In addition to the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, the spiral staircase in the living room leads to a Pelican Loft (used as a 5th bedroom) with French doors opening to a private sunbathing deck, with picturesque views of your private beach, the Gulf of Mexico, and Horn Island. Belle Fontaine Beach showcases the natural beauty of the Mississippi Gulf Coast like no other place can. It's a beach front community with 3 miles of private white-sand beaches on the Mississippi Sound. Features of the home include: * Wrap around porches provide plenty of outdoor entertaining spaces, including the large back porch ( 80' x 12’), which overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. * ADA-compliant accommodations includes a bedroom, with queen bed and private bathroom. * 4 total bedrooms, including 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, and 4 Twin beds. * Upstairs Pelican loft area, with two Twin sleeping chairs and access to upper outside deck. * 4 full bathrooms * Separate sitting room with 2 additional fold-a-way cots * 2 separate laundry rooms, each with its own washer and dryer. * Built-in outdoor gas grill, bar, and 4-burner cooktop. * Ample parking In addition to the beach, Seagrass is close to numerous opportunities for entertainment and recreation, including boat charter, fishing, kayaking, boating, and golfing. This property was amazing! Just perfect for our family vacation. The house was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated! It also provided everything we needed, even down to the beach towels and beach toys for the kiddos! I would highly recommend this property for anyone. The private beach was outstanding as well.

Quaint cottage look. Very relaxing porch plenty of room for our group of 12. One AC quit working and they got someone out right away. House was cooled off by the time we got back from dinner.

This house was perfect for our annual family get away. All the bedrooms were on the 1st floor — divided by the kitchen and living space. The younger family could walk/play on the beach while my husband and I sat on the porch. Loved the town on Ocean Springs — small town feel with just the right amount of retail and restaurants.

Pictures don't do it justice. I have visited Mississippi beaches before and told myself I would never return. I'm glad I changed my mind. The beach was very private and beautiful. Our favorite spot, however, was the porch/deck. I could absolutely live on that huge wrap-around deck with plenty of comfortable seating for our party of 9. The inside of the home was beautiful and perfect for big parties with plenty of beds and a great table for meals and card/board games. The kitchen had everything we needed. I always travel with a tub full of pots, pans, knives, spices, etc. because most vacation homes don't have what I need. I could have left it all at home, as this home had a well stocked kitchen. Overall, one of my families favorite vacation homes ever and we're already talking about a return trip.

Nine ladies from Illinois, Missouri and Texas had a wonderful time at this property. The setting and location was beautiful. We enjoyed the breeze and balcony facing the Gulf and the views. A great host and a wonderful trip. Thanks for the memories!

This was a great getaway. It’s a super quiet beach. The house had plenty of room for the extended family. The deck was perfect for hanging out and big enough for corn hole! Grill and kitchen had everything needed for all our meals.

The perfect place to recharge! The scenery wax beautiful… the waves, the wildlife, the private beach. A nice addition from the last time I visited was the fire pit on the shore. It doesn’t get much more relaxing than a chilly evening, a roaring fire, and lapping waves. Looking forward to next time!

Gorgeous home. It was only two of us for most of the week (daughter and her boyfriend visited over the weekend), but we've talked about coming back with extended family. It's SO spacious and bathrooms for every bedroom! The sunsets are AMAZING! We had one small hang up as soon as we got there (a/c wasn't working on one half of the house), but they were super quick to respond and get it fixed for us. Could use a good "deep" clean (corners, baseboards, etc.), but overall, the house is really clean. Beds (the ones we actually slept in...there are lots) were very comfortable. The beach being literally in the backyard and for the most part, super private (there were a couple of people walking by in the mornings) was fabulous. We also enjoyed taking walks along the road that the house is on. Very rural like and pretty. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return!

The beautiful house and property (right on the beach) was perfect in every way....charmingly decorated and supplied every need. Spent hours on the back porch (overlooking the Gulf) during the day and hours around the fire pit on the beach at night. Truly memorable! 4 bathrooms and two sets of washer.dryers were a plus!

This was the perfect place for a weekend get away. The house was clean and spacious. Plus the view was fantastic! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Ocean Springs/Biloxi area!

We had such a relaxing time. Steps to the ocean - where we watched dolphins swim by! We had the beach to ourselves. Lots of sand toys provided which even our big kids enjoyed.Everything you can want for a relaxing vacation. 5 "kids" -ages 21- 18-17-16-13(4 of them being teenage boys!)- each was able to claim their own "space". Close enough to drive to New Orleans for the day (only about 1 5 hrs). Highly recommend!
