Situated in Tybee Island, this lovely condo for $415 per night is a great choice for your next break. This upscale 2-bdrm 2-bath condo is a must see! The high end features include hardwood and ceramic tile floors. A master suite, with queen bed and flat screen TV, has an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd bdrm has a full bed and flat screen TV. The full guest bath is located next to guest bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo. Washer/dryer is located in hallway outside guest bath. The well appointed kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar with seating for 3 and a table with seating for 4. This family friendly area provides an open floor plan with kitchen, den and sunroom. The living area includes a large flat screen tv, dvd player and wifi. The adjacent sunroom has pocket doors, for privacy, and a daybed with pull-out trundle for additional sleeping or lounge area. Patio doors from sunroom and den open to a furnished private balcony to enjoy that morning coffee or evening relaxation. Enjoy the 4- bikes that come with our unit to explore Tybee. Enjoy an ocean view at the shared 3-1/2 ft. deep roof top pool. It's a great spot to watch the sunrise or sunset. 2-reserved covered parking spaces provided. Height is limited, 6'5", so large SUV or trucks may not fit. Steps away is the elevator that takes you right to your door. This luxury vacation property is all about location. Within a few minutes walk you can be shopping, dining, fishing on the pier or just relaxing on the beach! You must come see us! **due to Covid and our strict cleaning procedures we can’t honor any request for early checkin or checkout times. ** We are a no pet property. No exceptions due to owner's severe allergies

My husband, myself and our daughter and her husband stayed the weekend. We walked to the beach to watch the sunrise, the pier, rode bikes to the lighthouse & cooled off in the rooftop pool.
It was a great trip and the owner was very accessible and kind when we needed some direction.

The condo was the perfect home base for our first trip to Tybee Island! Having the bikes there to use was great and the location allowed us to walk to a lot of the local attractions. The condo was clean and has everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

This was our first time to Tybee. We didn't really know what to expect. The condo was wonderful. It was clean and homely. It wasn't crowded. We were always able to get on the elevator without a wait. The walk to the beach was a little further than we normally do but it wasn't bad. We would definitely stay again.

The unit is clean, modern, spacious and quiet. The rooftop pool is small but clean - a great spot for a quick dip, especially with smaller kids. Communication was great and the combo door lock means there are no keys to lose. Parking is tight, but convenient in the garage. The only suggestion I have is providing a small beach cart/wagon so you can easily pull your stuff to/from the beach. Our group was all 15+ so we each carried our fair share, but it could be a challenge to get to the beach with younger kids and a lot of stuff.

Great Accommodations and location!

The property was better that pictured. Two bedrooms with 2 full baths. Sunroom could have been closed off as an additional room as it was a fold out. Everything was great! Literally nothing bad to say. Parking spots were a big bonus and the property was so close to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time and bookmarking for when we come back!

We really enjoyed staying in Janice’s cindi. It was so homey abs well decorated with everything we needed plus special niceties. It was I. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again on a trip to Tybee.

Beautiful Condo, Fabulous Location!
From booking to departure, our stay was perfect! Janice communicated with us prior to and during our stay. She made sure we arrived safely and that everything was to our satisfaction. The condo is beautifully furnished and we loved the roomy layout. We especially enjoyed the Sun Room (just off the the deck) with the relaxing day bed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked compared to most VRBO properties where we have stayed in the past. There were even coffee pods and granola bars to get us started! We also appreciated the detailed cleanliness and hand sanitizer provided with COVID being top of mind. The beds were very comfortable which you do not always find in VRBO properties. I slept like a baby every night of our stay! The condo is located within walking distance of all the hot spots - beach just a block away, restaurants, shops and so much more! Having bikes provided was a bonus! If we were not walking, we were riding the bikes - a secluded beach to watch the sunset, to the grocery store (2 of the bikes have baskets) and down to the Lighthouse at North Beach. Even at the end of February we were able to enjoy the roof top pool - which was a wonderful surprise!
All in all, this is one of our favorite VRBO properties. We will definitely stay again when returning to Tybee!

The condo was even better than in the photos/description! Super clean! Excellent location! Short walk to the beach. Janice was perfect! She responded quickly to any questions and was super helpful! Highly recommend this property!

Incredible Getaway
Janice's condo was absolutely perfect. Spacious, modern, and close to the beach which is exactly what we were looking for. Everything was so tidy, and her communication was helpful, quick, and just what we needed. I would absolutely stay here every time I come to Tybee.

Exactly as promised
Very nice stay. Condo was exactly as described. Included little extras such as: condiments, bleach wipes, dish soap etc. Green sofa could use a good scrubbing. We simply threw a blanket over the sofa. All appliances we used were in working order. Morning walks to the beach were priceless. Bikes were another added bonus. We were able to use those a couple of times in the evening. I spoke with Janice regarding a question and she got right back to me, and did a follow up text. She is very sweet and accommodating. Very organized, the space is well appointed and clean.

No pool
Condo was great other than the pool not being open. I wish that I would have been notified that it was closed before our stay. One of the reasons I chose this condo was for the pool. Pools at other hotels/condos on the island where open so it couldn't have mandatory that swimming pools close for COVID in the area.

Loved the space, the patio, and the location. Bummer that the pool was closed because of covid fears, but im sure we wouldve loved that too!
