About this condo rental
Nestled in Oceanside, this lovely condo for $402 per night is a great option for your next break. All the Comforts of Home, Away from Home So Close to the beach it could almost be considered 'ON THE BEACH' Beach and harbor shops and restaurants just footsteps away! Great downstairs beach front condo directly across from the beach with the Oceanside harbor shops, restaurants and marina at your back door. Unit is a large one bedroom, 1 bath, with (2) two queen beds in the bedroom PLUS a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Condo is spacious open floor plan, 770 sq ft, completely furnished and offers all the amenities and comforts you have at home. Full size and fully equipped kitchen makes this unit ideal for vacations or weekend retreats. Plenty of towels, including plush beach towels, and bed linens are provided for your use. Also included are, boogie boards, cooler, sand chairs, dome canopies and a variety of sand toys for the kids or the young at heart. 2 HDTVs (55" & 32") are provided in the living room & bedroom. Free Wi-Fi internet access. 2 cordless landline phones No air conditioning, but there is a central cooling FAN, plus 2 pedestal fans, and 4 ceiling fans (living room, dining room, vanity & bedroom) that are provided for your use, if needed. Large private patio is perfect for viewing California sunsets. Guests are provided with gated parking -1 reserved parking spot in front of unit. Vehicle size limitation is 16'. No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed in the parking lot. On site pay laundry facilities located on the 1st floor All guests have access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gas BBQs and picnic facilities in the pool area. All amenities are open year-round except during any scheduled maintenance. We also have a local property manager and her staff to assist you during your stay. Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Once you have booked and have been contacted by our property manager, you will be directed to SUPERHOG to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed within 3 days of booking and before check in. Check-in is daily between 3:00-5:00 pm. Arrivals after 5:00 pm will be charged a $50 late check-in fee by our property manager. Check-out is 10:00 am. Upcoming events - -November 23, 2023 Turkey Trot -April 6, 2024 Ironman 70.3 -May 17-19, 2024 "BeSoCha" Beach Soccer Championship All great viewing events and you will have a front row seat! Note: Pacific Street in front of our complex will be closed off during the Turkey Trot and Ironman events. No vehicles in or out of the harbor during the event. During "BeSoCha", most of the beach in front of our complex, between the two jetties, will be taken up with the soccer event. A few steps to the beach and Marina del Mar's picturesque view of the Pacific Ocean, sandy beach, and gorgeous romantic sunsets make it a popular escape for both new and returning vacationers. Behind the property is the charming Oceanside harbor with a variety of boating activities and water rentals, and shops and restaurants with nightly entertainment. The complex's central location offers easy access to many popular Southern California attractions including Disneyland, Del Mar Racetrack, LEGO-LAND, Sea World, Wild Animal Park and the San Diego Zoo. After you've enjoyed the day under the sun, walk the sandy beach, stroll the shops and restaurants in the adjacent Oceanside Harbor or retreat to your own quiet hideaway and experience a truly stunning California sunset. Oceanside is one of Southern California's finest places to escape. We offer 3.5 miles of white sandy beaches and near perfect climate. One of California’s top surfing spots in San Diego County. During your stay, be sure to visit the famous Oceanside Pier, California Surf Museum, and Oceanside Museum of Art along with one of our many golf courses. Or take a short drive out to one of the several Indian Gaming Casinos. There is no better place to come home to after a fun day in the sun than this Marina Del Mar condo. Marjorie was great and her place was spacious and amazing. Right across from the beach. Amazing pool and hot tub and wonderful, friendly guests. Everything was as stated with everything one needs for a memorable beach vacation. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back.

This location is excellent if you are a beach person. Perched between the beach and the marina, it is great for walking around the marina shops. This is a first floor unit, but the building does have elevators for those who need them. We stayed 2 months and enjoyed our time at the beach. Watch out for the IronMan competition. We were clueless about it and got trapped and couldn't get our car out of the parking lot due to the roads being closed for the competition.

Very windy area. Constantly. Sand from beach across the road was blown everywhere, including on my car parked in front of apartment and on the entryway to apartment. Sand covered my car and stuck to it. Had to go to car wash often. Apartment old and not in good shape. Two queen sized beds pushed up against the side walls, so to go to bathroom had to crawl over sleeping partner. Nice hot tub though. Next to harbor and its marina, so good walking (except for the constant strong winds.

I have stayed at Marina del Mar in Oceanside since I was a child. The location is perfect to enjoy the beach and the harbor and about a mile walk on the beach from the pier. We all loved the stay. The room was nice and met our needs.

I want to start by saying this rental was clean, neat, and had everything we needed. The Location is nested in a small harbor with plenty to do. I knew we wouldn’t be driving around much and wanted a place where things were in walking distance. The beach is steps from the property. The only downfall at this rental is there is no a/c in the units. The temp outside was around 79F in the peak of the day and the condo became very hot and humid for the better part of the day. There were fans provided, which I am extremely grateful for. I did not see this information on the listing, or I would have rented a small a/c unit for nights. With having an infant with us, he was very restless with the heat. The wind coming off the beach was cool, and helped in the mornings and evenings but being on the ground level, I was not comfortable keeping the windows open while we were gone, or while we slept. I would just say to be mindful of the time of year you are staying and check the weather before you come. You will need more fans if the temp is high. Which I don’t consider 79 high, but the condo faces the sun in the afternoons.

Place had all the comforts of home nice comfortable beds. Directly across from the beach. Couldn't see the ocean view from the bottom but it could definitely hear it while setting outside. Felt safe and secure in the area.

Beachside Fun
This is our second stay at this beachfront location, and we were not disappointed! Everything is always so easy and thought out with this property manager, and the condo is always clean, well stocked, and ready for us! We can’t wait to visit again next year!

Perfect beach bungalow
Location, location, location. Quiet spot right by Oceanside Harbor faces the beach on the first floor. Walk out and set up at the beach. We loved having a kitchen with kids to do breakfast and lunch. Clean, quaint place with a good pool/spa and great community that isn’t too busy. Condo was stocked with boogie boards, chairs, shade structures! So nice to not have to bring all of that.

I spent the month there with my family. Absolutely loved how simple and easy check was. Beds are comfortable plenty of bedding and towels. And every kitchen cooking item you need. Bake cakes, cook a Turkey, you can do it all. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Now it’s not super fancy but that’s what I loved about it. I could relax and unwind. The sofa couch was actually awesome! And that’s pretty hard to do. I’ve had terrible experiences with even in fancy resorts. The amenities are fabulous! Awesome pool and super deep hot tub, laundry facilities and walking distance to restaurants. The community is wonderful and we made lots of new friends. Fabulous hostess with super quick responses to a few questions I had, but they were not of anything that changed my opinion on great of a place and stay we had.

Perfect Basecamp
The condo was clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards to keep our crew happy as clams on the beach. Check-in was simple and checkout was the easiest we've ever experienced with a vacation rental. Cindy was kind and helpful and responded to any of our concerns quickly. The property owner, Marjorie was very accomodating and easy to work with. The central beachfront location made this condo the perfect basecamp for all our adventures. Our kids all commented that this was their favorite location we've stayed while in Oceanside. The pool area is perfectly situated with views of the harbor and boats, we even saw sea lions. The pool is heated and the BBQ area made for perfect cookouts during our stay. We'll be back.

Right in front of the beach
The location is right in front of the ocean, which was amazing. Since it’s the first level you’ll miss out on the ocean view but will have the convenience with easy/quick access to your unit from your car. The furnitures were older and didn’t feel that great. Kitchen items were plenty and useful. There were beach gears such as boogy boards, beach chairs, mats, tent, and etc, which was great. The bathroom was small and shower head was very low. I think the communal pool was heated, which was very nice. The beach water was perfect and gave really nice waves to add more fun. Overall the combination of the location and unit was good enough to have a nice time.

My sister, niece, her god daughter, and I really enjoyed our annual girl's beach trip at your condo. The location was perfect. It was so nice to be on the lower level directly across from the beach and within walking distance of the harbor shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed for our trip.

Wonderful family vacation
We had a Wonderful time together as a family in this homey condo,
everything was so Convenient.
We enjoyed having the beach steps away and having a pool and spa right there to relax in after being on the beach. We would walk the harbor at nights to get dinner or ice cream or just go see the seals .
We even had a Great day of renting a Duffy boat and cruising the harbor, with no worries of parking we could just walk over and Enjoy!
Thanks 4 letting us have our Family Vacation here!!!!!

You will not go wrong with this property. All it was advertised to be and more! Great location, fully stocked condo with just everything you need. Amazing experience! The only negative was noisy upstairs neighbors. Thanks Marjorie and Cindy
