The Ocean Vistas are the premier oceanfront complex located in picturesque Daytona Beach Shores. This luxury condo offers on-site concierge Monday-Friday will ensure you taken advantage of everything the Daytona area has to offer. The oceanfront, heated pool is one of the largest on the beach at 75 feet long! The oceanfront hot tub, spacious pool deck, gorgeous fountains, and outdoor firepit set the stage for the ultimate relaxing vacation experience! You'll also have access to the oceanfront fitness facility and sauna area. As a guest of Ocean Vistas, you'll have full access to the amazing oceanfront club house that is well-furnished and includes a library, eating area, plasma TV, fireplace, pool table, and an expansive space for entertaining guests or having private parties. The business center is located on the second floor and includes wireless internet access, computers, fax machines, and printers. This impeccable, third floor, 3,000 sq. ft. condo is completely decorated and furnished with no expense spared. Enter through the double doors to the master suite and fall in love with the spacious and extravagant surroundings. Pamper yourself to a luxurious bath while watching television on the swing-mounted television located on the east vanity. The enormous walk-in shower is located just across from the private lavatory and the linen closest is fully stocked with plush towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The primary suite, living room, third bedroom, and fourth bedroom all have their own entrance to the sprawling balcony. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and a full bathroom across the hallway. The third bedroom boasts a plush queen bed, an over-sized walk-in closet, and a flat panel television mounted on the wall. The third bedroom also contains a full bathroom with an over-sized walk-in shower and ample vanity counter space. The spacious fourth bedroom is equipped with a sitting area, two wall mounted television, and a king bed. The upscale, designer kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and expansive cabinet space. The stylish dining room is designed to seat 6 and leads into the large entertainment area in the living room. What makes this condo so exquisite is the sprawling deck with plenty of comfortable seating, and a large grill area. Picture yourself on this gorgeous terrace surrounded by friends and family taking in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean while the sound of seagulls and smells of the ocean air float by. This condo unit includes up to two vehicles maximum. Trailers and recreational vehicles are not permitted. You'll receive two parking passes and one is for your assigned garage parking space which is guaranteed. The other parking pass is for the second garage parking which has unassigned, first-come-first-serve parking. If this garage is full, guests can park in the grass lot across the street which the complex has an agreement with the city to utilize. Please note that there is no grill available for this condo. The existing built-in grill is not functional. Recent fire codes do not allow us to install a new grill. There is cable to TV on the primary bedroom and living room TV only. The other TVs have Roku devices. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

This was a great condo, much larger than the pictures made it appear. The decor was a little outdated, but it was very comfortable and clean. The parking situation was a little disappointing, only 2 spots - so if more cars they have to park across the street. There was also only 2 key fobs for the door which made it hard coming and going for our group. The property company did give us an extra fob - so be sure and ask for one at check in, other than those 2 things it was great!

Our overall trip was excellent! The condo had lots of room for all 8 of us to have our own space and privacy. There were no issues with cleanliness, and kitchens and bathrooms were absolutely beautiful. The balcony yields a great view of the beach; great for hanging out at the beginning or the end of the day. The only con is the slightly cumbersome check in and check out process; however I believe this more of a result of the condo setup. The staff of Ocean Luxury so their best to send all the details needed to make the check in and check out process as smooth as possible!

Enjoyed the unit overall. Had a few issues that we feel could have some improvement. The mattress are definitely dated, especially the master bedroom. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms move at a very slow speed and would not adjust up to a higher speed. The tv remotes are not user friendly at all, have to be a tech pro to figure out. The carpet is really dated and dirty. Leg was broken on one of the bar stools. Last but not least there was mold on the shower curtain and around the tub in the second bedroom. Again overall enjoyed out stay, not to be a negative nelly, but these improvements would definitely make our stay or others a wonderful experience.

The unit itself had a very nice layout. Quite spacious. Proximity to the beach was good. Nothing within walking distance for the most part. While at the pool some lady (didn’t identify herself) gave us a hard time about drinking poolside. I’m an adult on vacation. Also, I sent a text to the management company on the first day and never heard back. Again, beautiful place. We had fun.

Tons of space!, the view is amazing, you will need to buy or bring dishwasher tabs, TP, trash bags, paper towels. Trash cans are small so you will be changing out bags often. There is a trash chute on 3rd floor on your way to the elevator. The location of the condo is super close to Publix, liquor stores and restaurants. There are linens and towels, the pillows are feather pillows, sheets give that comforting clean bleach smell BUT only the ones on the beds. There are roll away beds in the far bedroom closet, the big bedrooms have walk-in closets. Past guests have left items, kitchen spices, body washes shampoos. We didn't see beach chairs, there are boogie boards , umbrellas, beach towels, and some toys. Over all the space is clean, but the carpet really needs replaced, we enjoy3d our time here and will definitely rent again!!

Tbh, I’ve rented in the building for 7 years. First time in this unit. This unit is very comfortable and a good layout. However, the carpeting is looking very bad, the clothes washer only washes with hot water, the beverage refrigerator doesn’t work. Renting through Oceans Luxury was very nice. They were on the ball. When I called right away because the family tv didn’t work, they replaced the tv.

Pictures are deceiving. The room was very spacious, pool, workout room and lobby are very nice but unit was poor. Carpet very old, stained and bleach spots. Poor lighting-half of the bulbs were out, wrong wattage, or low wattage. Bedding is old and tattered in some rooms. Master shower ceiling has a hole from unit above leaking-this alone should not allow unit to be rented. Broken glass door handle. Baths need re-grouting-mildew stains. A lot of dust on vents like it had not been dusted in years. I'm sure there is more. I have pictures. Whole unit needs updating.

We have stayed in 2 different condos in the building previously but both were booked for the week we wanted this year. We like the 4 bedroom layout, but it wasn't as well-kept as the other two were. Hole(s) in the master bath ceiling, stains on living room carpet and air conditioner didn't cool evenly throughout the condo. Parking is a major issue. For a condo that sleeps 8 people, we were only allowed 2 parking spots and only 1 of those was a guaranteed spot; the other was first come and if it was full, we had to park off site. We were only given 2 keys which was a hassle with 8 people. Listing said 3 king beds - there was only 2 kings and the other was a queen. Check-in was great - Nancy answered all my questions and even texted me a few times to check in. Check-out was fine except we had to travel 15 minutes the opposite direction to drop off keys; there has to be a more customer friendly way to handle check-out. Beach towels was not advertised but there were several there for guest use as well as some beach toys. It also had several roll-away beds and plenty of sheets/blankets. We had more family staying at a nearby condo and our niece stayed with us one night - so the extra bed was nice. Door handle in master bedroom was broken and the other larger room was super hard to open but the balcony was awesome - furniture was well kept and clean. Grill didn't work, but that was clear ahead of booking. Booking and payment was super easy.

We had a great stay! The property is great and it's close to the bandshell but far enough away to avoid the traffic. The kitchen is big enough to cook family meals in and well stocked! Are area of concern was the carpet has lots of stains (but seemed clean) and the listing says 3 kings and there are only 2.

Property in a great location and plenty of space for 10 people. Carpet had several white (bleach?) stains, as well as other stains. Drain clogged and lighting dim but fixed by maintenance. Unit needs refresh of silverware.. Mattresses very soft and not comfortable. Overall, for the price, this unit was nice and would rent again.

My family and I have been staying at Ocean Vistas for New Years Eve for almost 10 years. This year we needed an extra bedroom so we booked this listing. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it looked as though the cleaning crew spent maybe 10 minutes on the place. There was still trash in the trashcans (and in the floor), the master and one guest room toilet had very obviously not been cleaned, and there were cigarette butts all over the balcony. We reported the issues and did receive an apology from our contact, but never heard a word from the property manager. We cleaned up the mess ourselves. In addition to the cleanliness issue there were also multiple stains in the carpet, the couch was incredibly uncomfortable, and the coffee maker didn't work.
There were some highlights - the space is great for a large group, the water pressure is terrific, and 3 of the 4 beds were very comfortable. The Ocean Vistas property itself is wonderful. Easy beach access (including a ramp) and loads of amenities. It's definitely our favorite property in Daytona.
With some updates and a reliable cleaning company, this condo would be perfect; however, overall, for this location and price point, we were disappointed.

Beautiful condo. Great view. However checking in and checking out need updated. Ocean Vista could use some updated technology such as keypad / codes instead of key fobs. Also basic instructions left in the actual condo along with instructions for the TV would be helpful.

We had a great stay at this place. It was clean, spacious, and lovely. My only complaint is that a couple pieces of furniture needs to be replaced- the main one being the leather sofa. It was very lumpy and uncomfortable in the middle.

We were able to have our immediate family together for the week. Just wanted to relax and enjoy the grandcnhildren and our kids. This unit was the perfect size and was comfortable. Our grandsons enjoyed fishing and there were several good resturants close by. The outside grill on the deck did not work but we were told ahead of time. I would recommend it to a family who want to have a wonderful view as well as a relaxing time.

We were thrilled with the condition of the condo when we arrived. Cleaning service was excellent as we met a very lovely housekeeper on our way in. Condo was nicer than expected, cookware was very nice to have at our disposal. Rollaway beds and inflatable mattress were in all the closets even though we didn’t need them. View of the the beach was perfect. No noise. We definitely had the better accommodations compared to other family members who chose to stay at a nearby hotel. We were discussing booking two Condos for next year so the whole family could be at one location. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The condo was perfect for our group of 8 people. There is plenty of space for everyone and three bathrooms works great when getting ready. The balcony has a great view of the beach and city lights at night. The outdoor grill does work only on the left side and it was fine for us to cook just took a little longer. We rented a golf cart for the week to use to take our chairs, canopy and cooler to the beach. We also were able to drive it on the street side to the grocery and shops on A1A . We ate at Landshark and Crabbies and both were good. All in all we were happy with our stay in this condo and would stay again.

The ocean vista building is great with welcoming people and luxurious accommodations. The surrounding area is rundown so unless you have ocean front room you will have unsightly views and traffic noise from nearby bust street.
The pool and hot tub were great. Hot tub wasn’t on the first night of our visit but after notifying maintenance it was wonderful.
Our balcony wasn’t clean but I was told that is a maintenance issue and property manager couldn’t do anything about it. We grilled and liked hanging out on balcony but our feet would get dirty if not wearing shoes. Also the lights didn’t all work on balcony.
Lots of space in this unit! Easily could fit 4 couples comfortably where everyone would have tgeir own space. Televisions in each room but remotes didn’t all work. Also tricky to learn the systems.

We chose this property for its central location as well as being on the beach. The property didn’t disappoint. We had eight family members all with comfortable sleeping and living quarters. The kitchen is perfectly kept with everything needed to prepare meals and accommodate a large group. The balcony is Very spacious and perfect for all day beach viewing.
Checking in and out was seamless with Jennifer and the Oceans team. The property was clean and well kept. I would recommend staying here to anyone with a large group. Thanks!
