This home is within walking distance to the University of Colorado and downtown Boulder's Pearl Street mall with its great restaurants, shopping & fun activities. The kitchen, family, and dining room open up to a large outside patio creating an inside/outside living experience. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, & 3 fireplaces. On the top level, the master bedroom & bath suite has a king bed, with a Jacuzzi tub, steam shower, fireplace and a deck overlooking the Flatiron mountains. With it's own private entrance, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, its own bathroom and sitting room all with great views. There are two other bedroom's; both have full beds. These two bedrooms have a shared bathroom, as well as a deck overlooking the mountains. There is Infinity TV and wireless internet throughout the house. It is so centralized that you can walk just about everywhere, however, if you choose to drive, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park are 45 miles to the north while Summit County, Vail, and Winter Park ski areas are all with in a 2 hour drive to the west.
