* 100 metres to Beautiful Silver Sands Beach + Children's Activity Playground at Henson Park, almost on the Beach, BBQs, 2 Groynes for fishing.
* Single Story older Cottage style home. Self Contained except for all bedding. i.e. no linen, towels, pillows, blankets/Duvets. Please bring your own. We supply mattress protectors for each bed.
* Reticulated, Fully Fenced and Enclosed Rear Garden Area.
* Carport withlockable gates.
* Well cared for Lawns, Large Shady Trees,
* Spacious Verandah, Outdoor Setting, Gas BBQ
* Outside sink for all the fish/crabs you catch
* Sorry we DONT have WiFi connected
* Self Contained kitchen, basic, useful utensils
* Cottage set on huge almost 1000 sqm land area, 130m to lovely Beach which extends all the way to access the Mandurah Marina.
* Walking distance by beach or footpath to many restaurants, cappuccino strips, activity areas, cinemas & Mandurah Icons on offer.
*Short 400m walk from cottage to Sands shopping Centre and SilverSands Tavern for meals.
* Beaut Family Swimming and Doggie Friendly Beach, Fishing & Walking, Beautiful Romantic Sunsets. Spread out the picnic rug. 😃

* Ceiling fans in Q/S main bedroom & lounge. *Standard Fans & oil filled heaters in other bedrooms.
* In order to help us minimise costs, we kindly ask that all guests carry out the appropriate cleaning before check-out. Basic cleaning equipment Provided.
*Please leave our property in the same condition as found upon check-in.

* Our Cottage is very old but, is an easy care home with pleasant furnishings and polished Jarrah Floorboards throughout. No carpets.
*Close to Mandurah Cinemas & Performing Arts Centre. Log in to 'MANPAC WEBSITE ' for Great Stage Shows & performances all year.
*Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Clubs are within the nearby Mandurah Marina Precinct (See our Cottage location map for close proximity.)
*Easy Short walk to Local “SANDS SHOPPING CENTRE" for the morning paper and croissant - (approximately 400m) or pick up a take away meal. Good choices.
IGA supermarket, News Agency/Post Office, Chemist, Bakery & Best Mandurah pizzas (Pelles), Chicken Treat & other Take-away foods.
* Bus transport on nearby Mandurah Terrace.
* 'Cottage by the Sea' is cared for by the owners Joy and Phil and our wonderful Care Taker Estera who lives nearby .
* Earlier arrival and Later check outs maybe possible. Our caretaker has the final say 😊
* SORRY NO SCHOOLIES OR YOUNG GROUPS UNDER 25 years. Thank You.
* The atmosphere of our House has a Homely, Countryside feel, whilst still being a Seaside Cottage Home.
* Good choice of Various Sleeping Arrangements. 4 bedrooms.
* We cater for 6. ie 6 adults or 4 adults + 2 Children, 2 adults + 4 children. (Please check with us first for availability & suitability if you are not sure)

1.) Front Queen/Bed. Adults large sized bedroom .
2.) Rear Queen/Bed. Adults large sized bedroom
3.) Adjoins third Bedroom with 2 Single Beds (Perhaps you don't need the large Q/S or you or your darling snores or your child needs to be sleeping near you. 🤔
4.) 2 sets Bunk Beds. (Children's room OR 2 adults ONLY on the bottom of bunks please)

Although its an older style cottage it was clean & comfortable. Very pet friendly with a huge fenced in back yard for the dogs which they loved. Very convenient to town as well with a good coffee van less than a minutes walk away, right near the beach.

It was a 2 min walk to dog beach across a road past a lovely coffee van heaven. The quaint cottage ticked all our boxes. A very secure huge well maintained back garden for the dogs. This is our 4th visit yo the cottage will definitely not be our last. We love going there with our fur babies.

Joy and Phil as hosts were absolutely brilliant, they communicated quickly and were also accommodating to our needs. The accommodation being pet friendly in such a lovely area made the cottage a perfect place to stay and was so reasonably priced! The only downside was having to bring your own linen/bedding and the clean up, as I felt we left the properly cleaner than when we arrived, which isn’t the hosts fault. Despite that we would definitely stay again! It really is a lovely cottage with so much character in a wonderful location.
