About this farm stay rental
Located in Kansas, this lovely farm stay for $357 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Come enjoy amazing views! Beautiful and large historic farmhouse located out in the country. For the price you get the entire home to yourselves. If you have ever wanted to experience country living this is it! The home has many modern updates but still has the original farmhouse woodwork and charm. You will feel far away from busyness, yet will be close to many popular wedding venues, restaurants, shopping and entertainment places in the area such as Weston and Snow Creek. The toy room is perfect for kids! Gather with friends or family and make some fun memories at the farmhouse together! The farmhouse is about 20 minutes NE of Historic downtown Weston, Missouri, 30 minutes from Snow Creek Ski Area, 30 minutes from Atchison, Kansas, 30 minutes from the Kansas City International Airport and 6 miles South of St.Joseph, Missouri. It sits about 30 miles north of Kansas City, Missouri. The main level has a living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and a toy room. In the living room there is a TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player and cable. There is a desk and office chair on the main level. The kitchen has the following so you should have everything you need to cook a meal and enjoy around the big dining room table: pots and pans, baking pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils, toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, crock pot, griddle, hand mixer, basic spices, microwave, dishwasher and stove/oven and refrigerator. The upstairs has a bathroom and 4 bedrooms. There is plenty of outdoor space that is quiet and peaceful. You can enjoy the front porch view and relax around the firepit ring. While house sits on land, guests only have access to the house and yard. No access allowed to machine shed, grain bins, farm equipment, and/or land or crop fields to ensure safety of guests.

The farmhouse suited our group of 8 perfectly. The big dining room table and living room provided comfortable seating for everyone. Plenty of sleeping space as well. So good to be out in the country! Perfect views of both sunrise and sunset.

The farmhouse was the absolute perfect and met all of our needs. We needed a place that would comfortably house 7 adults and 2 children and the location was important - close enough to the airport for late night arrivals, yet also close to a wedding venue! The home was beautiful, yet comfortable and homey and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, the towels were hotel quality (large and plush!), the setting was quiet and peaceful and even in the middle of heat of the day, the awesome front porch was such a draw to our family! And the playroom was such a wonderful bonus! Additional bonus was the day bed in the playroom. We had a senior with us that couldn’t maneuver stairs, so this was the perfect solution!
The hosts were extremely quick to respond - most times within minutes!! And so helpful/kind and provided all necessary instructions. We would stay here again and absolutely recommend it for any large groups/families!

We loved staying at the farmhouse so much! There was plenty of room for all of us, the beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and then some, the kids had a fun playroom in the house with plenty of options for all ages. It was so refreshing waking up and seeing the beautiful farmland. Hosts are lovely and immediately helpful. Thank you for offering your beautiful home as a sweet place to rest.

We stayed at the Farmhouse with 10 family members following our son’s graduation from Benedictine College. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. We had an amazing time and were so glad that we had booked our stay there. The house was clean with everything we needed to accommodate everyone in our family. We loved the decor as well. We enjoyed using the fire pit and making s’mores. The stars were beautiful in the country sky! We were even able to have Mother’s Day brunch the next morning. Thank you so much for wonderful memories at the Farmhouse!

We truly enjoyed our farmhouse experience. It was perfect for a team training week. The farmhouse provided a relaxing retreat after long training days. The farmhouse was spacious and clean and very inviting. The owners stocked it with pretty much everything we could possibly need- including snacks. If you are looking for a stay in a farmhouse in a rural setting this is the place to go. The home is well equipped with everything you would need. Close to St. Joseph, Atchison, and Kansas City. The owner responded to our questions and the directions to the home were spot on. We plan to be back next summer.

We rented this beautiful property for the night before and night after my daughter's wedding in nearby Platte City. It was the perfect spot for the bride, MOB, and bridesmaids to spread out and relax before the big day. The setting is pastoral and the sunsets spectacular. For those wondering, no well water here, the water from the tap was tasty! The view is glorious and you can see millions of stars when the sun goes down.

What a wonderful property! Well taken care of, plenty of room for multiple families, so many amenities (plastic ware, kitchen items, campfire supplies, outdoor seating, children's items), clean, not too far from bigger cities, but definitely a quiet, country stay. We would stay again!

The atmosphere that Angela and Brandon have created at The Farmhouse is second to none! From the moment we stepped onto the property, until we reluctantly left a few days later, our experience at their place lived up to all our expectations and then some! The house itself is very accommodating with lots of bed options and a large dining room/living room to socialize in. It was very hot one of the days of our stay and the AC was awesome! The kitchen space provided, allowed us to stay in and cook some meals, which was a nice bonus. The property as a whole is absolutely gorgeous, nestled in the rolling corn fields of Missouri. We were treated with gorgeous sunrises and awesome sunsets. We HIGHLY recommend that anyone trying to get away or find a place close to Weston/St. Joseph, stay at The Farmhouse! We look forward to coming back in the future!

This property was perfect for a family getaway. We enjoyed Weston which is only about 25 minutes away and a great drive through the hills. It is also close enough to St. Joseph to sneak away if you forget some groceries. The home is also very comfortable and the kids toy room worked great for us.

Our daughter was getting married at a local wedding venue so Angela’s place was only about ten minutes away and it has great space for all of our adult children. the farmhouse was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Definitely recommend!
