming touches! (Snacks and flip flops, does it get any better?) The beds were very comfortable and the villa felt very spacious. It was equipped with everything we needed, from dish/laundry soap to all the kitchen wares for a family that ate in every night but one. We also enjoyed the deck from grilling at night to coffee and deer watching in the mornings. Also a great selection of items for the beach! We used the cart and chairs every day. We have stayed in houses that we’re $10,000+/wk that didn’t have all the extras this one had. Thank you for sharing this villa with us!

We were at the Palmettos for a wedding and golf. Condo was very nice everything we needed. We only used first floor since it was only 2 of us. The unit could of accomadated 8. Pool steps away, beach 10 minute walk. Beautiful area!

I struggle with allergies and was grateful that the unit was clean enough and barely musty to not cause any issues. We loved the convenience of the beach chairs and cart- it’s the little things! We hope to stay again. Such a great spot with kids :)

Great place and owner!
The condo was perfect! The place was beautifully clean and comfortable. We loved the added touches of snacks and drinks upon arrival (especially after a long day of travel with two little ones). Tom was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay.

Family fun!
We SO enjoyed staying at this property.... it had everything we needed, plus some extra sweet details! We loved the location to the pool and the beach. The Phelps' were very accommodating! Looking forward to a return trip already!
