Our home is equipped with a keybox entry system that is programmed with a code. We will provide the secure access code after reservation is confirmed. What is check in and check out time? Check in is strictly 4pm or later. Check out is 10 am. What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. You will notify the owners directly. Where can we rent bikes and how much does it cost? As mentioned above, feel free to use our bikes or use one of the many bike rental companies on the plantation. I'll be glad to provide you with recommended companies should you decide to not use our bikes, or should you need more. How close are you to the beach? We are a second row home so STEPS to the beach! Do you offer discounts? If your arrival date is less than 30 days away and our home is available, we will certainly work with you. Does the Pool heat included? No, the pool heat is an additional $1000/week. This needs to be indicated at least a week ahead of your arrival so we can arrange the pool heat. Do we add cleaning fees to your listed prices? Cleaning fees are always charged separately than the rental rate.
