Nestled in Folly Beach, this lovely condo for $1,036 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The Best of Both Worlds! A great get-away beach destination located in a cozy island town, only a short drive (ten miles) from historic Charleston. Folly Beach is the closest beach to downtown Charleston. Folly is a beach town with a laid back island charm. It is known by its residents as the 'Edge of America.' It is a family beach community with undeveloped parks on either end of the island and a newly enlarged recreational boat landing on the Folly River. The Charleston Oceanfront Villas are condominiums centrally located on Folly Beach, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our non-smoking, three bedroom, three bath unit has a direct oceanfront view of the Atlantic and the Folly Beach fishing pier. We have just completed a major renovation to upgrade to a luxury style accommodation. It has a beautiful beach cottage decor with antique heart pine floors, and travertine or tile in the bathrooms. The kitchen has all new cabinets with granite countertops. The bath vanities are all new with stone, marble or granite countertops. We are pleased with the outcome, and we think you will be too. We have quality furnishings throughout to include quality bedding and mattresses, in our efforts to provide attention to detail for a comfortable and clean accommodation. Pets are not allowed. No smoking. High speed wireless internet is available. Charleston/Folly Beach is a great year-round vacation destination. It is truly the best of both worlds. You can relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of the beach, such as nature walking and watching the sunset. Can't say enough positive things about our stay at this condo. The condo is absolutely beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Location is perfect - the view from the unit and balcony is just gorgeous. Communication with the host was fast, friendly and always helpful. Oceanfront with beautiful views! Not enough seating in the den. Shower floors were dirty. And we spent too much vacation time waiting on the ONLY elevator! No bathrooms at pool area!

This condo was the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation - swim in the ocean, walk on the beach, sit on the balcony. (There was also a pool). Walking distance to restaurants and pier. Very comfortably appointed condo. We had a lovely week.

This condo is absolutely stunning. Clean, well furnished with the best beach decor and comfort. Minutes to beach, pool and local fare. The view from the second floor looking out over the ocean was awesome. Wish I would have booked for a month!!! Kim was always available for any issues (didn’t have any issues) and Gigi had the place sparkling on our arrival. If you are looking for the perfect beach location THIS IS IT. We will be back!!

We really Enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view of the beach is very nice from the patio. We spent a lot of time sitting there and watching people on the beach. We also did a lot of walking on the beach. We also went to the park on the sound end to watch sunsets which were very pretty. The condo is well equipped and worked very well for us. We spent some time sitting on the beach and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella available to us. There were also some other beach toys for people with younger kids.

Having been to Folly many, many times to vacation with my family, this was no doubt one of the best trips & best places to stay! Kim is an amazing host, leaving no stone unturned when it came to necessities! Condo is roomy, comfortable, well stocked, and provides the BEST oceanfront view. This was an all girls' trip to celebrate a special birthday and we will be back to stay at this condo again! Thanks providing us with a perfect place to relax & enjoy our OG getaway!

We had a great stay at Kim’s welcoming villa. It’s well-appointed and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the local touches with the decor in this unit. It’s so nice to see local artists’ works instead of generic beach scenes. We really enjoyed ourselves and would love to stay here again.

Loved the condo, especially the huge balcony that got perfect amount of sun, dolphin sightings and endless people watching. We never wanted to leave to go out but found some great restaurants nearby. Thanks to Gigi for thorough cleaning. Property owner, Kim was easily available to assist if needed. Easy and secure parking, well kept grounds and wonderful swimming pool along with a great beach. We will be back!!

Our family has been coming to Folly for 20+ years. Haven’t been in 8 years because of rising costs and crowds. We worked out a late summer family vacation this year… best decision! We got fall rates and no crowds! The condo unit was great! Loved the quiet appliances! The beds were comfy. Not like our own of course. 😁 The couch is a sleeper sofa.. so not real comfy.. but we survived! Had plenty of supplies. I appreciate little things that you don’t get in most rentals anymore .. like hand soap, cleaning supplies, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and dish soap. They supply lots of beach towels and a key to the storage closet with beach chairs and a few beach toys. Overall, great unit with plenty of supplies, seating and outdoor seating!!

This condo was a great place for our mother/ daughter getaway to celebrate both Mother’s Day and the girls first year of college. The owner was available anytime for any questions we may have had. The view was spectacular from the balcony and I definitely would love to come back. This place is adorable! Highly recommend!

Unit 205 is a great location. The condo has been renovated and is a nice, modern place to enjoy your time away at the beach. The view is killer! Direct line of sight to the beach. The pool is also visible for watching the kids from the balcony. Everything about the property is spectacular. Bring you own toilet paper, however. The paper provided is the thinnest, cheapest, most useless product ever produced. It's a shame that such a first class property and experience was tainted to save a few pennies, 😢
