About this house rental
Nestled in North Forest Beach, this charming house for $1,569 per night is a great option for your next break. Please also visit our other home located 2nd row in South Forest Beach @ VRBO 26382. This home is located 400 feet from the best beach on Hilton Head Island, this spacious beach house (4350 sq ft) offers seven professionally decorated bedrooms and five baths on a landscaped lot located half a mile north of Coligny Circle on Beach side of North Forest Beach. It provides a private, outdoor pool with private lounge chairs for sun bathing. The kidney-shaped pool has an adjoining hot tub next to covered sitting areas . There is a screened in sitting area with a large patio table that can sit up to 6 guests. There is a covered area in front of the hot tub with a large screen tv, an outdoor couch and 2 outdoor swivel chairs to relax while the rest of the family swims. Spa/Pool Heat optional. There is now a charge to heat the spa and/or pool. Please inquire. The beach is a short walk away. After returning from the beach, enjoy the convenient outdoor shower. There is covered parking for two cars and outside parking for an additional four cars. This house is perfect for up to two families vacationing together. Inside the garage area are two ping pong tables and a corn hole set for all to enjoy. On the main floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, private bath with deep jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom/den has a trundle bed that pulls out to two twin beds and a bathroom and shower. The sofa in the sunroom converts to a pullout queen sized bed. On the second floor, there is another master bedroom with a king-size bed, private bath with a wrap-around walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub, TV, and a small office area with a 4 port wireless router. Wireless internet is included at no extra cost. There are four additional bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 with 2 twins and one room with 2 sets of bunk beds. There are two additional common bathrooms upstairs. The main living area includes a large kitchen with a center island that seats up to six people. The kitchen is loaded with state of the art appliances including two dishwashers and fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The dining room will seat up to 10 people with ample room for entertaining. The living room offers a wet bar with large ice maker, wide screen Roku TV, fireplace and plenty of seating for two families. Adjoining the living room is a sun room with access to the deck overlooking the pool. The den offers additional quiet space for those who wish to retreat from the living area or a place where the kids can entertain themselves. Floor Plans Available in pdf. Please contact owner if interested. Our beach house is located less than 2 miles from the famous Van der Meer Tennis Complex and not far from Sea Pines or Palmetto Dunes Tennis Centers. We have 6 tennis raquets available in the garage for those who want to reserve a tennis court and play tennis. Also, 38 golf courses are located on the island. There are 40 miles of bike paths, and the beach stretches for 12 miles. Coligny Circle is a short bike ride and provides many amenities, including many restaurants, shops, and fun for the whole family. Visit Shelter Cove Harbour and Harbour Town for fine/casual dining and great shopping, or enjoy a play at the new Cultural Arts Center. Both are just a short ride from the North Forest Beach area. We also offer a discount on weekly bike rentals at Riding Tigers Bike Rentals. Please reserve your bikes 2 weeks ahead of your vacation. For more information please call 843-686-5833. We only rent Saturday-Saturday during our peak summer weeks June and July.

We loved the house and the foosball was an especial favorite of most of the kids. Clean, plenty of linens, comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our 15 guests, ages 10 to 76, but private places available, too. Conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and Coligny Circle.

The house is in great shape. We had three families with plenty of room. Big kitchen. Great room pool and jacuzzi. Host was wonderful. I left my hat. My daughter left a necklace there. She called me and said she's sending them back to us. 3 minute walk to beach. 10 minute walk to Coligny plaza. 5 minute bike ride to Coligny. We will be booking for next year for sure

The bedrooms/bathrooms were large, kitchen had every appliance we needed and plenty of dishes. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very close to the beach and a quick walk to restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive and most helpful. She helped make our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

This home is a short walk to the beach and only 1/2 mile from Caligny Circle, easily walkable! Everything you need is provided. Sleeps so many comfortabley. Plenty of room for everyone to do thier own thing. Owner is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Great location, just a block off the beach. Upper 2 floors are wonderful with excellent bedrooms / bathrooms, wonderful kitchen & living/dining areas. Bottom floor w/ pool, screened / outdoor spaces plus garage / basement areas could use a clean-up & makeover. But those areas not really used anyway.

I can't say enough about this property. It was enough space for everyone ranging from 5 to 70 years old. The property is closed to the beach. It's a small side road you have to cross before the beach. At first I was worried it would be a busy road with stop lights but it's not. It's a secondary road with nearly no traffic/vehicles at all. The room on the first floor must be sound proof because once you close the door you can't hear anything. The daybed in the game room pulls out from the bottom so its actually two beds. The pool area is nice with a large TV and a full size refrigerator. The majority of the neighborhood is vacation rentals so you don't have to worry about disturbing the locals. I definitely recommend this property and will rent it again.

The house was perfect for our group of 15. Close to the beach and stores parking for 6 cars in the driveway. Pool and hot tub are nice size the only downfall is that next door neighbors trees are hanging over the fences making it shady and stuff falling from the tree require daily cleaning of the pool furniture.

You would expect more from a rental like this. There is an issue with the gas cook top. I spoke to the host and she was aware and said they have been trying to get a part needed to fix it. There was always an issue in trying to cook with a strong gas odor as you tried to get the burner to light. As someone that rents homes at least twice during the summer for that last 20 years, i just expected a little more. I think with a little investment to update the above this would really be a nice home. As it is, I will look for something else in the futhur.

Beautiful home but could have been cleaner.
The house is beautiful and there is plenty of room for large family gatherings. The pool was so much fun and the closeness to the beach made time on the beach easy even with babies who needed naps. The only negative was that the property was not as clean as we would have liked. There was popcorn on the floor in the living room, the kitchen sinks were not clean, the high chair which we needed for our two babies was dirty. We found several used swim diapers under the bed in the first floor den.

Everyone really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and beach at least twice a day. The host, D'Ette was great. She responds immediately. The kitchen is well stocked and the living space is open with various seating spaces. We found the dining table large enough to accommodate a crowd.
The pool was great! We spent several late afternoons in the shade around the pool together.
It is a short walk to the beach. Coligny Circle is a pleasant walk down the bike trail across the street.

The property is spectacular and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Steps from the beach. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants.
We had a group of 8 adults and one 2 year old. A few more friends joined us for dinner and the house felt enormous. It couldn’t have been more relaxing and fun.
