Booked this property over a year in advance for an October rental. We have been visiting SPI in the fall for many, many, years. The location is great. The house is nice but could definitely use some updating. The property manager is very responsive, which is good. However, the pool/hot tub heater was broken for our entire stay. I spoke to the pool maint crew and was told it has been broken for months. Very disappointing and a deal breaker for us. October can be a very chilly month and we would not have rented this house without a working pool/hot tub heater. Two cold northern cold fronts came through the area (normal for Oct.) which made the pool useless for us. When I asked the property manager "when was the pool heater going to be fixed", I Was told by the property manager that this house is not "advertised" with a hot tub/heated pool. Well, it was when I booked it in Sept 2022. Our general impression of the property is that it needs some updating. Multiple electrical outlets in and around the kitchen do not work. I purchased an extension cord to plug in my work computer. Also the carpet is very worn. Overall, the property appears to be a well used rental that could use some updating.

We had a fantastic stay on SPI. The weather was amazing, the house was perfect for us, and we loved that it was right on the beach. Great communication with owners/property manager as well. The view from the second floor is breathtakingly picturesque and provides a nearly endless view of the Gulf of Mexico.

We absolutely loved staying here. The setup was perfect for 2 mamas and their kids. Kely was quick and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She was so kind and helpful. The house was clean, the view was magnificent. We had dinner on the patio. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We were worried about the kids reactions to the small pool. Well there was no need to worry the kids had a great time and one side of the pool was actually kinda deep probably 4.5 feet. The garage access added for a quick and easy pack up at the end of the trip. We really wanted to stay longer. :)

This is a beautiful place with spectacular views. Had some issues with the spa the first few days but was fixed. Carpet in bedroom definitely needs updated. Walking distance to beach. Had a wonderful time!!

This place is amazing. Very clean! Great location on the beach with a short walk to a cute beach bar/restaurant. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I forgot a couple items when I left and they assisted in getting them back to me! Would definitely stay here again!

This property is situated right on the beach with a very short path from the patio to the beach. It has a lovely pool/hot tub on the lower patio. The kitchen is well equipped but we needed to purchase dishwasher detergent and garbage bags. Overall the unit is very clean with no obvious problems. The property manager/owner was remarkably responsive, sometimes communicating with me within minutes of a text message. We loved our stay there for many reasons and are thinking of returning next year!

This was an awesome place to stay! Right on the beach, beautiful sunrises, bar in walking distance on the beach, quite place, private spa and pool, and place is very clean. Communication with the owners was wonderful, quick replies, friendly, and very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway on the beach.

Great location, right on the beach. Walking distance to many bars and local spots. The whirlpool was not working and the carpet and flooring probably need to be updated a bit but that did not damper our overall experience. Would recommend to anyone.

The place is nice enough, but it is a little dated and some of the outlets were a little sketchy. The biggest problem was that the pool and hot tub were not functioning properly and never were fixed. Not to mention whoever takes of the pool didn’t clean it at all. There was sand and trash in it. I was counting on the pool because I knew if the weather was bad the kids could play in it. The weather was awful the whole time we were there. Suzy and Kely were relatively quick to respond and they were gracious enough to give us a little money back.

Exactly as expected of a beach house in terms of cleanliness and upkeep etcetera. But the view was better than the pictures and the house was bigger than expected from the pics as well. Enjoyed sunrises and moonrises everyday during our stay. When they say right on the beach... It's right on the beach and we loved it!

We came to SPI to celebrate my 50th birthday and so glad we chose this VRBO. Clean, spacious, large, and comfortable for the 6 of us. We spent a lot of time out by the beach and in the pool. Owners were very quick to respond with any questions we had. We did all our cooking there, and the kitchen is perfectly stocked and the grill is very nice. Walking distance to many local shops, restaurants, and bars. We even had fireworks down at Clayton's for my birthday (you can see them right from the condo also). Not sure on the complaints about air temp. We closed the blinds facing the ocean in the morning and opened them late morning through the rest of the day and even at 73° it felt COLD and we are from MI lol. Definitely looking at booking for next year already. Highly recommend parasailing with SPI excursions with Captain Bart and Walker. So safety oriented and really want to make sure you have a good time. You will need towels (only a few thin ones per bathroom provided and no beach towels). That was very hard for us flying in and using just carry ones. Loved the shower down by the pool for rinsing off after the beach! Thanks so much Suzie and Kely! You were both amazing.

Book now, do not let this property slip by. Gorgeous gulf views. Water is literally just steps away. Home has space for several but also allows for privacy with multiple bathrooms. Home was well equipped with everything we needed. Close proximity to restaurants. We enjoyed walking down the beach to the Wanna Wanna.

Great house lots of room great location. Manager was nice to lets us check in 20 minutes early. Downside pool was dirty and we did not use. A/C did not keep house cool at all. We where instructed to keep it 73 or coils would freeze over. For me I paid enough to stay I should have been cool and if you know have this problems unit should have been repaired. Over all our family still had a great time thank you
