About this condo rental
Nestled in Keystone, this charming condo for $206 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Cleaning is done in accordance with CDC guidelines, using disinfectant. Hand soap, hand sanitizer and extra cleaning supplies are provided in the condo....and toilet paper too! One of the best values in Keystone for a location less than 150 yards from the Mountain House base area of Keystone Mountain - Snowdance Condominiums. It is a short walk to the Peru lift, bars, restaurants, day care, and lesson and ski rental areas. It is a ground floor unit, so no need to carry all your luggage and ski gear up stairs! All the comforts of home are offered in this 1,000 square-foot convenient ground floor unit that is pet-free, non-smoking, fully-equipped unit. As you enter the condo, there is plenty of hooks and space to store your ski/board equipment in the entry way. The living room is very comfortable and includes two leather recliners and a microfiber queen-sized sleeper sofa. The American Leather sofa sleeper is one of the most comfortable sofa sleepers on the market! It also includes a 55" flat screen TV with surround sound and a DVD player. Plenty of DVD's are provided if you can't find something to watch on Cable TV or Netflix! The living room also has a wood fireplace and a Colorado handmade mantle. We also have some games available for you to play in your free time. The dining room seats 6 people and the kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and is well stocked with dishes, utensils, glassware, high end stainless steel cooking pots and pans, spices, and other miscellaneous items. Included are microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and crock pot. The condo includes a Master Suite with a pillow-top king-size bed and down-alternative comforter and duvet. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom that includes a newly tiled shower with glass doors. Not quite a steam shower, but it feels like one! There is also a flat screen TV and DVD in the bedroom, along with a dresser, two nighstands and two reading lamps. The second bedroom includes a log bunk bed that includes an XL twin mattress over a queen sized bed. The XL twin has a down-alternative comforter with duvet and the queen has a down comforter with duvet. There is also a dresser and flat screen TV in the bedroom. The second bathroom which is accessed from the living room area was also remodeled in 2020 and includes a vanity with quartz countertops and new tile shower/bathtub. Linens, towels, and washcloths, toilet paper and paper toweling make this condo well appointed. Along with some personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash), we also have a hair dryer in each bathroom. We have an iron and ironing board. The private patio deck includes a gas grill, two chairs and a table, and great views of the slopes and the Snake River. A few steps away from the unit is the condo clubhouse that has a relaxing hot tub, sauna, changing rooms and showers. For your convenience there is a coin operated laundry room in the Snowdance complex. Several additional World Class Ski areas are nearby and can be reached via car or the Summit County Shuttle. These areas include: Arapahoe Basin (5 minutes), Breckenridge (25 minutes), Loveland (15 minutes), Copper Mountain (20 minutes), Vail and Beaver Creek (45 minutes). Per Summit County permit requirements, the maximum occupancy in the unit is 8 and the maximum approved parking space is 1.

The condo was clean and in a very good location. The beds and furniture were all very nice and comfortable. I especially loved that it was on the first floor, walking up stairs when you’re not used to the altitude is pretty rough!!
It was just a short distance to walk over to the ski lifts and there were several restaurants within walking distance also. Loved it, highly recommend!!!

The place was super cute and super close to the slopes. My friends and I loved the less than 5 min walk to the chair lift in the morning and it was super easy to pop back in for lunch and head out again. Great place!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room, it was warm and cozy. Plenty of movies to watch after long days of skiing and we loved the cleanliness, bathrooms, bedrooms, and the patio. It was a great place to stay and short walk to the Peru lift!

This was a great condo for our ski vacation. It was very easy to locate and check in. Very clean condo, spacious and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the Peru lift. Would love to return!

Carla was a lovely host and very responsive. The location was great for our family as it is only a 3 minute walk from the Peru lift and our kids could easily walk with their skis. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans, spices and basic pantry items you would need. There is parking right in front of the condo so you don’t have to walk farther than a few steps to unload your car which was nice. The bathrooms were recently renovated and were very clean. And finally, there is a coffee shop, pizza place and pub just across the parking lot.

Great condo
This condo was a perfect location for a ski vacation for our family. The Peru lift is an easy walk straight right out the door. The condo was very clean and the owners were very responsive to my questions. We could not have asked for better hosts. We will definitely try to stay again when we find ourselves in Keystone.

Well stocked and close to slopes
This property had plenty of towels, cookware, and space. It was super cozy with wood-burning fireplace. It is only a 5 minute walk to the lifts and the hot tub/sauna entrance is directly across the street from the front door(Sauna takes time to warm up so start the timer when you get there). Carla also responded immediately late at night when I couldn't find the apartment number as I hadn't read the extra check-in message she sent me.

Very nicely laid out condo, some of it remodeled, and with nice kitchen dishes and appliances and nice linens. The owners were responsive and friendly. Overall wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. Property was everything it was presented to be. Disappointed that the hot tub was down for maintenance the entire week we were there but I understand things like that just happen. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Lodging
We are return visitors and we were very happy again. The kitchen was generously appointed and the upgrades to the kitchen appliances made it better. The short walk to the lift is a plus. We highly recommend this unit.
We used the balcony gas grill, and it was OK, but not easy to use. The bathroom fan is noisy.

1st Time At Keystone
Enjoyed our stay. Check-in was super easy. Everything you cold need or want was there - full kitchen, games, DVDs, working fireplace, wi-fi. Walk to the slopes was nice. Hot Tub was 30 steps from our door. Walk to local bar.

Wonderful stay, wonderful location, terrific holiday!
Carla's home is perfect in all ways. Very comfortable beds. Great use of space made the condo feel larger that expected. Extremely well stocked kitchen made cooking in a breeze. A short 5 minute walk to Peru lift made the location ideal for us skiers. And so very quiet. Highly recommend and hope to be back sooner than later.
