YOUR VACATION HOME AWAY FROM HOME: This top-notch condo is freshly updated yearly and is located in BUILDING 1! Our non-smoking, pet-free, spacious 3 bedroom end unit has everything you need to unwind, including reading & video libraries and games & puzzles. All of the appliances are updated, including YOUR OWN washer/dryer. The fully stocked kitchen has seating at the bar for 3, while the dining room has 6 chairs and a bench for 2-3 more. The private patio off of the den is complete with a table and chairs. The living room has a 40' HD flatscreen for you to enjoy on rainy days or during the evenings with cable and DVD/VCR. There is wood flooring throughout the condo. For those that want to stay connected our villa has WIRELESS INTERNET, already included in your rate. No need to go out of the condo to do that kind of surfing! The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, 32' HD flatscreen cable television with DVD/VCR player and a pillow-top queen size bed. There is also a private bath with a tub and shower. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan, a pillow-top queen bed and 28' HD flatscreen cable television. A full bath is around the corner. The third bedroom is ideal for kids with two sets of bunk beds. Our condo comes with a beach storage locker located under building one. Guests are welcome to use any beach items in the storage locker. Items available typically include several beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys as well as a beach wagon to tote everything to the beach. Guests are welcome to store their own beach items in the locked storage area as well. THE BEACH: Our beach, one of the last private ones on the island, is never crowded. The 5 minute walk across the private boardwalk over the saltwater marsh is stunning. Enjoy the views of wildlife, and of the Robert Trent Jones golf course at Palmetto Dunes. The Folly off to the left on the beach is quite spectacular! Coco's, the only private beach side cabana bar, will have everything you might want while enjoying the beach - food, beverages, tables & stools, a break from the sun, and restrooms! The 8 passenger BEACH SHUTTLE can take you to and from the beach if you should choose to forgo walking. The boardwalk also has footlights if you'd like to enjoy the beach by moonlight, or the nightlife at Coco's. A new lifeguard station has been set up right at our beach! Chair and umbrella rentals are also available through the lifeguard. AMENITIES ON THE PROPERTY: The resort has two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, an indoor hot tub, sauna, indoor jogging track, workout room, six lighted tennis courts, pickle ball court, badminton court, picnic tables and grills, on-site convenience store and deli, a sand volleyball court at the beach, elevators, and free parking. All of this is included in your rate! Hilton Head Resort is a 24-hour gated beach community convenient to bike paths, golf courses, putt putt golf, marinas, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, boat cruises, theatres, museums, etc. We are located mid-island, very close to Shelter Cove Towne Center. We take great pride in our condo. Our cleaning and maintenance companies are wonderful, and we were just here in April to finish the spring cleaning, relax, and unwind. Come and be our guest! Note: We do provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, and bar hand soap. Please be aware that you will need to bring additional supplies for longer stays. This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! This is our second time staying at this condo. The two bunks in the one room helps to provide plenty of sleeping space, even for a family of 8 like us!

Everything was great even talking with the owner. He was quick to rectify any questions that came up.Condo was in great shape and we have already decided it's in our future!! The three bedrooms are what we needed and this condo delivered. Had a great time and there was no problems at all. Well worth the money!!

This is our first time staying at this condo, although we have stayed at this resort for the past 10 years. This is a perfect spot for a family, especially this condo as it is in building 1 closest to the boardwalk and pool!
The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home at the beach! We will be booking again.

We had an excellent stay in Hilton Head! We really appreciated all the amenities and how responsive David was with getting me some seafood recommendations and additional parking passes. Short walk to the beach and check in and check out process was very easy.

Once through the gates and seeing our building #1 was more run down than the 3 others.
Our condo was very dirty upon check in. I ended up buying cleaning supplies to clean the bathrooms and kitchen. I did get the condos owner’s property manager to come and mop the floors. She also brought toilet paper, dish soap and paper towel . We were given 8 sets of towels for 5 adults, one dish cloth and 1 dish towel.
Everything was dirty from the refrigerator, ceiling fans, vents, dishwasher. The patio chairs were wicker and mostly missing the back rest-very uncomfortable. The side table was broken. We were told there were patio chairs in the storage locker. When we went to use them 3 or the four were corroded and unusable. It took until day 4 for them to tell us they were not replacing them for us. We ended up renting chairs for the last 3 days.
We were hoping for the cleaning fee to be returned but not much was done to make it right.
The condo itself was over all good (furniture, shower head, kitchen -counters and appliances-after I cleaned them).
Would not stay there again.

The ice maker never made ice, the air conditioning/furnace filter needed which I do which cooled the condo down to a comfortable temperature. Thank you for the use of your condo.

The property was great!! We loved it!! My only suggestion would be to leave written instructions for the television (there were four remotes) and the clothes dryer.

Condo was very clean and everything we needed was at our fingertips. Very spacious. We have stayed at HHR many times over the past 20 years and love the beach, pools, cocos, & the store by the pool for last minute things.

David was super helpful getting our parking passes set-up ahead of time, and he gave us a lot of helpful details prior to our arrival which made our check-in easier. Access to beach was fantastic! It was a great location to celebrate with our newly graduated marine. Also, people are so friendly.

The property was well located and plenty of room for our group of 7. The place had everything we needed to cook and travel to the beach. The walk to the beach over the boardwalk let us see a lot of wildlife, birds, crabs, horseshoe crab and anoles. The outdoor pool on the first floor with a bar and food was very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.

There was a miscommunication with the owner & cleaning crew so the unit was not ready when we arrived but the owner was quick to fix the issue and we were allowed entrance into the resort. We had to wait about an hour or so before we could get into the unit so the cleaning crew could get in and clean. It was mediocrely cleaned and many surfaces not even wiped down. There was hair still in the cabinet drawers in the bathrooms and the floors felt sandy. There were issues with the hot water & the maintenance man had to come adjust the temp on the water heater but we continued to need to flip the breaker for the kitchen to have hot water. After the 2nd complaint on issues, the owner stopped responding but did give a $50 credit toward drinks/food at the cafe by the pool. The unit seemed cheaply put together. The patio furniture was falling apart & there was an indoor rocking chair as part of the outdoor furnishings. The family unanimously said the beds were not comfortable & the bed in the master was very loud/creaky. We even slept on the couch & loveseat one night because the bed was so bad. We also found 2 cockroaches in the unit. Since all the units in the building are connected , that issue won’t be resolved until the entire building is treated. The walk to the beach is nice & you most likely will see wildlife on the way. The beach was clean and the sand was soft. The resort offers a shuttle service to/from the beach as well. There are lots of bike trails nearby to enjoy and renting bikes was an easy process. The island offers a good variety of restaurants. Overall we would not stay here again, there was just not enough positives to outweigh the negatives.

This was our first time in this unit. It was bigger than our usual rental so that was a plus. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. However, the oven needed cleaned and I would like more than one dish cloth and towel. We had plenty of towels for our large family and loved having the washer and dryer which are new. Loved that this is a corner unit so we got loads of sunshine! The only cons were the beds were dated and noisy even if you're just sitting down to put on your shoes !! LOL The table leg on the balcony was broken and you couldn't use it. I would suggest some new balcony furniture. Finally, the floor was sandy when we arrived so perhaps a better broom and dust pan. Other that that. We had an absolute wonderful week and will come again. We have been using this resort for many years. It's our go to place!

Very nice condo and well furnished. Lots of amenities on the property for any weather. The pool had a great grill/shop and we all loved the food and tourist item prices. The staff was great as well. The condo has lots of kitchen supplies so we were able to cook - but bring your own spices. Loved our week!

We had everything we needed and more, for the perfect family getaway! The location is perfect, right next to the stairwell, big pool and boardwalk to beach. The washer/dryer in unit were definitely an added bonus! My kids enjoyed the books, games, beach toys and movies. Mom (me)enjoyed the sunsets every night on the balcony! Thanks again :) we will be back!

The whole booking process, checking in, the stay and checking out was seamless! Very easy. The condo was great because everything needed for our family was there for our use. The walk from the condo to the beach was long and not very friendly for the older folks and my special needs nephew, but overall we enjoyed the week!

We had a great time. The condo was nice, a little outdated, but worth every penny. The process was so easy from booking to check in to check out. We had a guest visit for a day and the owner responded to our request for a parking pass almost immediately! The property is great with the multiple pools, poolside restaurant and, beachside restaurant. We had 2 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room! Would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for our family! We appreciated the items that were available for use at the beach - the wagon and the beach toys. And we enjoyed the games that were there. We had a lovely time.

We arrived at property just after check-in time after driving all day. The place had not yet been cleaned. The owner got the crew there quickly but we had to wait on the small porch in the sun while they cleaned. Not a good start.

The property was as listed on the description. It was nice to be within a few miles to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed bike riding. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that the pool located in our building was closed the entire time for resurfacing. Although, I know it's not the owner's fault, it would have been nice to be notified of that. We were able to use the indoor pool in building 2 instead but had chosen building 1 because of the pool and being the closest to the beach.

Didn't know what to expect with this property. Feels like a resort only your are in a VRBO condo with a kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Condo was clean and we had an issue with TV remotes and finding things in the kitchen but once it was worked out everything was ok. Lots of work was going on with the main outdoor pool, roof and a few of the condos but nothing that was disruptive to our vacation. The indoor track; pools; sitting areas ; gym and saunna are awesome and nice to have as it was quite cool outside. Only ventured to the beach once and the boardwalk over is very interesting as is the club house on the beach. The kids and grandma liked the place and my kids are hard to please. Only wish it would have been warmer. I would stay here again.

We give this property and owner our highest recommendation! The condo was beautiful, in great condition, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed plus more. Extremely spacious. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. We loved the location. Close to everything, yet peaceful. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about our experience!

Overall, it was a great trip. The only downside is the walls and ceiling are VERY thin. You hear EVERYTHING!!! However, the property was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would stay again.

We had a very relaxing getaway in Nov, 2020. This place had all the beach supplies we needed: wagon, boogie boards, chairs and coolers!We had 5 people stay and it was plenty spacious. We would stay again.

We stayed here for a weekend at the end of April and had a great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The owner Beth Cook is very helpful and hospitable and even provides beach chairs and a beach buggy to use. The little porch overlooks the parking lot which is currently under construction so we had to park kind of far away. There is a clean swimming pool in the center of the complex with a little cafe at the poolside. The only downside was that it was a fair walk to the beach along a boardwalk over the marsh, probably at least a quarter of a mile. The beach at the end of the walk is beautiful, very wide and not crowded at all.

This property was exactly as described. Great location and everything was furnished except groceries! Location was great. Close to restaurants, grocery stores etc. Owners directions and instructions were very detailed and accurate. We enjoyed walking down to Coco's on the beach. The Marsh was a great place to view the local wildlife. The unit itself was very warm and inviting. Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives!

We spent one week in this condo over our Spring Break. The condo was just enough space for our family of six. It was in a wonderful location close to the beach and shops. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed being able to bike to the grocery, the beach, shops, etc. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and it did not disappoint! It was a beautiful island with lots of fun things to enjoy. My parents came up from Florida for a couple of days and were impressed with everything as well. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we all needed to enjoy the week. The beach cart, chairs, and boogie boards were a wonderful bonus! The complex itself provided a lot of amenities that the whole family enjoyed. We were very pleased with our experience and hope to be able to stay again in the future.
