About this condo rental
Nestled in Charlevoix, this charming condo for $362 per night is a great choice for your next break. Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality. This 1-bedroom condo has a king-size bed with a queen-size sleeper. The hardwood flooring is reminiscent of driftwood which add to the lake house feel. You can almost feel the cool lake breeze when you enter this one of a kind suite. There is a glass cooktop in the kitchenette near the table with seating for two. There is a dishwasher, microwave oven, and a smaller sized refrigerator. Cable television is in the living room and bedroom. The queen-sized sleeper sofa is in the living room along with a separate chair. Off the living room is the walk-out open patio with seating for two. Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. A fitness room is located on the lowest level of the building complete with a weight machine, elliptical, treadmill, and stationary bike. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May. All this, just a stone's throw from downtown Charlevoix the beautiful.

Very nice town. The lighthouse was a beautiful walk and the clearest water we have seen in a very long time. Comfortable bed and loved the little kitchen access!

The condo was great, perfect location in Charlevoix, walking distance to several wonderful restaurants and shops! The shower is a bit small and the doors between the bathroom and bedroom are a bit awkward. We loved the screened porch! Overall it was a great place to stay, we would come back for a return visit!

Of course the best feature of this property is its location, literally steps from downtown. But there is so much more to it. Starting with Heather at the front desk, not only is she friendly & helpful, she is good at many things. Our unit was a good size, clean & nicely stocked. A couple of notes - please add more hangers in the bedroom closet & the wall clock needs a new battery. Other than that, we would highly recommend this property. We hope to return next year.

Our experience here was amazing. The manager gave us directions to the beach on the first day (super close by the way- perfect!). My son mentioned it was his first time ever going to a beach. A few days later when we checked out the manager had remembered him and stopped and chatted with him. Taking the time to really listen and then interact with us later made an impact. The condo itself was really nice and we enjoyed having more room than in a hotel. The beach, restaurants, and many shops are within walking distance. No complaints!

This could be a great place to stay if the owner invested in a decent, comfortable bed and updated the sorry, nasty bathroom. We expected a more upscale room for the price we paid. The bed was so uncomfortable that we left a day early and sacrificed $360 and 1 day of our vacation to go home so we could get a decent nights sleep. BUY A DECENT BED!!!

It is located right on Highway 31 so the porch is quite noisy and if people are out next door even noisier. Listing says heated pool but not really - most heated pools are around 80 - this one was very dirty and only 68. Even some young kids didn't want to go in it. No where on vrbo does it say you have to check in between 4 and 5 for in person but that is what we found out via an email only when I asked - luckily. The room was decorated nicely and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner right over the couch made hearing the tv quite hard, especially since the volume on the remote didn't work. Overall it was nice but I am not sure we would stay there again. The location being close to town was very nice though.

Overall, our stay a Point Nortn was good. But, to be a little picky...The toilet is the 1950's low height. Makes it difficult for a person with some hip issues hard to sit and rise. Suggest upgrading to the new higher standard. The hair dryer parking dock on the wall was faulty, latching mechanism wouldn't hold, dryer kept falling out. Floor and wall base trim around the toilet was not clean. Wall beside the hair dryer had slobber on it. Cleaning crew needs to be observant and thorough.

It was okay. The 2 bedroom condos seemed much nicer and were updated. I also found it odd the lobby wasn't opened until 9am and don't like how noisy our room was. I mentioned the loud noise we heard late at night/early morning to the staff but they didn't seem bothered. The fact that there was some appliance or plumbing issue that kept a guest and our 1.5 year old up all night seems like it should have been of some concern.

My husband and I stayed in unit 108 and found it to be very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and helpful. Bonus was being right across from the Stafford's Weathervane Restaurant which had a wonderful atmosphere and some of the best food I have ever eaten!

Pointes North has such a beautiful location in the heart of Charlevoix. We loved the convenience of being able to safely park our car and walk throughout the city. The rental was clean, quiet, and well stocked. We loved the screened in porch and the bath tub! The whole experience was a luxury.
