Situated in Folly Beach, this lovely house for $865 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events. Relax and unwind in this 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath classic Folly Beach cottage, with a fully enclosed private hot-cold outdoor rain shower off of the half bath. Respectfully renovated to maintain its historic integrity, you'll appreciate the mix of old and new. From the smooth stained concrete floor that cools your bare feet to the beautifully reclaimed wood ceiling, this one of a kind cottage promises a memorable retreat. The cozy living area is perfect to relax and watch a movie on the flat screen TV, furnishings include an L-shaped leather sofa that opens out into queen size bed. The modernized kitchen has granite countertops, top of the line appliances, custom cabinetry and everything you need to cook your favorite meal. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Each bedroom has a super comfy king size bed, custom wardrobe and a flat screen TV. The full size bathroom has large walk-in shower with seamless glass door and rain shower head. Outside, relax with utmost privacy in the lush landscape that offers ample space to grill and dine around the courtyard patio. This yard is highlighted with many ancient live oaks that dot the large, fenced lot, where soft grass invites all to romp and play—including pets. There's also a private outdoor rain shower and laundry room with half-bath to make cleanup a breeze. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs. We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. Parking included for up to four vehicles in the private circular driveway. This home is 900 Sq. Ft. Thank you to the owners for opening their home to people and their pets. This house was everything the ad described and more! It's beautiful inside and out, clean, and conveniently located close to dining, shopping and the beach. I very much appreciate that you accept pets and the fenced yard was safe and felt very private. I loved it! I will definitely be back!

A wonderful, charming, tranquil and amazing beach bungalow! Truly the best time in Folly Beach during the off season. The house is incredible, truly photos do not do it justice. The backyard from the outdoor seating, outdoor shower and fenced in yard for your dogs. PERFECTION. We enjoyed the walkability to town, amazing restaurants and the beach. If you are thinking you need to reset by the beach you absolutely should book this home! We cannot wait to return to Folly Beach soon.

So cute and cozy. And the yard was much larger than expected, it’s hard to tell the size from the photos but it’s a decent sized yard and securely fenced all the way around. Great location, we could walk to pretty much every thing including the beach, and downtown Charleston was just a quick 25 minute drive. Highly recommend Lost Dog café for breakfast and lunch, or just a quick coffee. They were just a 2 minute walk from the rental! We definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Folly.

Our stay in the updated Spanish villa, was nothing less than perfect. The house was awesome for our family of 4 and our dog. We loved the fenced in backyard for our dog, Cooper.

The house is perfect for a quick getaway at the beach. My mom and I had a great time, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants was awesome and easy to get too. I would rent this home again.

We had a wonderful 5 days at this beautiful home in Folly Beach! The house was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our Labrador retriever. It was uniquely decorated, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It is just a short walk to restaurants and the beach so we never had to worry about parking. The big bonus for us was the beautiful FENCED IN backyard—it was so nice to be able to let our dog out and not have to worry or leash her. We enjoyed sitting in the outdoor patio area too. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in this stylish cottage! It was very clean and comfortable and in a great location a short golf cart drive (or walk) from the beach. The house was well equipped with an updated kitchen and 2 king beds, and the teens loved the outdoor shower. The only negative any of us could speak of were the extreme amount of mosquitoes outside, but the rental company explained it was due to the recent amount of rain - just bring bug spray. We can't wait to come back!

My wife and I spent two weeks in this gem. Very cool retro decor, with a fenced yard in back, great patio area, and just a quarter mile walk to an FB access path. The house was equipped with all the essentials to cook meals, laundry, etc. We will definitely book again!

I love this place! Really, it might be my favorite rental ever. No, it isn’t oceanfront, which is typically a requirement, but it is perfect. Thank you for providing a quality property that allows a dog. It had everything we needed - a wonderful outdoor space and a short walk to the beach! Delightful.

We truly enjoyed this little house, and so did our dogs. The property was secure, quiet, well located, and private, and the outdoor shower was amazing. We loved all the simple conveniences the house had. Very easy to clean up with the concrete floors and leather furniture. (Since we had our dogs we tried to stay on top of any dog hair that could accumulate—we truly appreciate a dog friendly property.) There was plenty of room to park our boat as well. We will definitely be booking with you guys next year!

LOVE THIS PLACE

This house could not have been better. It is located just down the street from our kids who live full time on Folly Beach. The house has everything you could possibly need. We were sorry other family couldn’t join us as the second bedroom stood empty the entire time we were there and it is clearly as nice as the other. We biked, enjoyed outside dining and made frequent beach walks - all close by. LOVE THIS PLACE!
