House was as depicted - nicely furnished and had lots of light and great location to beach and restaurants! SPI Rentals provided excellent service! Shout out to Joe in Maintenance on taking my requests for a clean pool, more towels, blankets and patio chairs for our group of 7 upon our arrival as those items were limited. Definitely made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable! Only a few picky things to note with house- we are foodies and cooked a lot and kitchen supplies lacking in some areas like big toaster for 4, measuring cups/spoons and plasticware to store food were minimal but we made do. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would do again!

Nice location, for fly and safe neighborhood. We have stayed here multiple times over the last few years. We try to visit at least 3x per year.

Currently in the process of resolving issues with SPI rental’s regarding our stay. I will give them two more days to respond before I contact my credit card provider to begin a charge dispute.

Accomadations we're perfect for 7 family members. 2 living spaces plus outdoor space and grill. Gorgeous byatd and nice soaking pool. Very clean with lots of utensils and linens. Close to the beach!

The mosquitoes in the backyard of this home are intolerable. We stayed for two weeks and even after constantly spraying for bugs, we were not able to fully enjoy the backyard, pool, and deck because we were full of bug bites within minutes of sitting outside. The yard and trees are over grown which blocks any breeze and the standing water in the trench around the house is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The dishwasher was of poor quality and the beds had terrible mattresses. We stay at SPI at least once a year and we have never experienced these problems. While we appreciated that SPI rentals did what they could to mitigate this, we were very disappointed with this house and would not recommend renting this house.

My friends and I had the most wonderful time at this house! It was very clean, beautifully furnished, and well-stocked! The pool was clean and just the right size! SPI Rentals was very accommodating and had great communication! I will definitely book this rental again!!

About a block from the beach. The pool was nice and warm for swimming in mid-May. The back yard is beautiful with palm trees, oleander and other tropical plants. There's seating for many on the upstairs wrap-around deck overlooking the pool & backyard - you walk out of the kitchen to this area of the deck - this is where we had our morning coffee. Three bathrooms were wonderful for this girls family vacation. We used the outdoor shower and the grill. The wet bar & fridge downstairs is nicely accessible from the pool too. It's about 4 blocks from Wanna Wanna where we played beach volleyball. The dryer wasn't working & SPI Rentals brought us a new one the same day. I highly recommend this property!

The house and property are great, bright space with lovely renovated bathrooms. Definitely needs some upgrades… the living room couch (shabby and uncomfortable), new bed pillows needed (all are icky, worn out and uncomfortable), the master bedroom bed is worn out (sagging foam). Overall, we enjoyed the space very much, loved sitting on the veranda, just a short walk to the beach. It was chilly so couldn’t use the pool…wish it had been heated! Happened to be very quiet in the neighborhood when we were there, though can imagine it wouldn’t be the case if the house behind were hosting a large group. Would stay again with the needed improvements.

We stayed here for 3 nights and all we can say is, very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Very close to beach access and safe place. There are some issues in the backyard and back patio , needs cleaning, but overall, I recommend this is one of our best place to stay. We called some issues to fixed and the guy came so fast , he was very polite. Surely we will be back.

Beautiful house with four great rooms. We enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time in the pool. Beautifully decorated home. Highly recommend this beach house for any gathering. We booked it for our sister weekend and would definitely come back.

The house was amazing! We took a group of friends there to relax for a long weekend and could not have picked a better place. The house is walking distance to the beach and offered a great pool to cool off in in the backyard. The four bedrooms offered us lots of space to enjoy. We had the opportunity to cook in the completely furnished kitchen and start our day with a cup of coffee by the pool. I have stayed in several places on the island and would definitely stay here again!

This house is amazing! The interior is light, clean and open with comfortable bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. It is a short walk to the beach which makes it location incredible, close to stores and restaurants too! And after the beach you can take a cool dip in the pool! We are booking our next beach trip at this house!

Mars Landing was the perfect setting for a 50th Birthday celebration! The house was set up very nicely & a quick walk to the beach! Highly recommend you stay at this cute house when you're in SP!

This was our third stay at this beautifully appointed home. Close to the beach and perfectly situated within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. We love the layout and accommodations and highly recommend choosing this home for your next vacation.

Mars landing was perfect for our family trip. Super close to the beach, I've never been steps away before - location is great. Pool and area was great to have and entertain after the beach, home was beautiful, well decorated and a very luxury like feel. Highly recommend and will certainly stay again

Overall this is a great property! Liked the layout, as bedrooms are evenly split between each floor. We travelled with my family of three, parents, niece, & two dogs. There was enough room for us to gather together & still have our own space if needed. The backyard is a great size & pool was great as well. The morning we checked out, they turned off the Internet. I honestly don’t recall reading that Internet would be shutoff on the last day—but maybe it’s somewhere in fine print. Either way, when we called & texted to see if it could be put on.. no one responded to us. We only wanted to get onto the roku tv to log ourselves out of our streaming accounts. Other than that, communication with the management company was in a timely manner. But what a coincidence I didn’t get a reply from them once were scheduled to leave.

If you are expecting SPI RENTALS advertised LUXIOUS ACCOMIDATIONS THIS NOT FOR YOU. We rented this home as a Winter Texan for January and February this year. We were limited on choices due to needing a pet friendly home. This is a great home for a dog (yard wise). fenced and plenty of room to roam. FYI... small dogs can get out under the gate area. You also have to use baby gates (which they have) to block off exit to street from up on deck. Since we where there for a long period of time, we found many things that needed repair, cleaning, updating (needed a lot) and lack of kitchen utensils and pots and pan . The kitchen had no items usable for in the oven. Purchase cake pan and cookie sheet just to have something. The pans are in such bad shape (rusty) or handles falling off we didn't use them. Got our own. There were no pot holders or dish rags. advertise that the house can accommodate 10 guests but did not have even 10 plates or silverware for ten. There were no floor mats at any door in the house, not enough towels for 10, no bath mats (tile floors every where very slippery when wet.) We where trying to clean up and repair something it seemed like the whole time we where there. SPI maintenance guys were great though. The one thing is THE FUNITURE DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES ON WEBSITE. VERY OLD, WORN AND IN DESPERATE NEED OF REPLACEMENT. THE LIVINGROOM COUCH IS VERY SCRATCHED AND UNCOMFORTABLE, THE KITCHEN TABLE HAS A LEG THAT IS ABOUT TO BREAK OFF. The beds are comfortable! The house is definitely OVER PRICED IN MY OPINION. Had friends staying in a home (not Dog Friendly) that had heated pool and hot tub included in monthly price, was a true luxurious home and paid $500 less a month then us. SO look around. BUT... the location is great. few minutes walk to beach, very pretty street. If the owners would just update and stock with nice items this would be a wonderful home. Great deck and back yard.

SPI brags on luxury accommodations. NOT AT THIS HOME We rented this home for January and February. Being there for longer period of time I understand finding more problems than just over a weekend would uncover. House itself is nice, great location and perfect walk to beach, but pictures on website proved very deceiving. Living room and dinning room furniture is in very bad shape. Leg on dinning table about to break off. Couch, besides being very uncomfortable needs to be replaced. Very used. Looks like dogs scratched the heck out of it.Looks like it is 20 years old. Pictures on website must of been taken many years ago. Beds comfortable but not luxurious linen by any means. House is suppose to sleep 10 but yet there was only 9 towels, 9 plates no bath mats or door mats. tile floors very slippery with out mats when wet and with out door mats you track everything in.Bought my own. Kitchen pots and pans very old rusty and 😝 didn't have any pans to use in oven. Had to purchase cake pan and cookie sheet so we had something to cook in. Left there so next renters had something to use. Did several repairs ourself, had to call SPI multiple time for maintenance. Usually there in a timely manner. Few times had to call again. Could be a great place with some TLC a deep cleaning and updated furniture and kitchen items. Rented because dog friendly. Does have great yard for dog. But with out gating off stairs dog can get from back yard up to the deck and out to front yard by other stairway. If you don't have dog look around. Other places much nicer with better prices.
