Situated in Oceanside, this charming condo for $492 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Construction Notice: The HOA currently has scaffolding in front of the unit. There will be construction noise and workers in front of the unit windows between 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. We have reduced the rates to reflect this construction. Paradise Found - E113 at North Coast Village Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and harbor from inside Paradise Found, an ocean-close, west-facing remodeled condo! Watch the surfers, sailboats, and dolphins as you breakfast on your balcony. This coveted 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath single-story corner unit includes 1040 square feet of living space. There is a California King bed in one room that has dual corner windows with a view of the harbor, and 2 queen beds in the secondary bedroom. The beautiful wood-look porcelain tile floors provide a casual beach look and are also very practical. Attractively furnished with a sofa, 3 chairs, and an ottoman, upgrades include re-textured ceilings, 3 ceiling fans, new designer paint, remodeled bathrooms with designer tile, and a walk-in shower in the secondary bath. The unit is equipped with three TV's, as well as complimentary Internet and cable. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. As you walk through the staffed secure gate to North Coast Village you are transported to a tropical oasis reminiscent of the Costa Rican Rain Forest. Running streams, waterfalls, lush foliage, and Koi meander through the spacious grounds of this resort-like beachfront condominium complex in Oceanside California. You will notice the crystal clear heated pool and spa, gleaming barbecues, convenient picnic tables, sand rinsing stations to remove the lingering beach. If you need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a jog on a treadmill in the exercise room, a little ping pong, or a sauna. Feeding our giant Koi is a simple pleasure not to be missed during your Oceanside visit. When you venture all the way through the back gates, you find yourself on one of North San Diego County’s finest beaches: broad and flat, with fire rings, volleyball, and great surf breaks - right out back! Be sure to stake out a fire ring for a unique evening beach fire at least one night while you are in Oceanside. To the north, you can walk or bike to Oceanside’s busy little harbor for a bite to eat or some boating, and to the south, you can venture down the strand to southern California’s longest pier for some fishing (no license needed). North Coast Village is close enough to walk to everything near the beach, so your car can stay in its secure underground parking spot - especially useful when beach parking becomes a premium in the summer. When it is time to end the day, you will find comfort in either of the bedrooms ( king or two twins) and if there is an extra guest, they can use the queen sleeper sofa (or free pack n play upon request for little ones). Both bedrooms have TV's with cable as well. You will find all accommodations to be of high quality. Relax and enjoy! Parties or events are not allowed at this property. The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9. Within a short drive, visit Disneyland & California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Magic Mountain, Balboa Island, La Jolla, Mission San Juan Capistrano, Mission Luis Rey, Queen Mary, San Diego State Parks, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Sea World, The Flower Fields of Carlsbad, Temecula Wine Country, San Diego Zoo, Del Mar Racetrack, Coronado Island, Oceanside Harbor, Birch Aquarium at Scripp's Institute of Oceanography, and Palomar Observatory.

We enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. Nothing better than waking up to the sound of the ocean and seeing surfers. I look forward to duplicating my experience next year as I have committed to the month of January next year again. I was disappointed in the shower, either scolding hot or freezing cold and there was water hammering at times as well. The dishwasher didn't work correcting as dishes never got cleaned after running it. Wi-Fi either continually buffered or didn't work as well. It didn't appear that the throw rug in living room wasn't vacuumed either.

This unit had plenty of space and was in a very good location and was clean but I do feel like it could use some improvements.
Upon arrival the unit was musty smelling, I'm sure the it was due to lack of air circulation so it would be nice if they could have left a fan on after cleaning or provided some kind of air freshener. We did open all windows and ran the fans and it was much better a few hours later.
The view was nice but do be aware it is blocked by the building directly in front of you a bit. I think the side view from the 2nd bedroom was best.
For a 2 bedroom unit there could have been more towels provided considering the washers and dryers are not in the unit but in a shared laundry room and are not free so it was not convenient to re-wash the towels after use. For the cost of rental I think more towels should be included. There was also no kleenex which was a bit odd for a "fully stocked" unit.
We did have an issue when we first arrived as the CO2 unit was beeping and when I called the assistance # they said they couldn't come out until the next day and I had to climb onto a chair to remove it and throw it away (there was no way to access a battery or to turn it off) to keep it from beeping all day. They never did come out to replace it while we were there either.
Overall it was a nice stay and I am not fully against this unit but I would look at other options before choosing to stay in this unit again.

We came for the Ironman 70.3. Loacation was convenient to race start and to walk to the finish. Easy beach access. Condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Everything was great. Nice condo with awesome views of the beach. Really liked the designated parking made it really easy to get to our condo. The only dislike was the hot and cold water changing constantly while taking a shower and all the noise from the upstairs condo above ours. Other than that the location was perfect!

Great condo. Really comfortable and lots of amenities. Checked in after hours and not a problem at all. Overall, best condo we’ve stayed in around this area in Oceanside. Only complaint I have (and it’s a small one)… on our last night a family was staying in the unit above us and it was loud. We were trying to sleep and sounded like a herd of elephants (believe some kids play hide and seek) at 11 pm. Maybe the walls and ceilings thin? Otherwise, a great time!!!

Paid a lot of money to stay at this property… check-in process was tedious and then when we were in the townhouse it was infested with ants we reported it to the property manager and was told yes sometimes that happens…. I would not recommend this property to anyone

This place was SO cute actually better from the description. The only n negative was the check in process and parking is very tricky especially if you have a stroller or any type of wagon or wheels there is very limited parking to check in and you have to walk pretty far, get there by a certain time, and then get all of your parking and keys and hope that there’s enough parking, that’s my only negative thing. Besides the fact that there was construction going on all around that we didn’t know about not a huge deal but it was definitely pretty irritating at times the place itself is decorated super cute it’s very comfortable. Do you have everything you need. The grounds is like a resort in Hawaii. It’s very fun to walk around especially if you have kids I highly recommend!

We could see and hear the ocean from each window, the furnishings were cozy and thoughtful and we enjoyed the 'extras' that were provided -- the fluffy throws, beach chairs and towels, really nice dishes, etc.
The location was just one building back from the beach and allowed easy access to the beach, pool, jacuzzi. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, pictured accurately, and had a beautiful view. It was also located in a great place by the pool, mini golf, and beach access. The property is also really close to the San Luis Rey Bike Trail. We had a great stay and would stay in this unit again.

No air conditioning. Lucky they had fans and ocean breeze helped. Beautiful view of ocean from balcony allowed us to enjoy sunset. Gated premise and lovely grounds. Lots of storage space and nicely furnished. We would go back.

I was surprised how rundown the apartment was. It was pretty but we learned as the days moved on how it needed some help.
The appliances needed repair and there was a hole on the kitchen floor.
We were all impressed how many things were there for our use for the beach. Chairs, a cart for hauling, a cooler and lots of beach toys.
All in all we enjoyed our stay but we thought the price was high for the condition of the condo.

Our first booking at North Coast Village was out recent booking. Unit E113 was incredible. It had everything a family of four (two adults, two small children) could need. There was so much already in the unit that we probably over packed (there were beach chairs and toys and a wagon.).
The unit was clean, and accurate to the pictures on the listing. This unit in particular is a corner listing so the larger bedroom has two windows providing an ocean view to the west and a beach/ocean view to the north. Sleeping with windows open and the sound of waves crashing never gets old.
Check-in with security after-hours was easy, and having a dedicated parking space in a secure garage is an incredible bonus.
The rooms were spacious, with plenty of space in the larger room to put our pack and play for the baby.
The only real criticism we can think of is not booking a longer stay. We will definitely be back

The furniture is very clean and comfortable. The only recommendation would be a K-Cup coffee maker rather than the standard. It’s easier to travel with K-Cups. Beach chairs are a little worn in and missing some pieces. Overall, an amazing place to stay and we are looking forward to coming back in the future! Thank you

Oceanside Stay
This was a nice clean property; very spacious and had a nice beach-themed decor. The location was great as it is walking distance to the beach, and there is also a pool on the property. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Property Management had quick communication.
