Nestled in Indiana, this attractive house for $296 per night is a great choice for your next break. WoodHaven has 100mbps fibre optic wifi. 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, the game room in the walk out basement has a pool table . A closet full of board games, puzzles, cards and other games is located on the 2nd floor. The deck off the main living space is like sitting in a tree house, there is a gas grill and table and chairs. The master bedroom has king bed and an en suite bathroom. The other main floor bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath with shower. Upstairs is a bedroom with queen bed, jack and jill bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 twins beds. There is even an extra shower in basement if the other showers are busy. Washer and dryer are in basement. WoodHaven is close to Brown County State Park, less than a mile to eXplore Brown County with zip lines, Story Inn Restaurants, Nashville shopping and eateries. 30 minutes to Edinburgh outlet mall. ATTENTION BICYCLERS: We are designate "Mountain Bike Friendly" by the Brown County Tourism Bureau. We have a walk out basement that makes it easy to bring your bikes inside. We are close to several biking areas (see links listed on this site). WINTER TRAVELERS PLEASE NOTE: Our property sits on a hill so it does have a steep driveway. Therefore, there is a risk that it could become impassable if we get snow or ice. We do live next door and will make every effort to keep the drive clear. This was a great place to stay for the weekend, would be great for longer. The driveway is long and a steady steep climb. Could navigate with front wheel drive in my van but probably better in 4 wheel drive. Bill and Bonnie do provide nice touches like toilet paper, covers, bug spray, nice towels, keurig coffee, etc. A nice home away from home.

House is large and extremely well appointed. You will need for nothing. Drive is steep but not impossible. Beds sleep well. Hot tub is great. Resident deer and turkey make for great viewing from the deck. One of the nicest cabins we have ever stayed in. Will most definitely return. Looking forward to a fall stay!

We had a couples trip with 3 couples and there was plenty of room. Loved that all the rooms had bathrooms, and loved the pool table and games! Was a great weekend

We enjoyed time with friends and family in this quiet setting. The home is clean and well equipped, and we prepared several meals there. Bill and Bonnie have a very nice home in a beautiful setting and communicated everything we needed to know about the property.

We had a great time come down for a race and got rained out. That did not stop us at all from having a great time. We played pool and games and just hung out and enjoyed the house. Everything was fantastic. House was clean and well stocked! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our party consisted of four generations of girls/women in our family from ages 1-77. The accommodations were perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway. The house was very clean and comfortable and the hosts were kind and friendly. I highly recommend Woodhaven.

Charm, space, cozy rooms, this place had everything. Talk about well stocked ! Books, games galore, pokers for the fire, even bug spray or sunblock if you forgot to pack your own! My family had a wonderful time here. It’s only a short drive from the State park and little Nashville.

The home and surrounding property were just what our family needed to enjoy an amazing time together! It was clean, large, had a well-stocked kitchen, and nice amenities. My son and I enjoyed exploring the woods and the whole family had fun cooking s’mores in the nearby fire pit. It was particularly helpful to have noted that the driveway is very steep. Would definitely book again!

This is the second year that friends and I have stayed at Woodhaven and have enjoyed it immensely. It is nice to have four bedrooms and three baths when you have a group of people. Very clean and very well equipped. Bella and Bonnie have been wonderful.

We felt so welcome! We came for a family gathering and had so much fun! The kitchen and baths were well stocked with good quality items and linens. Great location near Nashville. Highly recommend Hob Nob Corner Restaurant with John as our waiter as well as Brown County winery which has free tasting and friendly staff. Hiked in nearby state park. Beautiful weather the entire time to enjoy relaxing/grilling on the deck, hot tub, and campfire. Also time for playing pool downstairs. Thank you for this very clean, comfortable, quiet get-away!

This was a family reunion 40 years in the making. The place was perfect to connect and relive memories. The fire pit was a great way to fill the evening. We did not turn on the tv once!! The hosts had thought of everything!! Watching the mama raccoon and her babies was entertaining. Definitely would be back!!!!!!

Secluded/private house in the woods. Plenty of rainy day activities with games books movies pool table. Lots of hiking trails within 15-30 minutes drive and even a few just down the road. Big dining table! Each bedroom had attached bath so super convenient layout for guests (upstairs shared with “jack and jill” bath)

My friends and I had the most wonderful stay at his home. It was perfectly comfortable and accommodating. It was so nice that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels and blankets. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable, and everything worked really well in the house. The hot tub was just perfect. We use the kitchen for meals and had a great space to sit around the table or in the living room. The deck was delightful as well. The house was such a peaceful place, with only the birds for noise. It was a nice little drive to Nashville and brown county for hiking. We would love to come back again or, another time with our family. I felt like it was reasonably priced. The hosts were kind and available.

We had a great experience at Wood Haven cabin. We had confusion about the oven and the owners answered our questions immediately and even came to help us. It was great to have the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to easily fix a couple of meals. Wonderful and we hope to come back.

Perfect place in so many ways for us two couples! We loved the location-close to Nashville & Brown County State Park. The jacuzzi was totally relaxing after a long hike. A fully stocked kitchen made it possible to enjoy all our meals, since we all love to cook. A large screen TV was nice for a good movie, the pool table a pleasant change & and having an outdoor fire mid-afternoon, while sipping on whiskey from Hard Truth was a perfect ending to our stay. The beds were comfortable and having our own bathrooms was a plus. Everything was clean and we immediately felt at home. Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Bill & Bonnie. :)
