Lovely home. Hosts are amazing and think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The hot water heater wasn't working right, they were there within 30 minutes to look at it and it was fixded before 8 AM the next morning.

We had a total of 10 people for our stay in East Nashville and this property was perfect! The sleeping arrangements were well suited for our six adults and four children plus the location - close to downtown - made getting in and out of town quick and easy. The house was actually roomier than anticipated and our host was tremendous with their communication.

This was perfect! My teenage son loved the upstairs room. The historic home was cozy and we loved it. Safe neighborhood and great communication with host. The milk and OJ left by the host was the perfect thing when we arrived late after a long day of site seeing.

This house is located within a few miles of all Nashville attractions. It is very clean and furnished with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Fresh juice and milk are even provided! The historical elements of the house make it such a charming place to stay. Upstairs loft area is perfect for the teenagers to have their own area for games and hanging out. Definitely would recommend this property

This cute house was exactly as pictured and is in a great location to get downtown and around the area. The beds were very comfortable and the house was fully stocked with everything you need. We chose to use SpotHero for parking which was cheaper than Uber and we even found free parking by the stadium one day which was a quick walk over the bridge to downtown. The hosts gave us good recommendations and tacos at the Red Headed Stranger are a must!

This property is excellent. Everything was clean and well equipped. The hosts, Sherein and Colin, made everything feel so warm and inviting and check in process was easy and quick. The kitchen was well equipped and they even had OJ, milk, and coffee, as well as toiletries, available for us to use! Also, this is so close to downtown-we never paid more than $15 for an Uber! Also close to grocery stores and restaurants. We really loved our stay!!!

Comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen. Nice selection of tea’s, fridge had orange juice, milk and coffee! This home has character & charm. We enjoyed our stay and was just a quick Uber ride to Music Row. We walked to Red Headed Stranger for lunch. Sherein was an excellent host, made our check in & check out perfect! I hope when we come back to Nashville we rent this home again!

This home is an absolute gem. I really appreciated the welcome book provided, which showcased walkable restaurants from the property and included interesting spots on Broadway to check out! The house was exceptionally clean. We made three dinners at the house and it had everything needed to prepare the meals. The host even provided us with some essentials (juice, coffee, etc.), which was very thoughtful. As an added plus, the shower/tub is incredible, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, which is usually not the case in many of my stays at other properties. I will definitely stay here again!

This property is a nice property and had everything we needed to enjoy our Cousin's weekend. The only downside, was one bed was terribly hard and no one could sleep on it. There were two sofas and we used them instead. The home is cute and roomy and looks just like the pictures on the website.

I was getting married in Nashville and needed a house that could accommodate myself and 6 other people plus have enough space to get ready on the wedding day (make-up artists, hair stylists, family, photographers etc.). This home was perfect + the backyard!! This home was bright, clean and had everything we needed! The host was very accommodating and let us know when the home was ready for check-in and kept an easy line of communication open by text the entire stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

The house was perfect for a group of five friends who are more interested in hanging out than Nashville nightlife, although it's a 5 - 10 min ride to Broadway depending on traffic. The house was comfortable and close to a couple of coffee shops and restaurants. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with tips on what to do/where to eat in the area and the house was stocked with the basics and then some, which was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had THE BEST experience at this rental for my bachelorette party. Everything was clean, tons of space and the backyard was a huge seller for us. We spent a lot of time out in the yard and back patio. The dining room table was big enough to fit everyone for meals and to sit around and hangout. Will 10/10 rent again on future trips to Nashville!!

Enjoyed our stay! We were close enough to everyplace that mattered. House was beautifully updated and well equipped with towels, extra blankets, fans, etc. Great use of space. Do pay attention to the photos showing the spiral staircase to the upstairs loft. Steps can be slippery, especially for young children, and adults might find the low ceiling a bit oppressive. Would definitely stay again on a future Nashville trip!

Comfortable place to stay. We loved sitting on the back deck after a day of distillery tours and Louisville downtown area. Breweries and restaurants are within walking distance.

Although the location of this property was convenient to all the places we visited, the cleanliness and upkeep of the property was definitely not depicted in the pictures displayed on the website.. Walking up to the front door, we were met with unfinished steps, dirty railings, and a dirty front door. Cobwebs were in every corner, and the porch appeared to have not been swept for a long period. The inside of the house was also disappointing. The door jams, baseboards, cloth sofas and chairs were filthy. Cobwebs were in the corners. Dusting appeared to have been minimal. There was a very stink odor in the hallway bathroom, and even though we kept that door closed, the stench was extended to the kitchen. There was no bathroom upstairs and so we were unable to utilize that space. The bed linens in the second bedroom downstairs did not smell clean. We did notice that some updates were done to the inside, but the uncleanliness and stench made it a very unpleasant stay. We were thankful that we only paid for one night.

Very convenient to downtown
The property was very functional and well located for our vacation and activities downtown. Excellent host and communication. The upstairs bedroom was a little surprising and luckily we had our two teenage kids sleep up there. Might be tough for adults to stay upstairs. Overall a nice well-located property.
