About this condo rental
Nestled in Oceanside, this charming condo for $404 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Aqua Breeze - G320 at North Coast Village Aqua Breeze is a spacious 1,157-square-foot home away from home! Take the elevator up from your reserved space in the gated garage to the third floor and when you enter the property, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with a memory-foam queen sleeper sofa, as well as one bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchen has been tastefully updated with granite counters and stainless appliances. In addition all the cookware and bakeware you'll need, the owner has also provided a French press, bean grinder, drip coffee maker and a K-cup coffee/tea machine! There is also a hand-held mixer and BBQ utensils. The living area is comfortably furnished with a memory-foam queen sofa bed and a chair, and opens to the downstairs ocean-view balcony. The dining table seats 4, plus there are 2 bar stools. In the bedroom, stretch out in the king-size bed. The unit also includes a luggage rack for your convenience. The downstairs bath has a travertine stone tub/shower and stone countertops. Take the stairs up one level and you'll find the second bedroom retreat with wood-look floors and ocean views from the spacious balcony which is furnished beautifully. Spend the evening upstairs reading in the king-size Kingsdown Select Plush Euro-Top bed. The upstairs bath has been updated with double sinks, travertine stone and has a walk-in shower. Entertain the family with the 3 Smart TV's, cable television, and high speed wireless Internet, all provided free for your convenience. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for both couples and families. The complex consists of nine 4-story buildings surrounded by 2-story cottages, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross as this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Swim in the Olympic-sized heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions. The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1. North Coast Village also offers a barbecue area overlooking the pool and on-site laundry facilities. Parties or events are not allowed at this property. We booked this a couple of days before we arrived after nearly 3 week stay in America. The apartment was amazing. Had everything we needed and more. We were a stones throw from our favourite place Carlsbad. We met the owners who were very nice too.

My fourth time staying at NCV. A different place every time and this condo was beautiful. Loved the upstairs balcony, great arrangement of furniture there. Beds were very comfortable. Had an issue with the supplied beach umbrella and it was replaced immediately. Used the gym every morning. Little warm in there but had all the right machines

The facility is in a fantastic condition. The location is on the beach and located within walking distance of recreational, entertaining and eating destinations. The tropical type flora is outstanding. Secure and safe.

Great condo with all that you need. Great pool and hot tub. The bed upstairs is the best bed I have ever slept on in my life!!! I wish I knew what it was! The condo complex has a disjointed layout. Once you figure it out, it’s easy though. We walked into town a lot instead of driving. Be aware of your surroundings at night just like anywhere else. Some areas are pretty sketchy.

Overall, this was a great space for our trip to San Diego. Our only recommendation is to have more regular kitchen spices available for all purpose use for those that are flying in and don't have the ability to carry that. Generally speaking, the kitchen lacked some basic needs that were hard to come by when trying to cook at home.

It was great, clean comfortable and spacious. The location was easy to get to once you were checled in and the grounds were goegeous! A list of recommended local restaurants would have been helpful and a map of the area with things to do locally (like the pier and other things within walking distance) would have been helpful. And lastly, full size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion) would have really put the stay over the top.

Everything about this vacation was simple. The booking, the check-in, and check-out. The property was stocked with everything necessary to have a great beach vacation. Kitchen ware, beach chairs, towels etc. the view from the upper deck was the perfect spot for sunset dinners. We will be back!

Condo very clean. Kitchen well supplied with ample cooking utensils, etc. Need to supply your own spices, oils, etc. Great beach gear available to use: chairs, umbrella, towels, tent. Beds comfortable. Views very nice. Pool, game room, bbq grills, putting green, plush and beautiful grounds all in view and short walk.
I’m unable to walk very far and walk to beach was not bad. Could use wheelchair down walkway to beach then with help could get to water “easily”. Made it so nice to enjoy with my family.

Nice unit in beautiful complex
North Coast Village is beautiful and perfectly located in between the harbor and pier! The unit has beautiful views of the ocean from a distance. Kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely renovated. Beds are very comfy. Ceiling fans throughout. My only complaint is the carpet which looks and feels pretty old, worn and dirty. Definitely needs replacing. The couch is old and uncomfortable as well. We had a minor leak in the refrigerator that was taken care of in a day. Steps down from bedroom are shallow. Be careful. But overall the unit was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Stay was very nice. One small issue was the first floor bathroom door sticks and is loud opening and closing. You may want to look into this. Also one of the door keys did not work on arrival but the HOA gladly switched it out for us.
