We are globetrotters, we like the adventure and culinary experience, which is why we would appreciate a varied and healthy breakfast, as for the location, simply the best in town.We will definitely come back.
Little bit noisy because close to TD Arena ,

Great location, felt clean and good facilities.
No power points close to the bed.

The location is excellent- next to the north station and close to some lovely areas.
The room was too small for two people. It would have been perfect for one!
The pillows were actually too bulky for comfort.

Have stayed there multiple times always great, right in the heart of the city
Nothing major, just could not get the close caption off the t.v. Like to watch tv not read it

Mattress unlike all other citizensM :( Also shower pressure not good.

The staff was accommodating when we asked for a cancellation and refund
The room was tiny and hostel-like. The pictures on line show the hip lobby/bar but do not accurately show the room.

The convenience to TD Garden
Absolutely loved everything about this hotel

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect! Public transportation, food, entertainment - everything was within just a few feet from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, artwork was fun, and the price was much cheaper than the other hotels in the area.

Perfect location, staff very helpful and seemed happy to be working there. Really nice vibe.
The bathroom in the bedroom is not that private, that is the only downfall

Hotel is trendy, spacious common area. Drinks at the bar were great. Paid for a room on higher floor, totally worth it. View was phenomenal. Very clean.
Bathroom is not very private. No other complaints at all!

Refrigerator was not working. Was told someone would come check it out but we never saw anyone.
Not that big of a deal.

Soundproof room, clean, compact, comfortable, just right. Ipad controls very convenient.

Staff. View.
No information or staff at the entrance. Very frustrating will little signage or even welcome note. However the staff were wonderful. Maybe I am too old for this new fangled type of AI / virtual world. Privacy for the bathroom would be nicer. No cash acceptable? Why not? I really do feel the “old” style customer is being marginalised in the “brave new world”.

It was in the same building as the TD Garden
There was dirt on the bathroom floor, dried food or drink on the limited counter space and the wifi did not connect.

NOTHING! Health authorities and whoever is in charge of guest health safety must look into this hotel
the most horrible hotel I have ever been to in my entire life.
1. Disgusting and horrible horrible horrible smell in the room and from the sheets.
2. Incredibly uncomfortable and painful beds that are potentially a danger to guests' health. The pillows are for giant people with giant necks. The first night I could not sleep on the pillow so I slept without a pillow and woke up with massive pain in my neck! I had to put warm towels on my neck to reduce the pain. The night after they gave me a smaller pillow which was even more horrible because it felt exactly as if there was no pillow so I woke up again with massive pain in my eck. The bed's mattress had absolutely no support and your spine and back will be in massive pain. Both nights I woke up as if someone had hit my bones and my back the entire night in my sleep! THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. The mattress goes in when you go on it and your back will go in. It is DANGEROUS to your spine if you sleep more than one night on this mattress. Not to mention how smelly and disgusting the sheets and the mattress were.
3. Incredibly dirty rooms and sheets! Hair, garbage, and smell everywhere. Hair in the bathroom.
4. Very rude employees.
5. dirty and disgusting hallways!
6. TINY TINY TINY ugly room that is like a PRISON CELL but in white
7. Dangerous neighborhood. so much that they lock the doors at night and you have to swipe your hotel card to get in.
THIS HOTEL is unsanitary and a DANGER to people's health. People who are on a budget are humans too!!!! and should not be treated so horribly! I have been a guest of all types of hotels from Peninsula to budget! This hotel has been the only one that has been a nightmare of mine. It was the worst experience of my life and I could not get out of it sooner. I stayed 2 nights. I did not want to spend that much on this trip so I booked this nightmare hotel. Also very cold room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-designed. The breakfast was great.
The room was tiny. The half-see-through bathroom and shower room were uncomfortable unless you are used to it. Unless you stay alone, there isn't much privacy inside the room.

If you are going to the TD Garden I highly reccomend staying here -- but if you are looking for lots of room to spread out it might not be the place for you. My first stay at a "micro hotel." My son and I loved it though. Room is the width of a king size bed -- has great "extras" like auto shades and lights. We were just there for a day and really only spent time in the room to sleep after a Celtics game. Very eclectic vibe! It's "self" check-in at kiosks with a hotel employee there to check ID and help out -- very easy and efficient (I thought). It's steps away from the TD Garden and so many great food options as well as "Boston" things to do. We easily walked to the North End and along the Freedom Trail to the State House and back. As with many city hotels there's no parking on-site but we used SpotHero to reserve a spot at the Allcott garage (35 Lomasney Way) and it's around the corner -- very easy in and out. Next time I'm in Boston I'd stay here -- even if not going to the Garden.
The pillow! The bed is comfy but the pillows are really high and hard -- hurt my neck. I'm sure I could have called for another pillow but by the time we got back to the room I was exhausted and didn't have the energy.

I loved the location, the vibe and the breakfast. Great place to stay if you're going to a concert at TD Garden. Also liked the scents of the soap and lotion.
The doll in the room was kinda creepy.
